Juliana Hotel
Phnom Penh, # 16 Juliana, St. 152 🧭 Map
Decent sized rooms and a lovely shower area. Pool area is decent. Best feature is the onsite male masseuse offering traditional no oil, clothes on massages - top class and very cheap. Always a row of tuk-tuks outside the entrance of the hotel. Common area is well served with a bar until 11pm. WiFi is good. Surprisingly few gekkos and none in the room. Staff were friendly and generally spoke good english...
My experience at Juliana was a bit underwhelming. The positive things would be the breakfast buffet, decor, pool area & overall room quality. But the negative aspects for my room were a non-working AC, broken blinds which didn't allow for privacy for people in the bathroom, the wifi only worked for one minute when you connected and never received anything afterwards, as well as the location. Many times...
Had the dinner buffet here with the missus. 17$ each as of March 2018. Food was above average, atmosphere was above average but the staff was very welcoming so that's a big plus. I recommend if you want somewhere nice and just super hungry. Also if you reserve they will print a cut out of your name and place it on the table, pretty cool
Good location and delicious food. Car park lots need to be improve.
The hotel is old. However well maintained and clean. 20 mins walking to the Central Market and far from tourist area. Choose this if you must stay in this neighborhood.
The hotel is one of the hidden place in the Central busy area of Phnom Penh which overlooked by many. They have good size of meeting room, sound system and projector.
Food is served in the restaurant at the ground floor at the back connecting to the pool where surrounded by hotel room. I like the swimming pool at this hotel.

The staff is friendly and the room is clean and has a nice view too.
Decent hotel, very welcoming when reach. Room was rather small but compact. Breakfast was bit late as it start at 7. Most other hotel start at 6.30am.
Bed not really Queen size bed, it combine two single into one. WiFi not really strong and the next day whole hotel no internet connection.
A nice hotel. The 2nd time to stay there. The receptionist was always friendly.
All staffs are welcome, friendly and excellent service.
Room is clean and tidy.
Luxury hotel with good service, the breakfast was delicious and big choice of food and drink. The room was big and clean, even there was iron. There was pool in 13th floor with good view. Recommended.
Location at heart of city, breakfast is good, front desk is friendly.

The hotel environment is so relaxed and chill
The hospitality was good and room is nice
But only room is so far and corridor to room is very small
The experience & the hospitality of this resort went beyond my expectations. The stay was pleasant, staff were helpful & friendly & breakfast & food served were delicious. I’ll definitely come back.
Great hotel, the rooms by the pool looked amazing! I would recommend booking them first. The service was amazing. Lovely staff. Highly recommend staying here.

Very close to the riverside. Very busy area in the city.
Mr. Vierak, the manager of the hotel, is a very helpful and excellent person. I had a pleasant chat with him and Mr. Sahka at the front desk—both have great personalities and provided me with a lot of useful information about the city
I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Sor in Phnom Penh. The room was super clean and spacious, and the bed was big and comfy ,perfect for relaxing after a long day. I loved how it’s so close to Central Market and not far from most of the main places you’d want to visit. My Japanese colleague lost $800 from his bag, which was left in the room. We communicated with the hotel but no one was held responsible for the loss. I don't recommend you to stay here.

Favourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions.

Great price and the location is in the city with many local shop and market. Nice view on the tip floor as well.
The room was big, clean and organized well.
Wifi worked well, and it's worth the price!
Location is not ideal because to get downtown you have to use transportation but we enjoyed exploring that side of the city as well.
The room is very big and the price inexpensive.
Was able to check in at 5am to a much needed large, comfy room.
They may not allow it, but if you can sneak up to the rooftop for sunrise you'll be rewarded with a stunning view over a buzzing city.

The hotel is surrounded by convenient transportation. There are supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel room is clean, tidy, comfortable and breathable. The room space is also suitable. The front desk service attitude is warm, thoughtful and meticulous. Ideal choice for business trips

The reception can’t speak Cambodian and not good for English. Pls improve
It was an OK Hotel. The room is big but I saw some roaches during my stay. Cleanliness can use some more work.
I have stayed at this hotel 5 times. There were a few cockroaches in the room for the first time. The hygiene has deteriorated and needs to be improved. There is no radio station on the TV, no water heater and no hair dryer. The transportation in the city is convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is close to Aeon. Toilet not clean and the food for lunch I can not find one right to my taste. I can say maybe it's OK to stay if you want the place with the low Price.
This hotel is very good.
My school stayed here for the Overseas trips.

The breakfast is at the "15th floor" but it's 13th floor.

This is the best choice at Bkk1, 5 stars services with 3 stars fee. Great breakfast and warmest hospitality. Really enjoy the moment we stayed. Spacious room, elegant decoration, the roof bar is a gem, don't miss it.
Hotel is fantastic. Rooms are so clean. Beds so big and comfortable and pool with beautiful view up top. At breakfast every morning the staff are so friendly. Particularly Ya Ratha who always came to chat with us and assist us. We stayed at this hotel almost six weeks as we used it as our base in phnom penh
The hotel was above our expectations. The room was big and comfortable, with all amenities. The breakfast was very good. But above all, we won’t forget the incredible attention given to us by all the staff. As, they say themselves, it is a 4-star hotel with a 5-star service. Probably the best quality-price ratio in Phnom Penh.
We were incredibly well welcomed last night at Duong Chang Hotel in Phnom Penh. The staff was exceptionally attentive, polite, and genuinely kind from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautifully decorated with our names and flower petals on the bed, such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise.

Ok hotel fairly old fashioned. Door key is a chore to open and close, it's like trying to crack a safe lock combination! Great roof top bar and pool is open till really late. Hotel is just a short walk to all the action yet is quiet inside. Breakfast has freshly made omelettes.
Centrally located across from the Royal Palace the hotel is easy to find and a short walk from the Sesowath Harbor and Giant Ibis Bus station. The room we had was kind of strange. On first glance everything looks very stylish but at a second glance, the finishing is a little shabby. The strangeness continues in the elevator where there is no logic at all in the placement of the buttons. All in all...
I loved everything about this hotel. Lovely jazz music gently playing in the reception area, which I appreciated. My room (701) looked to the front and I couldn't have wanted a better room. Special thanks to Y Oudon...

This is a great classic hotel. There are really only two room on each floor that has the view of palace and rivet. I stayed in 503 and view spectacular. On Cambodia standards the rooms are great, western its a 3 at best. Staff are awesome 100%. Pool is good but few loungers and people camp out all day on them. So shade is a premium. This could easily be a four star with some updates. After two months...
Stayed here for 3 nights with friends (superior room facing Royal palace gardens at level 1). Location is great, very accessible to riverside, lovely views from the rooftop where breakfast is served and where you can take a dip in the pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is good. The room is basic. The bathroom is not well design. The long bath has no shower screen causing the whole bathroom floor to be wet.

The hotel is located central to markets, the riverside, gardens/parks, and some great restaurants. The view from the rooftop is amazing. The staff are nice and friendly (the rooftop bar staff could learn to smile). I would recommend this hotel for long or short stays in Phnom Penh.

Comfortable place to stay with very good attentive staff, good food in restaurant but pretty poor breakfast as it's free not surprising but otherwise no complaints
Great little hotel fir a one night stay.
We had a few drinks by the pool on the roof during happy hour and watched the lights of the city come up as the sun set. Great views from the rooftop.
Unfotunately forgot to use the 15% off voucher for the restaurant when we had dinner but it was great value anyway.
Breakfast was good with plenty of options.
Nice modern hotel in the center of Phnom Penh. Lobby is small and you are asked to wait for the check in in a small bench in front of the desk.
At the top floor they have a swimming pool where to spend some time to relax. Breakfast wasn't that special: western food section is pretty small but if you like oriental (mainly Chinese style) food in the morning it is ok.
Clean, modern and nice hotel not so far from the bar area of Pasteur street. There are many options in terms of rooms: regular rooms, apartment, luxury suites and family rooms. WiFi is super fast. There is a nice Spa and a rooftop pool. Staff is quite helpful and friendly.
Nice and clean rooms but only one elevator and poor breakfast.the pool is very small not like the picture and the corridor is dark.
Otherwise accepted hotel even if you can get better and closer to River side for same money. The other good thing is to be Clive to Phnom Penh tower and enjoy the sky bar
