This is standard hotel you can find in Phnom Penh city with reasonable price. The room is clean and hygiene. I love the welcome service. They are so friendly. They also provide buffet breakfast which is include with room charge. There are also swimming pool, sauna, massage, sky bar, and restaurant as well. I would rate 4stars if they have bigger parking space.

Friendly service and reasonably priced hotel in the center of the town

Outstanding location convenient to the main route in Phnompen. There are tour package guides available on front desk for order. Room is spacious and clean with small refrigerator. Small size tv, not many choices of channel by the time of this review. No microwave however, the front street is full of street food stall for your tastebud adventure.

Is a good place, it has a gym but not full of machines, instead has very good spa, has a nice view of the city, the service is fast and friendly

The hotel is large, spacious. Rooms clean, large with large functional bathrooms. Very affordable prices. Location good, anywhere close. Friendly service who speaks English well. A good hotel for families and larger groups.

Located near Central Market. This is a budget hotel so don't expect too much. Rooms are fine, although drainage system in toilet is not very good. Bring your own amenities as they are poor quality or not provided. Breakfast is so so. Hotel staff are very nice.

I had a great stay here. Rooms qere clean and maintained daily. 7th floor pool, spa and their lobby was clean and very well kept. The staff were all very nice and always ready to help if needed. I booked a Deluxe Double City View room from Agoda, but the actual room was quite different from the photos. I want to thank Nisa and the team so much! They were very helpful organising onwards travel for us. Nisa always greeted us with such a big smile and we felt welcome by everybody at all times. The restaurant staff were also lovely, as was the food. We loved it so much we came back for a second time! Great value for money also. Comfortable and clean room. Would return again. The hotel is very close to the airport, which is very convenient. It is a bit old though, and the facilities are a bit dated.

I have stayed here many times. The facilities are old, but the service level is OK. It is quieter than the hotel where all the Chinese are. But the most important point is that the water heater is not working well. Almost all the rooms are small. I look forward to improvement.

I had arranged a meeting many times with 60-70 participants. They offered reasonable price with high class services, we feel we got valuable experience for our events. Later, I stay 2 nights for vacation during Chinese New Year, we got red envelope too. The hotel provided us very good experiences for our vacation.

The room is spacious and clean, the facilities are relatively complete, the service of the staff is very good, there is a swimming pool and a gym, it is not too far from anywhere, and it is relatively safe to live on the high floors.

Located 10 minutes from the Airport. Very convenient. We stayed a total of five nights. The rooms were pretty big. In our return trip from Siem Reap to PP we were supposed to have reservations but they didn't have anything on this booking and had to find me a room. I had email confirmation so that helped. It wasn't a big deal after we knew we had a room. Call and confirm reservations I guess...

The hotel is nestled between many Ministries and it is close to the city centre. The hotel isn't that new but the room is generally clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread is also acceptable and decent. Friendly and helpful staff too. Wouldn't mind staying here again if I'm back in Phnom Penh

The staffs here are really nice and supportive, the view and location is really convenient, although I think they should have comb in hotel room too :’) If I got a chance to visit Phnom Penh again, Sunway would be my first choice💕

The hotel is located in front of the US Embassy and nearby government offices in Pnohm Penh. Rooms are tastefully decorated, even though it may be dated. The staff are kind and they accommodated our request for a breakfast box . The buffet breakfast is great. Overall, I highly recommend Sunway Hôtel if you're visiting Phnom Penh.

Get sky high at high sky hotel.aI got higher than Neil Armstrong. So that indicates its a " protected place "& visitors can release the brakes & cut loose .

It's now called High Sky Hotel. Very comfortable rooms in a quiet area with great views. Breakfast is good. Price is very good for the facilities. Some negatives. WiFi is not so reliable and only 144Mbps. Location is away from the main tourist spots in the city and costs about USD5-7 by tuk tuk each way to get there.

I have booked the room at the hotel. The price is little bit high, 40 USD for single room (although they converted the double room into single room). The hotel is not really in good location. It takes around 15-30 mins to go to central area and the tuk tuk from hotel are usually high (1-2 usd higher). The breakfast is not really good, only a few dishes.

The building outside looks a bit old but it is Cozy and luxurious inside. It is located on the riverside with nice and fresh view. The service is a bit off which u can tell right away. However, some staffs have done their best service which could be compensated for others. They saved too much electricity for the meeting room. The food is nice.

Pretty basic hotel. You get what you pay for. The breakfast was not bad for the price. First room had issues with the water and electricity so we got moved to a different room. Second room had mosquitos but we made do with it

Decent location. Clean rooms, and caring staff catering to large groups of westerners. Breakfast is on point. Safes dont work, nice roof top, weird smells in some rooms, disorganized group check ins. Did i mention how considerate the staff is? They are great. If i had a group, i would consider this place again

Average hotel to stay in Phnom Penh. Rooms are spacious, clean but the AC wasn’t working properly. Their was some kind of odd smell in the room. Their room arrangement is very nice. I'll go with the good first. Great location and very close to some nice restaurants, shops, gyms, laundry, etc. The breakfast buffet was the best out of 3 hotels we stayed at. Kinda warm if you weren't close to to the A/C's but left the hotel every morning feeling full. Rooms were decent. Not 4 star level. The Bad: The elevator was broken when we got there and we had to carry our bags up 4 to 5 flights...

I haven't stayed there, but I regularly enjoy the rooftop bar with wonderful views of the city during happy hour time ;)

Alot better than 10-20 bucks places. Worth the extra money. Employees were great! Breakfast was good. Not the best in alot areas but way better than some cheap room. Roof top pool and sky bar. Would stay AGAIN!

Great stay at the Maxx Phnom Penh Downtown for three nights. The hotel is excellently presented and the staff were very good and attentive. This is a hotel I would use again if visiting Phnom Penh.

Had a very comfortable stay, and breakfast was great too. It's a really good value for business trips. Overall, I felt very at ease with the service, and the room hygiene was good. I'd definitely book this place again next time.

Very spacious and comfortable room. worth for the price. There are a lot of Chinese restaurants within 6 mins walk. If you are craving for local cuisine might have to go to BKK area within 6 mins car journey.

Hotel and facilities are great. The stuff very friendly and helpful Breakfest with different choices. The place itself is a little bit far from the river, but tuktuks are everywear 😀

We had requested a baby cot during our booking, so we were surprised to learn at check-in that the hotel does not provide them. As we did not receive any prior communication about this, we were unable to make alternative arrangements in advance. Eventually, after much insistence on our part, the staff managed to obtain a baby cot from the residence apartment adjacent to the hotel.

Stayed with my parent the room is a little outdated and the hotel in general seems old but is okay a little bit overpriced and the area has a mall that has nothing in it is like a ghost town besides that is okay but a little overpriced for what it actually is

The first floor has been renovated and is now easier to spot. The service is great and the price is reasonable, including breakfast. The breakfast is average and is okay for occasional meals. The location is great and I've always stayed here. It's convenient for dining, going to the bank, getting a haircut, and shopping.

Penh House hotel is extremely clean, lux, big bright airy rooms with balcony, an unforgettable rooftop pool with awesome view. Hotel also has a small gym with squat rack, dumbbells and treadmills. Breakfast was super tasty, staff very friendly and attentive. Location is great, walking distance to main attractions, bars, nightlife.

Hotel is very near of main place of interest in Pnohm Penh. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms and lining are clean and vell furnished. All necessary cosmetics and amenities are available and of good quality. Breakfast on the roof terrace has enough variety. Pool on the roof is also nice.

Lovely hotel , comfortable clean rooms . Friendly staff. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. A 4* hotel but with an at best 3* breakfast. Lacking quality and organization tbh. Note that the laundry machines are not free like some other hotels, and it is $9.10 to use. It is better to take washing outside to local cleaners. Not checked if it states charge or not in booking description.

Location is ok, in front hotel always have tuktuk available. Convenience and easy. Breakfast is ok. But the room I got didn’t clean up very well, once I enter the hotel and the rubbish bins is not cleaned.

They allow their Chinese guess to smoke everywhere form the rooms to the left even at the breakfast place
