Good price for a fancy hotel right behind Bassac street. Friendly staff spoke English and easily accommodated my requests via message ahead of time. Nice massage inside and 2 pools including a rooftop pool with a bar! It has a 360 degree view. You can hear the live music down in Bassac street. Buffet breakfast was included! Very nice stay here!

We’ve stayed here several times to take a break from our everyday routine. The rooms are always clean, the staff are friendly, and the coffee is great. The rooftop pool is a bit small, but the view is absolutely wonderful.

Pleasantly surprised. Guest rooms are very large and clean. Beds are comfortable and staff very friendly. Swimming pool in the lobby is a joke so if you plan on swimming this isn't the place. I had issues with both the at con and hot water. Front desk advised me that it takes 10min to get hot. Really??? Even after 15 min I still only had warm water. It's nice hotel to stay and just need 15 minutes walking to ITC. But because it's close with Karaoke, it's little bit annoying at night, because the sound is louder enough.

The hotel's location is not far from the heart of Phnom Penh. You can see famous Cambodian monuments just by walking, and there are several temples nearby.
