decent location with good service and quiet. But somewhat in a sketchy part right next to a busy goods transportation area. They have a sign in their hotel check in and hotel room about various charges for dirty/broken item which seems like. Like charging a $10 for dirty bed sheet? I think it's mistranslated because it seems like the charges is for extremely dirty or destroyed hotel property. They...
Very clean hotel excellent housekeeping, good size room../ safe/fridge/kettle/tea and coffee bag/excellent quality linen and mattress/pillows. and only 5 minutes walk to local bus stop
for the airport. Central market next door and other markets and eating areas within 10-15 minutes walk..stayed here 5 years ago and the standard has not dropped..well done.
I stayed in a nice room with city view. Having a great scenery for that room. But im not happy about the staff service. They are not providing everything to our room and we need to go to reception for collect our water bottles and coffees. But im happy with the room and its really great.
Great location and hygiene need to improve.
Nicely located. Conveniently located in many places, including Tuol Sleng and the Cambodian National Museum. Not too far also to Sisowath Quay.
Had an extremely pleasant stay at the Zin Hotel. We ended up extending, without any issues, for 2 extra nights. The room is clean and spacious, with a great shower. Even though I understand why some people might find the location a bit dodgy (especially at night), we loved it with Central Market and great food on our doorstep. Multiple other markets within walking distance. The hussle and bustle seen...

good hotel in Phnom Penh best service and stuff so friendly
Thanks for the hospitality and your help to organise the tours! The staff is very friendly and the tuk tuk driver is very very nice! Thanks for all! 🧡
The rooms are okay location is good. Amazing roof top bar views of the city which made it worthwhile
Amazing hotel but no soap. The room Is amazing value. The pool is fun the breakfast is wonderful. The staff have amazing smiles but do not always have your interests in mind.
But for the price and even more it world still be worth staying here. If I come back I will stay here for sure
The room was clean and very quiet and water pressure was good. The rooftop pool was a great place to cool down and had good views of the city. Staff were very nice and friendly and the omelettes at breakfast were excellent.
Cons: Sheets looked old and had lots of holes in it. The bathroom had bare concrete walls and looked unfinished.
Great place. The food is good staff are very helpful and friendly most can speak good english. The facilities are really good also especially the infinity pool with a hacuzzi overlookjng tonle sap river will defo go back again me and my wife really liked this place.

Certain dishes are good, but their fried dishes are too oily. Some dishes good some not so, depend on personal preference I guess?!? but mho; could/should be a better for the price. I guess I am used to US Chinese restaurants, NOT saying it's NOT good but expected it to be better for the price.
Excellent Bfast served and all compliments to Sitour and her colleagues.
I think this is a very good hotel within walking distance of Aeon Mall. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was fine, had a balcony, and was very well lit. It's also close to NagaWorld, so I think it's in a great location.
The only thing that I am not satisfied with is the security of WiFi.
Breakfast is very good 😀💕🎀🌰🪻😅🤣😷🍈💚🩵🩵🤣💕🩷🎀
I come and bring my friend to stay here since 27 June 2024. When I arrived here I felt very comfortable because of stuff here have a good attitude have a good characteristic ( Especially receptionist name Mong Sreysok) give a good welcome to us. Totally this hotel is very good service and very kind stuff. I really like it.

The location is OK! But the air conditioning is not enough!
I was surprised that there was no shampoo provided
But the counter staff is nice
It was very hot when I was waiting for the bus in the lobby and I was fanning myself
A female employee came out with an electric fan and blew it on me
This hotel is extremely clean and spacious. They have hot shower all day and a hair dryer in the room. You can also go to the roof top to see the sunset.
The hotel staff were nice and they remembered all my inquires. I didn't expect to have a big, city view window because my reservation didn't say the room had a window, so they might have upgraded my room too. I stayed there for three days, but I...
Average, but good value for money
Only stopped for one night but room was basic and clean, only negative was the walls had loads of stains on them especially behind the bed so didn’t look very pleasant.

Good, but could do better.
Aside from the cockroaches—tiny, but cockroaches nonetheless—the TV remote's batteries were dead, and the fact that the fridge was set to maximum, which meant our fruit at breakfast was completely frozen, other than that, we found a pleasant, clean, and quiet room, excellent bedding, and a rather pleasant environment. They just need to inspect the rooms before renting them...
Clean room and new facilities, worth to stay
Clean and reasonable price for the hotel in the very near facilities and stay for official meeting.
Bedroom is good and it's not expensive 🙂.
There's a private parking 😉

Beautiful hotel in a relaxed quiet setting but still close to shops and attractions. Staff were superb, some of the most kind and professional customer service we have ever experienced. We appreciated the warm welcome and local advice from the owner Mr. Kuroda. Spacious and comfortable rooms with everything you could need. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels top quality...
Iroha Garden Hotel is a true hidden gem! Tucked away in a quiet alley, it opens to a lush tropical garden filled with mango trees and vibrant greenery.
The owners’ warmth made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay.
Breakfast under the trees, featuring fresh local dishes, was a highlight. Perfect for travelers seeking a serene, nature-filled stay away from the city’s bustle!
The owner is Japanese, and the hotel is overall very clean. I was surprised to find such a wonderful place in Phnom Penh.
Fantastic resort right in the middle of Phnom Penh but in a quiet area. Kuroda-san and the staff made the visit unforgettable. The Cambodian rice breakfast was superb! Rooms were clean and well-maintaned. Staff was attentative and antipating guests needs. Wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
Pleasant surroundings, immaculately kept, good service even though the coffee was low-average. Overall it is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city.
Upon arriving at the hotel, my wife and I were warmly greeted with smiles and accompanied to our room. We were also offered a complimentary drink. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff consistently greeted us wherever we went within the property.
Our room was cozy and clean, making us feel like a prince and princess during our stay at the hotel.

It’s a normal hotel . The hotel is in the middle of the city while everyone can afford the price . Yet everything seems fine.
Centrally located hotel with good breakfast. Good deal for the price. Refrigerator included
It was everything fantastic till the last night that we enter our room and we found a mouse in the room. The reception very helpful but what can I do that now I need to wash all my clothes. And this for a back packer is not good.
It’s good to stay there , staff is nice even you can stay three people to pay then 10 more dollars
Hotel is located at center of Phnom Penh.
Front officers are very welcome. Comfortable to travel. Shall come back again.

I like the hotel, my room was clean, large and with a nice view. AC is working well and the shower and bathroom is large. Many English TV channels. Breakfast got basic and good stuff.
Minus:
Only one elevator for 12 floors. Takes long to get up and down so you have to take that in to account when planning.
Location is a bit off. I walked to the royal palace in 25 minutes, but I'd recommend a tuk...
The service was good and the place was clean. Only one thing, the bathroom is see-through. What if we came with our friends or two colleagues had to share a room, it would be embarrassing. :) All in all, I enjoyed my 3-night stayed there.
Okay hotel, location is not great as there isn’t much in walking distance. Rooms are okay, bed is hard, AC is great, no shower door. Breakfast has about 10 options to choose from
Ok for a 3 star hotel. Rooms clean and perfectly functional. It was almost empty when we went but in busy times with one lift it could be quicker on the stairs.
It’s on the back streets and a tuktuk ride to anywhere touristy but that’s the same for most Asian cities. You could do a lot worse and probably get what you pay for here.
The room was okay, but it was noisy. Every morning, I woke up with the noise of dragged seats and chairs from upstairs. I called reception about it but they said they have an event and they just apologized for the noise.
The location is so-so and the exterior looks like a new building, but the interior facilities are ordinary.

Firstly I would like to thank Trip com for contacting the hotel and the service you provided.
As for the service from the hotel, it was insulting.

Loved La Chronique. Incredibly friendly and professional staff and the rooms were in great condition. The only downside was the room size. If budget allows, I would opt for a larger room next time, since the one we stayed in didn't have enough wardrobe space to unpack or stow our suitcases. The balcony was also very small, though it's probably a bit too hot anyway to sit outside.

I am leaving today after a three night stay and I couldn't be happier with my choice of hotel. I wish I was staying longer!
As a solo traveller I chose the small double with balcony and it was perfect. A comfortable bed with good pillows, nice bathroom with rain showerhead, very good air-conditioning, and blackout curtains. The staff and service were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so helpful and...
This is a beautiful, well appointed boutique hotel. Front desk staff are exceptional as was our experience here. One of the nicest spots we have stayed in our 6 weeks in south east Asia. Highly recommend. Close to many restaurants and in the middle of town between the important things you will want to see.
Had a wonderful stay at La Chronique. The hotel is very well staffed and maintained. The rooms are well apportioned and kept in excellent condition. There’s an associated café downstairs, but if you’re looking for other options, there are fantastic more cafés and restaurants in the nearby area.
If you’re planning to explore the Royal Palace or other attractions, a tuk-tuk ride is only about a dollar...
Absolutely loved my stay at La Chronique! Check-in was quick, easy, and super friendly — the team here make you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are tastefully designed, with modern touches, comfy beds, and those soft, “club-style” towels that make all the difference after a long day. Everything feels fresh, well thought-out, and spotlessly clean.

Love this hotel. Stayed two nights - one in a smaller room and another in a bigger one. The smaller one (room 101) has an issue with ants in the bathroom but room 102 was perfect. The receptionist Wahtar is the best! Cafe downstairs was great too and not badly priced.

Very good service, delicious food, clean room, convenient, good price, very good. I recommend friends to stay here, friends like it.
For a small gym, it has a lot to offer, and the Bluetooth speaker is a nice touch. The breakfast is decent and main course selection has a little daily variation. It would be nice if they had real coffee instead of instant coffee. Air con works well. Shower and hot water are good. Staff is very friendly however it seems their autonomy is limited by an overdose of restriction from the management...
Large rooms with polished concrete floors. Water dispensers for drinking water on each floor. It has a bar adjoined downstairs which is the same place where you get breakfast.
Beds are firm and comfortable.

Very good staff i was thinking am at my home really great experience
I loved the brick wall by the bed, the blue light in the shower. Very modern and clean. It had a mini fridge, kettle, robe and slippers. There was a safe in the room too. The balcony was really nice. It was the main reason I picked this hotel. The pool was nice with a small waterfall.. I was the only one in the pool. Very nice scenery and staff. Check-in was very easy. I enjoyed my stay.
Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff who speaks English.
Nice place and location. Breakfast was very good and staffs were friendly. The only problem is they are doing renovations in the hotel and the noise was really inconvenient for, also we couldn't use the pool because workers were around it.
We did not like room #2, but they allowed us to change the second day. It was right outside the lobby, so not the quietest and the bath drain did not work well. The upper floor room was smaller, but much better for us. The room and restroom were nice. The staff was kind and helpful. It was the most beautifully wooden crafted hotel i have ever stayed. Service as a whole was excellent except nobody was at the receptionist when we tried checking out early to catch our flight. Luckily, there was a security guard who unfortunately didn't speak any English yet very helpful.
The location was bad dangerous…it was clean the room and bathroom with great water supply of hot and cold shower…I put 3 for cleanliness coz the bed linens were so old and the bathrobes were old too
Although it's an old hotel, it's not in bad condition. While the day laborer is friendly at the reception, the night laborer is unfriendly and doesn't even say hello.

Excellent location but cleanliness varies tremendously. Floors are squeaky because of poor tiling
A nice hotel to stay in Phnom Penh, in a very good and convenient location (you can even see the Royal Palace at its north and it has popular places at its south like Diamond Island and Aeon Mall.) Select higher floors to see great views of the city and the Mekong River.
high speed internet , near naga casino and darling pub , big breakfast buffet top ! sorry without swimmingpool
On the riverside within walking distance to most tourist attractions. Very clean .breakfast included
Great location. The staffs are helpful. The rooms are new and clean.

Housekeeping actually replaces your bedsheets and sweeps and mops everyday - not every hotel in Cambodia will do this for you. Just know that...
