Nobody on the front desk in the night. We were waiting to get inside for 20 minutes

This place confirmed our check-in time, however when we arrived the door was locked and it took 3 phone calls to get in and then we had to wait around 20 minutes for the receptionist which was rude. We got threatened with cancelation of our booking without a refund and it was a terrible experience.

Enjoyed my stay here. It's a good location and they go out of the way to help you. I had some issues with the shower managing to flood the bathroom but I come back.

Awful experience, staff cannot speak English, the breakfast was a joke, the breakfast room was dirty, our room was only cleaned on some days. We found stuff from past guests under the bed. It was cheap, but I would have rather paid more for a better hotel... Stayed in hostels that were way better!

Decent hotel in a very quiet, but beautiful neighborhood. The room and breakfast were good value for money, but not great. One of the shower stall doors was broken and the AC unit stunk when turned on (dirty filter?).
The low score is not just that, but also because they have organizational issues to solve, though your experience with turn out better. Our reservation was moved last minute here from a centric hotel of the same chain, because some unspecified problem on their side. They offered transportation from and to the train station, but they messed up the service in both directions, so I had to solve it myself. Eventually they refunded the expense, but given that they created the problem to begin with, I can only be mildly thankful.
