Rixwell Elefant Hotel

According to all the information, the bar closes at 11:00 p.m., but it was not sold to the hotel's customers anymore at 10:50 p.m., even though the customer next to her got a beer from the tap while this girl told her that the bar was closed.Apparently they were in a hurry to get home, the staff does spoil the reputation of this hotel, but they don't do business at the bar anymore as customers, the money is good for other places too. There was also a grumpy person at the reception.The bigger room was directly on the main road, good bye peaceful dreams. And the cleanliness of the room is a bit rough, the sofa bed is covered with old stains.The drains don't run in the sink or in the shower, we all probably know why... The hotel has terrible stains on the carpet from the rooms, along the corridor and down to the dining area The space is far too small for breakfast, there are not enough tables There is no pen or paper in the hotel room, no proper mirror on the table. The good thing is that you can park your car in the parking garage overnight .
The location is good, you can get to the center with a bolt and the Spice shopping center is nearby.

Very disappointed except for the position close to airport.
Mattresses are old and tired, had the room 407 in front of has station open 24hrs
Could not keep the window open for the noise. NB I ask at reception to put me on high floors far from noise.
Little note: the night before I spent the night at the Radisson old town with an upgrade at cheaper price than the Elephant.
Entrance need to been cleaner especially all the glasses in the arrival area in the garden.

The room was nice, comfortable beds, TV, bathtub, but also the room was to the side where from the middle of the day sun shines all the time till the evening. The day was hot, so the room became very hot. When we came back in the evening, there was about 35°C degrees. We stayed there with a toddler, we tried to ventilate the room, but there was just one small window, which couldn't open widely. The conditioning system was poor. For the fact, it "works", but conditionier working on MAX power didn't blow any colder air. So we had to be in our room with widely opened door to the coridor. The receptionist couldn't help us either by not giving any solutions to our problem. During the night was hard to sleep for us and for our 1 year old. So the night was awful.
The breakfast were good. Big variety of food and drinks. Our toddler liked pancakes.
