In the hotel business there are 3 important things: location, location, and location. being just 200 m from the terminal, this one is hard to beat for overnight connections.

The hotel was hard to find as there was no prominent signboard. My friend sent me there and we drove around looking for it. The road leading to it was a little deserted. The next day, another friend came to pick me. She also couldn't find the hotel.
I didn't like the houseflies in the reception. I had one in my room and it was super irritating. I had to end its life.
Although hotel is near the airport, you have to walk in the cold and dark morning to catch your flight at 7am

Basically it's good enough to sleep over if taking an early flight next day. Hotel's restaurant is the only real option for food, as there is nothing else nearby or inside the airport. Food is decent, but it is a bit pricey (~20 EUR for a meal).

It was my second stay in the hotel, and i decided to write a short review.
The best part about this place is the location, as it's literally opposite the street when you exit through the door. It's perfect if you have a long wait for your next flight or an early connection the next day. In addition the hotel is cheaper considering what is around the area.
The downside is that the rooms are outdated and many things are broken or not work properly.
In my room that I was staying, the sockets were sticking out, the door to the bathroom was not closing properly as the lock was broken, the shower drain cloged up and the shower holder is broken. In addition the bathroom could have been cleaned better.

Only plus point is the proximity to Riga airport (3-5 min walk).
Hotel is dated and seems unfurnished/not renovated for long period. There are many better airport hotels in many parts of the world. Since charging similar price (slightly lower) than old town hotels, operator should at least reno to a better standard. I think Ibis looks better than this. My honest opinion.

Right opposite the arrivals terminal, so fantastic location. Comfortable rooms with kettle for tea and coffee. Staff as always very professional and great help.

Booked one night for an early morning flight the next day. Didn't spend much time at the hotel and left too early for breakfast, so I can't speak to much else besides the check-in and the room; but the check-in was easy and the room was clean and had everything I could ask for. Decor is fun if you're in to planes; some nice paintings and pictures around the hotel.

The only good thing about this place is the location.
The people at the restaurant are rude, bringing you breakfast without consulting with you first about any dietary requirements or allergies, and when you mention them, they walk away speaking in Russian and saying “absurd” as if the customer won’t know they’re talking about them. Very very rude service, unbelievable.
Also one at reception at around 10:00 either when help needed.
Riga is beautiful and I’m not a tourist there but needed a place to crash and if this is the first experience tourists get when they travel there then that’s horrible.
Do better, be kinder and treat paying customers with respect.

Second time I've overnighted for an early morning flight at this hotel, which can be taken as a vote of confidence. A few minutes from the terminal on foot, and a tad hard to find (it's not really 200 m unless that's as the crow flies), with the entrance subtly obscure - in fact, past the restaurant. Look forward and towards your right on exiting the terminal for the HOTEL sign on the roof. Rooms are large - there's a wing with private bathrooms (in which I've not stayed) and the one with shared, clean bathrooms. There are tennis courts on the first floor, so during the day it's a herd of elephants above your head, but it's quiet at night. Wifi good, receptionist pleasant. Restaurant on the premises, breakfast from 07:30 - which I've not tried yet as my flights always leave earlier than that.

Good location for an early flight. Small room, but for one night sleep it's okay. But in the room you have everything - good bed, shower, cattle and fridge.
