Location is perfect. Place is special, old hotel complex with a lot of space, interesting concept like small city, streets inside complex, swimming pools, restaurants. But rooms are old, renovated bathroom. Air-condition are not working properly. Beds are not very comfortable doors are old. No card key. But it's old and I think state hotel. Big area, great concept, near beach, but must invest more...

Nice location. Rooms could be a little bigger so you can stash away your suitcase and be able to move around the room. Maybe a shower curtain so you don’t get water all over the bathroom. The staff can maybe learn a bit more English as well. Food is not always good, sometimes it’s very good and sometimes it’s not very appetizing. The entertainment is very good! A lot of fun stuff to do around the hotel

Hotel garden is beautiful, the plants are very well kept. It has very big outdoor space ,but room is so small, simple and old, feeling like stay in school dormitory.Towels doesn't look clean,bed is very hard, quilt and pillows are not comfortable.there is not even an electric kettle.was told it's a four star hotel, can't believe it. This is only for the spa. I went 2x. First was a deep pore cleaning for the face. The 2nd time was a pedicure and another facial, all w Mina. I thought I’d have to see a dermatologist when I returned to the United States-but she totally took care of it-I wish I could see her every 6 weeks.

Nice location and close to the beach. Great see view from the balcony , but there is a building under construction and I think in few year it will block the see view. At this time it is lovely and nice apartment.

Hotel is clean and is located centrally. Sadly the outdoor pool is closed. All in all great, but the receptionist is unfriendly as hell. As he is representing and welcoming the guests, I am expecting someone more helpful working there.

It is not so close for Old Town. 15-20 minutes on foot. The breakfast includes the price but the breakfast is really very poor. The employees are helpfully and smiling. But you should prefer another hotel/home in old city.

We were disappointed about the fact that we were accommodated for 3 days in an economy room instead of studio room that we bought with the tour. But in general, rooms are clean and there is good air conditioner. Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant is also ok, but nothing special.

Not too big rooms, approx 3x4m including shower room and a 3x1.5 balcony. We were unlucky to arrive when the conditioning system got broken, but during our last two days there they've installed around 30 brand new air conditioners to each room. Staff works perfectly, special cheers to Andgela, who was always nearby when we had any questions. Definitely would try this place again.

We stayed there November with my two children. . The hotel is at sea side, we walked everyone easily. the rooms are very comfortable. In the room, we have 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen , 1 saloon and 2 bathrooms. The hotel is very clean and tidy. It has closed parking area, charge of free. Also the breakfast is buffet menu and delicious although a little bit expensive. Generally We recommend.

New and very modern hotel on Budva's walkway , 2 min walk from the sea , and 5 min. walk from Budva's Old City. Very nice room with great bed and good shower. 2 TVs on the Deluxe room with 2 Separate ACs. The Buffet Breakfast was very tasty. Free Parking was available just outside the hotel's door.

The hostel is located 7-10 walking minutes to the old town. There are grocery shops nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a spacious outdoor area with tables and outdoor kitchen. What I really disliked were the cats. They were constantly staying around the kitchen and waiting for food, getting on the tables, etc. The bathroom was ok, the beds are comfortable. It was very simple and not väl organized. The kitchen was outside. I had to carry all my panniers and bags to the second floor. The lower bunkbed didn't have space for me to really sit upright, even I am short. In addition to that, there were some bars under the upper bed, where I easily (😉) banged my head. The toilet with shower was also simple and only one for around 10 beds.

Standard hostel. Room is decent wuth functioning bathroom. There is kitchen you can use and paid laundry is available. Location is between main bus station ad the old town. Aroungd 15 minutes walk to each of them.

We had a great stay for 2 nights here at Villa Merci. It was not easy to drive to (because so many roads are impassable in that town!) but once we finally figured it out, there was a parking place in the front reserved for us and we were checked in really quickly and with a smile. Our room (number 2 I think?) had a double bed and a single, a basic kitchenette with 2 electric hobs and a kettle and fridge...

The villa is clean and has a boho style. AC, Wifi, Toiletries and coffee bar are available in the room. 5 mins walk to the beach side. There is a supermarket nearby and a turkish halal restaurant. They leave free umbrellas to use and it was really helpful as it unexpectedly rains. Sinan the owner is very friendly and helpful, he drive me to the bus station after check out.

We had a very comfortable stay here for 3 days. It's recently renovated. Our room was very clean and had a very nice balcony. The location is perfect and near everything. It's within a 5 minute walking distance to Budva old town and the main bus station. Also Mr Can the manager was very welcoming and helpful.

Couple of downsides were the pool (which was only reason we booked to stay here) as it was drained the day after we got there and it's literally in the middle of a building site... Stayed in this lovely hotel late September with a friend. We were given an upgraded room, a welcomed surprise! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff. Inside, the hotel is clean and well maintained. At the time of our visit it had major building work in the street surrounding it on 3 sides, which we were not told about. During shopping hours, the hotel can be accessed via the shopping centre located beneath. We stayed at the hotel for one week as a family in July 2021. We loved the restaurant and the spacious rooms, as well as the view from the balcony. But a huge minus was the cleaning, we were surprised that the floor was not cleaned.

Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left. Rooms are great, clean, well equipped, good ac, location is great. Highly recommend to stay here and will for sure come back...

The staff at the villa were all very nice and friendly. Breakfast was varied. Many thanks to the reception and the cleaners! Many thanks to Branko, who kept an eye on everyone at breakfast and was there very attentive and smiling! All of you gave me a good mood for the days I spent there!

We spent a week at Velzon. It’s a great hotel for couples and families. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries. Spacial thanks to Zeljka and Milan for their assistance and for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

I will give this one a 5/10. The local itself presented nice with both indoor and outdoor places to eat. The food they served on the other hand was no so great. I booked tickets at a villa nearby and the lunch meal was included. They gave us the same taste-less meals almost every day. On one evening, though, we decided to eat at Velzon dinner and, to our surprise, the food was good. One more thing...

Everything is OK, except breakfast. The Swedish table was very scarce, the coffee was just terrible. The taste was like the coffee grounds were boild couple times more, food seemed like leftovers from yesterday. It would have been a lot better if we didint buy included breakfast, instead had bought some pastry from bakery which was downstairs or ate at the next door restaurant. Room was very tidy....
