Prime location , amazing sea view and the staff are very professional and helpful, I would like to thank everyone Drarko , Ena , Milena and Vladimir they really exceeded my expectations, good job 👏 I will definitely comeback 🤗

Parking available (I think 25€/night), a bit frustrating to find it as there is no sign with the apts name and Google maps guide you incorrectly. I found strange that there were cameras in the breakfast room

Very centrally located, clean with nice decoration apt and fully equipped with a nice small balcony. Pet friendly (I think 25€/night)

Also, for the price of the apt I think it would be nice if there were some tea or coffee coffee pods for the coffee maker available

I think that there was a superficial luxurious feeling but some maintenence was needed, especially concerning the shower

It feels like home in a small villa: the surrounding environment is quiet, like a rabbit, the environment is beautiful, antique, convenient for shopping and dining, convenient transportation, 20 minutes walk to the thousand-year-old city, you can also listen to the waves and watch the sea along the Mediterranean

The location is easy to find, the third row along the street, quiet in a busy area; The room is not big, but fully equipped, the landlord is very friendly; The small restaurant downstairs is great, cheap and super delicious

The old lady at the front desk is very welcoming, the sound insulation is average, the air conditioning is very good, there is a refrigerator, and there are two large beds. I am very happy that there is no hotel tax

The landlady is enthusiastic, never disturbing, and will come to help if there is anything

The room is very close to the beach, and the landlady is very nice!

The restaurant downstairs is unbeatable and delicious

The rooms were ok, except for the bathrooms, which in our cases had some mold in the corners. The entrance is somewhat hard to find as there is no sign in front

All in all, the place is pretty ok. The staff was really nice and tried to accomodate us as good as possible. They do, however, speak next to no english

The pool is nice and clean and there is plenty of space to lie and sit on the terrace. For the price it's a pretty decent place to stay

The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay

Very neat and daily cleaned rooms. 30 minutes walk to the old Town and 10 to the marginally attractive beaches. The hotel is surrounded with convenience stores and interesting restaurants

A very nice place to stay in Budva, close to everything yet fsr enough to keep things calm.

Bathroom is a little bit small,but still has enough space. I was fond of the pool and the territory around - always clean and full of trees and flowers - it was a great spot to spend the hottest hours of the day there

Family run business who were very friendly, the meals were great and large portions. The apartment was very clean the only fault was the bath/shower its quite high for getting in & out which could be a problem when wet

We spent 7 nights in this nice hotel and we are very satisfied. The owners: Radovan and Danilo are real hosts. They and their staff are for their guests, they are very friendly

We also had several lunches and dinners there - long story short: delicious dishes for good prices + pretty big portions (we had chicken soup, goulash, salad, grilled squid) It’s 15min distance to the most beaches and 30min to Mogren - but we liked it as we had very quiet and peaceful place to live and sleep

Great place for quiet,cozy vacation for reasonable price. I really enjoyed our stay at Bojana-we had really welcoming and friendly attitude from the owner and all the staff. The room was clean and furnished enough

The cuisine is also perfect: breakfast is included the price, but we had very good lunch here, too. The food was home-made and delicious. We were very happy to stay here and try to return in the future

Cosy hotel with good-natured hostess, the room is clean, Internet fast, channels 200, including, air conditioning, fridge, that's just not safe. From the sea a short distance of 800 meters.

An excellent hotel, just gorgeous breakfasts, very pleasant and helpful owners, they will always prompt, the rooms are excellent, there is everything, wi-fi, refrigerator, air conditioner, hairdryer, at least 10 minutes to the beach, convenient location, and beautiful territory! frankly speaking didn’t expect to be so good. Totally renovated this year, I have a feeling that I was the first guest. Breakfast was delicious and every day something new. Thank you family Kentera for your hospitality

The location is amazing. 10min away from the old town, very close to the beach. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

The view from the balcony is stunning to the mountains. Very clean, snow-white bed, cleaned three times a week. Food and industrial shops are within walking distance

There are two exits from the villa, from which you can take short routes to the market or supermarket and another to the old town or Mogren beach

It is also easy to leave a car nearby, but the villa is located in the middle of the garden trees, not among the roads, which is a plus

The hotel is very new, some things will settle down over time. The sea view is incredibly beautiful.

There is often no one at the reception, but it is enough to call the indicated number and one of the girls will surely come to the rescue :) The girls are very helpful and smiling. A very successful stay for us

Good properties with good value. This villa is new(since 2019) and has excellent service. All suites have sea view. Cleanness 5/5. Best recommendations.

We stayed in an apartment with a separate bedroom. The interior design featured very charming color schemes. All amenities were available: a kitchenette, air conditioning, a refrigerator, cable TV, and 2 balconies

Great place! There is a parkink, so you can rent a car and left it just outside the building. The host is amazin! He's friendly and helpfull. Next trip to Budva i will come back to Martinović Rooms.

The host is very kind and very concerned. The location is very close to the centre. You can walk down to the beach in just 5-6 minutes. There is hot water around the clock

The host is very polite and hospitable, you can ask him for advice on visiting places around Budva, or anything else. He has a cute dog, rooms are clean and nice.

We expected to stay in a luminous apartment for 3 persons as per our booking reservation while we stayed in a basic room

This is a great place to stay for both short and long term. It’s clean and cozy, close to the beach, restaurants and bus station. Prices are very reasonable and staff is suuper friendly

very nice rooms with lost of available places for laguage and stuff. cleaning lady is so professional- besid the bed and bathroom, she even sorted out our scattered belongings. Receptionist is pleasant and available

Many supermarkets near the house. They are very friendly and kind. They explained everything to me like how to go to Hawaii island and they offered airport transportation for a good price

We loved our trip to Montenegro and a big part of it was our apartment with genuine and helpful hosts. Sinan and his wife were always up to help asking if we need anything

The guest house was a short walk from the beach, the old town, and countless great bars and restaurants. Budva really is geared up for tourism but totally unpretentious

It’s a good place to stay in when visiting Budva Montenegro. It’s so clean and I like the decorations ( bohemian style) I had my private balcony. It’s near everything 5 minutes walking to the beach and 15 to the old town

Nice hosts, clean and spacy rooms, parking available, near to the center and to the beaches, located at the end of a dead end road, nice and cozy place with moderate prices.

Our room (number 2 I think?) had a double bed and a single, a basic kitchenette with 2 electric hobs and a kettle and fridge, a very big shower room / WC, and a balcony overlooking the front which didn't get any sun but was great for drying clothes and towels

The panorama is very beautiful, a perfect sea experience. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. The hosts are kind and helpful. 3 beaches are also within reach

It takes 7 minutes to get to Jaz beach by car, 5 minutes to the supermarket, 20-25 minutes to Kotor (if no traffic jams), 10 minutes to the old town of Budva. Would you stay here again? - yes, definitely!

Good location. Beautiful balcony and garden, view of the mountains from the window. The owners treat you to fruit from their own garden. Pleasant homely atmosphere. Opposite there is a mesarnya, a bakery with low prices.

I really enjoyed staying there in room no. 21, so much so that I extended my stay. It's close to the city center and a megamarket, just 5 minutes away. The conditions are very pleasant, clean, and tidy

Very friendly the staff. Flexibility arrive and leave. Free parking at the address. Very nice view. The terrace is practically. The garden very nice give some shade. I did a bit longer holiday there.

Very nice garden with olive trees, kind staff and everything what you need in the room. Free parking in the yard. Some of the rooms are with windows at the street and is a little bit noisy.

Amazing place to stay at just 15min from the city center. The couple who os responsible is very kind and made everything to improve out stay.

This is the perfect place to stay in Montenegro. It is close to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Kotor. You Can relax in the quiet and cozy surroundings. Nice pool and perfect bar with cheap cocktails and they are very good

You will not find more peace anywhere else on the coast. Being family owned, they make sure you have the best experience possible. Poolside beds, bar, small restaurant with homemade dishes for breakfast and dinner

Really nice quite place with very friendly people. Will stay here again on my next stay! You need a taxi or car to go the beach but that's all well worth it. Restaurant is also the best I have eaten in Budva.

There is not a kitchen in all of them though. There is a pool, bar and restaurant. All cheep and serves decent food. The only downside was the shower in our room, it was leaking and a little broken

Would have given it 4 stars because of the shower, but the staff was so nice and willing to help with anything, especially the young girl Marte at the reception. It makes up for the leaking shower

The apartments are clean, spacious and fully equipped. Towels are changed regularly and employees try to meet everything that is needed. Parking is provided while the wi fi signal coverage is extremely good.

We went to the first beach as soon as it got down and it's great. They have toilets, showers and a place to rent deck chairs but also a place for private deck chairs. I can only say that I am a positive experience
