Good hotel at silent street. Nice and friendly personal. Clean rooms with air-conditioning.

Very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly but not intrusive. They gave us excellent tips about local attractions and they were right. Didn't want to leave.

The service is excellent. In the apartman there isn't kitchen but the rooms are greate and well furnished . It is very clean.

Quietly situated about 15 mins from harbour and 20 from old town. Spotlessly clean huge rooms. Pool perfect for quick dip and towels provided. Main thing about this hotel are the excellent helpful staff who can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend staying here

What a lovely hotel Staff were super helpful, requested and got my kettle for the room. The past reviews cover so many varied and positive comments about the hotel and Budva all of which we endorse. Semina on reception gets a special mention as she was so welcoming , knowledgeable of the area and extremely helpful. The only disappointment, but a big one, was the food. We spent 4 nights here and found the hotel to be very comfortable. The room facilities are good (fridge, TV with access to English speaking programmes, hairdryer etc) and the room was a good size with a balcony. Convenient location next to the bus station, but far from the sea. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. The room is very small, cramped. No balcony. The window is only in the bathroom. I would especially like to note the delicious and varied breakfast.

The location is great: downtown. Breakfast is without praise: the portion is large and very tasty. Cleanliness in the room. Fast internet. One TV channel in Russian. Full triple room. The bathroom sink is tilted. Water if you do not have time to remove it from the edge of the sink, drained to the floor or into the trash can.

Was only in the bar at the hotel. Cook very fast and delicious. Bring even faster beer, served in a chilled glass pair, that is not all beer restaurants. Very happy

We stayed in penthouse, it was very comfortable, clean and well designed. It has separated 3 room and 3 bathrom, breakfast was normal. Otopark was enough, location is hard to find.

Price and quality come hand in hand. Big plus about the air conditioning and shower pressure. Our room shower head was broken but they changed it quite fast to a new one. Mostly calm hotel, but if someone is being loud, you can hear it quite well. Waterboiler was missing but we got one when asked. Maybe putting effort in to new tv's so that u could watch movies via wifi? Overall good experience.

Marina the landlord is very kind, we also understood each other with very poor language skills .I can only recommend to everyone.The beach is a bit far from the accommodation, but you can be there in 20 minutes. Breakfast is plentiful and all our wishes have been fulfilled. Thank you for a delicious farewell dinner. We will go back again as soon as we have the opportunity.

There are no parking spots near the area and, as we discovered, parking on the street is illegal in Budva. Our rental car was totaled by the police while parked next to the hotel. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived but they put us in another bedroom eventually. Just returned from budva monumentum hotel 11 nights half board all the staff are very nice and cheerful breakfast is very questionable as you get the evening desserts for breakfast and if they want to cater for the English they MUST invest in a toaster.
