Inside, the hotel is clean and well maintained. At the time of our visit it had major building work in the street surrounding it on 3 sides, which we were not told about. During shopping hours, the hotel can be accessed via the shopping centre located beneath. After 9pm, the street entrance must be used and guests have to scramble across the dangerous rubble, steel rods and general building materials...

We stayed at the hotel for one week as a family in July 2021. We loved the restaurant and the spacious rooms, as well as the view from the balcony. But a huge minus was the cleaning, we were surprised that the floor was not cleaned.

The room is incredible but the staff are what made this stay unbelievable. The location is second to none with everything on your doorstep, but if there’s something you want to see or do that isnt nearby, the staff will go out of their way to assist and speak beautiful English. Amazing hotel, beautiful view, very clean and absolutely the best staff. I unfortunately punctured my tire very close to the hotel, the owner came and helped me with everything, finding a jack, finding another tire and even putting it on. It was very simple and not väl organized. The kitchen was outside. I had to carry all my panniers and bags to the second floor. The lower bunkbed didn't have space for me to really sit upright, even I am short. In addition to that, there were some bars under the upper bed, where I easily (😉) banged my head. The toilet with shower was also simple and only one for around 10 beds.

Stayed in this lovely hotel late September with a friend. We were given an upgraded room, a welcomed surprise! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff. Good location, staff member was polite and engaging. Bought a bottle of wine which was reasonably priced. Terrace not very well lit. A youth carrying a makeshift weapon came onto the terrace and asked my wife and I if we had any money, he was stared out and told no before leaving. The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. Nice location. Rooms could be a little bigger so you can stash away your suitcase and be able to move around the room. Maybe a shower curtain so you don’t get water all over the bathroom. This is only for the spa. I went 2x. First was a deep pore cleaning for the face. The 2nd time was a pedicure and another facial, all w Mina. I thought I’d have to see a dermatologist when I returned to the United States-but she totally took care of it-I wish I could see her every 6 weeks.

It is not so close for Old Town. 15-20 minutes on foot. The breakfast includes the price but the breakfast is really very poor. The employees are helpfully and smiling. But you should prefer another hotel/home in old city.

We were disappointed about the fact that we were accommodated for 3 days in an economy room instead of studio room that we bought with the tour. But in general, rooms are clean and there is good air conditioner. Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant is also ok, but nothing special.

Not too big rooms, approx 3x4m including shower room and a 3x1.5 balcony. We were unlucky to arrive when the conditioning system got broken, but during our last two days there they've installed around 30 brand new air conditioners to each room. Staff works perfectly, special cheers to Andgela, who was always nearby when we had any questions. Definitely would try this place again.

I have to share some expirience with other people! Astoria restaurant is one of the most beautiful places that I visit when I was in Montenegro. Food and drinks were amazing especially attitude of all the staff there. They were helping me about every my question. They were open to help about everything and I was grateful to be there. Have given 3 stars for the view from the terrace. We had breakfast and it was cold and very bland. Had the omelette and frankfurter breakfast. Small orange juice is €4.50. Waiter was rather unpleasant and focused on opening up the umbrellas even after we asked him not to.

Good value. Good location. The hotel is a 10-15 walk to the beach and old town. Quiet. Staff was helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated but they are well maintained and everything in my room worked well.

Everyhing was great from staff to room and food

The room is very new, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It is also close to the beach. I especially want to praise the service. It makes you feel at home. This is a family of three who run this hotel with great care (in fact, their son is only 15 years old). The breakfast is also very good, parking is free, and luggage is delivered to the room.

The room was very nice, with a small terrace for sunbathing, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. The triple room had a sofa bed, I don't know why this was not mentioned on the trip.

Review of restaurant. Didn’t stop at the hotel (looked beautiful). My friend and I ate here on Friday 16/5. I had the King burger and my friend had the Caesar salad. Stayed as part of an escorted tour. The staff and service were delightful. Rooms great and very clean. The only drawback was the location which was very busy with traffic.

Fantastic location, beach view from your apartment, and in the middle of Budva old town Central to everything needed. Only 1 downfall in Montenegro is the traffic. However, there is nothing you can do about that but enjoy the beautiful location.

We had a very comfortable stay here for 3 days. It's recently renovated. Our room was very clean and had a very nice balcony. The location is perfect and near everything. It's within a 5 minute walking distance to Budva old town and the main bus station. Also Mr Can the manager was very welcoming and helpful.

The location is very good but unfortunately the rooms are not as they appear in the photos and open onto a common terrace and therefore it is very difficult to ventilate the rooms, it is dark and the rooms are not clean.

Pros: Vila is in a convenient location, close to the old town. Relatively inexpensive. Cons: the room is damp. The plaster is falling off. The mattress needs to be changed, you can feel the springs, and the old refrigerator hums very loudly.
