Guest houses with pool in Budva

The hotel is centrally located, near the bus station and about a 20-minute walk from the beaches of Budva. Those beaches are overcrowded and not clean, though. The awesome thing was that every day I hopped on the bus to explore different towns along the coast. If you are adventurous, staying round the corner from the inter-town bus station could be useful. Family run business who were very friendly, the meals were great and large portions.The apartment was very clean the only fault was the bath/shower its quite high for getting in & out which could be a problem when wet.Its situated up a hill and is about a 20 min walk down to the beach front

If you want a pool and breakfast with nice spacious rooms with air-conditioning this is great place Owner was very kind and helpful Pool is small but shaded so we were able to enjoy with kids A bif far from beach but you can go to Jaz by car and this is much better than crowded Budva

Comfortable and calm family-run hotel. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Our room was sparkling clean. Good breakfast with many vegetarian and few vegan options. Effective air-conditioning. Only 15 minutes walk to the old town. Highly recommended.

Villa Bojana is a spotlessly clean. Its a family run business. They are lovely people and make sure their guests are happy and well catered for. They go the extra mile. Its a smashibg place to stay. Quiet at night but only a ten min walk in2 town. Cant recommend highly enough. I stayed 14 nights and loved it Sept 2018.

Great place! There is a parkink, so you can rent a car and left it just outside the building. The host is amazin! He's friendly and helpfull. Next trip to Budva i will come back to Martinović Rooms.

The host is very kind and very concerned. The location is very close to the centre. You can walk down to the beach in just 5-6 minutes. Pretty clean. There is hot water around the clock. Internet is smooth and fast. Although we forgot the beach umbrella, the host found us an umbrella in just 2 minutes. We had no problems during our stay. Thank you Martinovic Rooms for everything.

The host is extremely friendly, and location is great, but rooms need deep cleaning or renovation. The price is really reasonable and I didn't expect much. Maybe only my room was in such a condition , because corridors and facade looked a much more well-kept.

We stayed at Lucic as part of our packaged tour to Montenegro. The hotel says it’s a 4-star hotel, but I wouldn’t give it more than 2. The room continuously smelled very badly, ventilation in the bathroom works really badly (or doesn’t work at all?), throughout 9 days the room was cleaned only once - really badly (basically they made our beds and replenished the toilet). It’s not far from the beach...

This is a great place to stay for both short and long term. It’s clean and cozy, close to the beach, restaurants and bus station. Prices are very reasonable and staff is suuper friendly. The only downside is no visa only cash for payment.

very nice rooms with lost of available places for laguage and stuff. cleaning lady is so professional- besid the bed and bathroom, she even sorted out our scattered belongings.. Shower cabin is big. Receptionist is pleasant and available. I recommend this hotel .

We expected to stay in a luminous apartment for 3 persons as per our booking reservation while we stayed in a basic room . That said, the room was clean and the staff has been very kind; the position is very central, close both to the beach and the old town.

Amazing peaceful place on the hill! Old olive trees, pool, bar and small restaurant, not many guests.. The atmosphere here is relaxing and quiet. The owners are very friendly and nice. Best stay!

You will not find more peace anywhere else on the coast. Being family owned, they make sure you have the best experience possible. Poolside beds, bar, small restaurant with homemade dishes for breakfast and dinner. And the prices are very very reasonable. Will always come back to this place.

Really nice quite place with very friendly people. Will stay here again on my next stay! You need a taxi or car to go the beach but that's all well worth it. Restaurant is also the best I have eaten in Budva.

This is the perfect place to stay in Montenegro. It is close to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Kotor. You Can relax in the quiet and cozy surroundings. Nice pool and perfect bar with cheap cocktails and they are very good. The service is so good. Very kind. Especially Philip made our stay fantastic. Our room was good with an amazing view.

The best place I have seen in Rafailovichy and Budva. Fish and shrimps were delicious 😋! And homemade wine was something not from this planet. And atmosphere was like you at home.

Nice place, although I did not eat anything fancy, what we ate was very nice, there home made wine was the best we had in Montenegro. However, not the place to go to of you want to stay out late, we felt like we were intruding when it got to 22.00.

Lovely place, absolutely superb when everything around it is in bloom. Really good cooking, simple and tasty dishes. Love the service and attitude! And the prices are decent, perhaps even small for the volume and quality of the provided food! We enjoyed it a lot!

Food is really tasty and price is quite affordable. Restaurant offers a set menu for 6 euros: one of several main courses (chicken, veal or pork meat), soup and salad. We came here several times and every time meal was perfect. The size of one meal was so big that two sets were enough for three persons. The service here is provided in English, Russian and Serbian languages.

We took dorada, sea bass, Shopsky salad and 0.5 l of homemade white wine. All these costed 30 euro. Very tasty, though too much oil. Dorada has more tender meat. We also tried chorba soup and palachinki. Very good. Service is much better than in coast-side cafes.

Boravak je bio izuzetno prijatan. Divna gospodja Desa koja radi u vili se pobrinula da u svakom momentu sve bude cisto i uredno. Redovno su menjani peskiri i posteljina kao i upijajuce prostirke u kupatilu (menjane na dnevnom nivou). Vlasnica i osoblje su ljubazni i predusretljivi... Lokacija je dobra. Convenient location! Friendly hosts! Not far away was a small market, buying meat and then roasting the market for free on the check. They took everything and made breakfast on the balcony of the room!

A great place to spend your vacation. The rooms are spacious, have everything you need, beds, wardrobe, pedestals, safe, mini kitchen with a set of dishes, shower, hairdryer, towels, Wi-Fi, a large terrace with a dining area, cleaning every day. Not far from the sea. Near a large grocery store Mega and public transport. The hostess is hospitable.

Nice guesthouse with a beautiful view of the bay, very close to the old town. Little English is spoken but for reservations they will connect you with an English speaker. Very nice stay.

Immaculate room, Ivan and his wife were friendly and attentive hosts. Breakfast buffet had a lovely spread of hot and cold food, the watermelon so juicy. The 'secret garden' was beautiful. Ample parking, great value for money.

Be prepared to take cold showers - this was the only issue we had while staying at this hotel. Everything else was clean, nice and modern. Parking was inside a separate area for the hotel guests. Although the host didn't speak English we got everything settled nicely.

Stayed from June 12 to 16 here. The room is fine for the money has everything you need. Kitchen on the floor. The view from the balcony is chic. Difficult climbing uphill when returning from the sea, but this is a feature of the landscape. Conveniently book a transfer.

The house is on a hill above Sveti Stefan. Amazing views. Newly renovated and super clean. The pool is perfect and there is a larger pool in the complex. Wonderful for kids. You will need a car to get around, but it’s worth it for this tremendous house. Easy checkin and checkout. 5 minute drive to Sveti Stefan. The restaurant on the drive up is amazing…be sure to stop there. 10/10 sunset views
