We checked in in January 2026. Maybe because it was the off-season, there were not many people and we didn't have trouble sleeping because of the loud music. The bell in the clock tower struck half past midnight, but I didn't notice it before I got up at seven in the morning. Maybe I slept too deeply. However, the room is soundproofed and if you don't listen carefully you will ignore the bell.
Special praise for breakfast. It is not a traditional buffet, but a la carte style. Each person got one hot dish, one dessert, one cold drink and one hot drink. The portions were quite enough and two adults were full to death.
What I want to complain about is that the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy and there is no view of the sea from the second floor.

super, keep it up! The hotel is located in a wonderful place, the spirit of old Kotor is present everywhere, the room is excellent, the breakfast is high-quality, I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely come back for a vacation ...

Review of the hotel restaurant. Excellent service (though not the fastest, there is no hurry here))), stately waiters. The food is delicious. Good coffee with milk (not bitter).

best hotel ever stayed in middle Europe. Everything so perfect! The sea views is surprisingly good and all the stuff are nice. The breakfast is very well spent

We had a great meal at Hotel Astoria Restaurant. While the food did take a bit of time to arrive, that was understandable since there was a large group dining at the same time. Despite the slight wait, the service was friendly and attentive.
The food itself was very good, and the vegan burger, in particular, was something different and definitely worth trying! Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with a nice atmosphere. Would recommend it if you’re in the area.

Boutique Hotel Astoria in Kotor combines luxury with a historic charm, located within the city’s medieval walls. The hotel features elegantly decorated rooms, blending modern comfort with original stonework, offering a unique atmosphere. Guests praise the attentive staff, delicious breakfast, and the on-site restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine. With its prime location near Kotor’s attractions, it’s perfect for exploring. Though premium-priced, the ambiance and service make it a memorable stay for couples and discerning travelers.

The restaurant menu looks promising, but when we dined there we were underwhelmed. They were clearly understaffed, with one poor waiter handling about twenty tables outdoors in the square. I’ve never sent a meal back, but when both our dinners arrived lukewarm, I really should have - damn Canadian politeness prevented me. The food itself was flavourful and would have really been great if it was hot. I’m not saying don’t go here, but maybe pause and be sure they’re adequately staffed before committing.

Service was excellent. I had the Greek Salad. The vegetables were fresh like right off the vine. The feta cheese had a smooth flavor. The olives were wonderful. My wife had the spinach chicken pesto. The pesto smooth and not overpowering. Flavor of both dishes were balanced.

Amazing place with a stunning interior. The hostess and a young waitress were so charming. They explained the occupied terrace is only for dinner/full meal in the evening and not just for deserts. So, they offered me to be inside. I would never explore it from the inside if staying only outside. I enjoyed the friendly staff. It is rare to see that they are not an age discriminating company, their staff age range is from young to "the best age". And it seems they are an integrated team replacing each other without any fuss. As a person who lives in Montenegro but works with foreigners, I like to observe the companies from the HR side. This one will be on my list as long as they treat the staff as it should be. Remember, "happy employees - happy clients."
