Amazing Hotel! I met a client here for drinks and had a great time. Lovely atmosphere in an excellent location and to top it off, very friendly staff. I will definitely return.
Excellent Hotel, placed in a fantastic spot on the edge of Valleta. We had a balcony room with a view of the harbour and the fountain on the edge of the city walls. We were concerned the outside pool area would be crowded but that wasn’t the case. All the staff were super conscientious. Excellent Hotel and we will definitely return.
Elegant and charming place with excellent quality of service and food. Great location, just short walk to Valletta gate. Nice garden and swimming pool with perfect views. Authentic style of hotel with traditional lime stone's given to you a really nice feeling of Malta.
This is the go to place in Malta. Classy yet inviting and very comfortable (although the bed was a little hard and lumpy if I had to criticise something). Sensational location an easy walk to old city and just about everything you could want. Pool is terrific and very welcome after walking the sights on a hot day. Food and service was first class too. Don’t stay anywhere else in Valletta
We loved spending our first few days of our honeymoon at such a lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and greater us with a walk welcome. Our room was lovely and it was lovely seeing the bed made up so nice, the bouquet of roses and champagne waiting for us in our arrival, as we chose the package that included this. The food we had was delicious and drinks were nice. We both would stay at this hotel...
Lovely welcome prosecco, which was much appreciated. Very thorough check in - lady was very lovely. Amazing breakfasts and terrace. Swimming pool area is beautiful. As someone with a cat phobia, it’s a shame there’s a cat wandering around the pool area. Food at the pool is pretty good, but nothing too special and quite expensive. Amazing gardens and walk to the pool. All of the reception, lounge etc...

Absolutely recommend. The beach club was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and can be used for free if you’re staying at the hotel. We always had available sunbeds, though I would recommend to arrive early. It has access to the sea as well, the pool is reasonable size with sea water. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with fewer sunbeds, free of charge. We stayed in the family room, the bed was very large...
The room was a lot smaller than we thought but it’s okay since we’re not in our room all the time anyway. The service however? Outstanding! Cannot thank the staff enough for the warm welcomes, excellent service and kindness especially to Kristian, Njambe and Marie who we met in the pool and then became our group tour host. All of them greeted us like old friends and gave us tips how to enjoy Malta...
The rooms are amazing. Especially for Europe. The pool is a beach club. It’s loud and crowded not chill and relaxing like it looks in the photo, which was a big downer for me. They also took my water bottle and I felt like I should be able to bring my water to what I thought was the hotel pool. The spa was a little weird in terms of service. Also, having the website for your code and stuff was a little...
We really enjoyed our stay here. We were kindly upgraded at check in from a superior room to a suite which offered more space. Spa was lovely and empty in the mornings. We were always able to get a spot at the beach club and enjoyed the facilities there immensely. It is only a short walk away, though closes at 6.30pm. The trips are a lovely addition but book up quickly - we managed to go on a sunset...
The bar is lovely. The Hotel Front service staff are super helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced, nice, relaxing atmosphere. The bartender was incredibly clean and hygienic while making the drinks! Would come back next time we are in sliema.
Really lovely hotel and beach club. Staff were lovely, food really good, great value happy hour. Sadly building works next door were very noisy some mornings but obviously not the hotel’s fault! Only downside is Sliema is a bit out of the way - not easy access to Valletta (which we had hoped for) but overall really enjoyed and recommend!

Hard to fault in the price bracket, good size room. Staff extremely helpful surrounded by good eateries and close to the Valletta ferry terminal.
Friendly staff on hand. The hotel itself is dated and tired looking and the finish isn't to a high standard. If you are claustrophobic i would take the stairs as the hotel has the smallest lift i have ever seen. The location is good, plenty of nightlife locally and especially ideal if you are interested in the boat trips as many of them leave right outside the hotel. The view from the dining area...
It was good value for money. The location is perfect, close to the bus stop and the ferries, the staff was very nice. We took a room without a sea view, but with breakfast; however we still had a small nice sea view from our room. The terraces where the jacuzzi is has an amazing view. Maybe the hotel is a bit old if you look at the details, but everything was good enough.
We stayed here for three nights in spring 2024. Altogether it's a fine hotel right on Sliemas promenade and ferry docking station. The room we stayed in was on the sixth floor and seemed a bit old, especially the bathroom. Our main concern however was not being able to open the window as there was some ventilation pipes outside making our room smell like fried food once we dared to open it. The elevator...
Super cute hotel with incredibly kind personal and outstanding views. Location is perfect 🤩 everything is super close and walkable. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super clean and comfortable. Thank you for everything! ❤️
Wow. It's amazing here. I'm staying for 6 nights and blown away by the service and hospitality given already. Views are as described just better. You are in the heart of the action here. It's great to go downstairs and be in the hustle. The lift has so much character, it's tiny. Really enjoying it.

It is supposed to be a five star hotel, unfortunately it is showing signs of fatigue. The tiles in the bath room are chipped and has become hard to clean as a result. The carpet feels old as well. However, service remains good and the breakfast offers a good choice. There is a small private beach which allows bathing in the sea with fish swimming around you, which was very pleasant.
We visited this hotel last year and loved it. However we’ve recently been back and had to wait till well after 3pm for our room (check in 3pm)which meant we wasted a lot of our first day. Also bar service was poor. It seemed there was no one in charge even though there were plenty of staff and those making drinks had little training, particularly if we ordered cocktails. Even a beer took 15minutes...
Excellent hotel and superb location for visiting Valletta (10 minutes walk to the City Gate and the bus station). We booked for 5 nights and at check-in were given a complementary upgrade to a sea view room. What a room! I was hoping for a high floor. Reception was level 6 and we were given a bedroom on level 2. The porter asked which room we were in and when told said it was a very nice room. It was...
This hotel is in a tremendous location for visiting Valletta. Hotel itself is good, with comfortable rooms and beds. The pool area is excellent, with a large pool and also access to swim in the sea. Plenty of shaded areas and an attentive bar staff. The indoor bar areas and public areas are perfect for meeting or to grab a small meal and a drink. I wish the hotel had a good restaurant, but there are...
After booking to come, I saw numerous negative reviews of this hotel which made me quite skeptical. However, our stay on the whole was pleasant. The hotel is in a great location; it’s a 10 minute walk into Valletta (although there are a lot of steps) and we enjoyed numerous trips and dinners there throughout our holiday. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are lovely and there are always beds available...
This hotel is in a good location, not far at all from central Valletta. This is definitely the hotel’s biggest selling point. One point to note is that there is a lot of uphill walking/ steps to get anywhere from the hotel so bear this in mind if this could be an issue for you, particularly in the heat/humidity. Unfortunately, the service is absolutely awful. Staff are incredibly slow and mismanaged...

Great boutique hotel, website is not great in explaining the difference in quality between staying at the harbour House vs Iniala Modern. With the latter being a lot more sparse, in furniture and in other services. Makes sure you make a separate dining reservation if you want to eat there as the hotel seem to not hold back any tables for hotel guests, which is a fail
Hotel staff are amazing, you get greeted by name, and shown to your room. The decor / renovation of the building is beautiful. The fittings and finishes are top quality. Especially liked the walk in shower "room" with 2 rainforest heads, more than big enough for two to shower at once. My wife wanted to move in just because of the shower. Location on the water front is great, get a room...
Exceptional customer service. Unfortunately had to cancel plans to stay at this time but they handled everything with such grace. We can't wait to go and stay at this beautiful hotel.
A friend and I had lunch at Iniala. The menu was extensive with lots of choice. The food arrived quickly and the waiters who looked after us were lovely. The service was excellent as was the food and coffee. The prices are high but Iniala is a place you go for an experience. An experience I highly recommend.
Heavenly 5 stars. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so attentive and the food is divine. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay unforgettable for a special occasion. The icing on the cake is the view of the harbor. A big thank you to the whole team!
We stayed at Iniala Harbour House for 6 days with our 3 year old son and we have to say it was a wonderful holiday. We would highly recommend this hotel for its great central yet quiet location. The service is very friendly, everyone is very child friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. The cleaning service leaves nothing to be desired and the whole interior design of the hotel is unforgettable....

Clean and modern room with a great shower! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a water refill station on multiple levels on the hotel which was very convenient as you can’t drink water out of the tap in Malta. The indoor pool has a fantastic view over the city and there is also a sauna. Excellent location!! Right at the water front and near lots of restaurants.
Had a great experience at this hotel. We opted for a room with a view and I did not regret that. The rooms were a good size with a closet and comfortable king size bed. The AC worked very well. The rooms are super clean and the decor is beachy, but not in a cheesy way. The small balcony off our room had a beautiful view of Valletta and all its old buildings and history. We were happy to have that...
The hotel is super clean and modern, with amazing views and a perfect location. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful especially Ms. Marleny ;) she was making my day everyday! The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. Parking was a challenge, had to park at the shopping center until there was no traffic. But the walk back was nice. Beautiful hotel overlooking Sliema harbour. Friendly helpful staff, clean well-equipped rooms with separate toilet. Close to ferry and bus stops with countless good restaurants within easy walking distance. We absolutely recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday. My wife and I stayed here for a week in May. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Choosing a sea view room was well worth the extra as you have a wonderful view across to Valetta. The hotel is well-located with bars and restaurants nearby. The room was nice with AC. Minus points for the unfriendly welcome that we got at the start, the many times encountering staff in the elevator and entrance hall without getting a smile or “hello” and the ants in our hotel room bathroom. For the price, you expect a bit more. The pool is nice in the morning but gets increasingly hot and oily...
This hotel was wonderful in every way - the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. It’s a quiet, peaceful, clean haven away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. From the rooftop pool to the buffet breakfast, everything was exquisite!
We had such a wonderful first trip to Malta, also thanks to having a comfortable hotel to stay in. The hotel was super clean, with a classic old world feel but totally updated to be comfortable. What a lovely boutique hotel. The staff were ever so helpful and supportive. The breakfasts were really enjoyable and included local Maltese dishes. The roof top bar and pool were a delight. We have just spent 5 nights at this hotel and we had a lovely stay. The room was fine with a view over St Paul's St. Comfortable bed and clean. Loved the location. Close to both ferries, walking to shops and restaurants. Our first room was spacious as we paid for the most expensive room. The location is ideal for me, the staff was very attentive and professional The breakfast was good, you have some choice buffet and you can order different variations of an English breakfast. Room 501 is exceptional with the view. I was lucky. Clean, quiet and spacious rooms with tea coffee facility. Everything properly working.
Nice hotel in the heart of Valletta, with a character, spatious clean rooms, large bathroom, good breakfast with various options (both savoury and sweet). Also, very interesting the small round swimming pool in what was once a well, although water is cold. Only problem is that there is no car parking.

I stayed with Rose for six weeks. She is an amazing host - very kind and considerate. The studio room had amazing beach views, big kitchen/lounge/dining area for the size of the apartment. All appliances worked and in good order. I had to isolate for 10 days, and Rose was very helpful in getting me supplies and checking in to make sure I was ok! Would stay again.
Very good stay, we expected way less for the price. Very reliable air conditioner, direct access to a clean and nice beach, clean room, fridge and great view over city and sea from balcony, frequent bus connection to Valleta from which you can travel to anywhere in malta. Thanks!

Hydra spa is relaxing. There are two pools one in a garden setting and one by the sea - each have their own charm.
This is not 4 star. we have been going to Malta for the last 10 years and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in. Apparently they are closing it next year according to the holiday rep and this would make sense as the rooms needed updating and the food needs improving. The front of house staff were not very friendly. The location is lovely and the cleaning staff were brilliant.
The place is closing soon for a major and much needed refurbishment. Let's hope it returns as one of the best hotels in Malta when it re-opens in 2020.
