I stayed in the park hotel winter 2017 and at the time there was no issues with hygiene. It's quite central in Sliema with some cheap restaurants nearby. I think at the time the hotel was classed as a four star but it was two at best. Did have a indoor pool and jacuzzi in 2017 which were good. Even a small gym inside which was decent to train in. Overall a lot has changed since but our stay was good
Stayed for 3 nights June 2019 Read a lot of negative reviews about this hotel, not sure why! Yes the place his a bit dated and probably could do with a touch of paint but my room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. Didn't use the rooftop terrace or pool so can't comment on that, but for £50 a night with breakfast included I can't have any complaints! You get what you pay for...
We sat in this hotel for 4 nights over the Easter break. Overall, the room was average with clear signs of wear and tear. Our room was a three star room as opposed to four stars, as it was advertised. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of omlettes, cheese, salami and coffee. The staff was polite and always ready to help. The location is very good as well.
Great Hotel, Great staff, Great location. The staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was very good with a good variety .I had my evening meal one night in there and it was the best pizza I have had. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi was a lovely way to relax after and day of walking around. It was a just a few meters to the main sea road where buses run and as it was in a side...
Good location. Close to public transport and restaurants. Breakfast was Fab, quite impressed actually. Composed of hot and cold dishes buffet style, with constant refills. Nothing was too great for the smiling waitresses. Swimming pool was a bit small but there was another on the roof top which I didn't use due to weather. The gym room was staffed and equipment OK. There was a tourist desk for tickets...
Love this place. It is in a great location Marisa and all of her staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food is very good and the Restaurant Manager , a really nice Turkish Man called Berdan has done an amazing job in ensuring quality food and drinks are available at all times. I am here now and will certainly come back in March for more of this .

We stayed here for three nights. Overall, the room was good. However, the ceiling was unusual — it had no finish or paint, just bare concrete. All basic amenities were provided. There was also a dry, dead cockroach that fell out of the cabinet near the ventilation hood. I did not see any live cockroaches, but this moment was unpleasant. Thankfully, it happened on the last day. It is possible to prepare...
Nice clean place good people in respection
The rooms were large and comfortable, with a separate bedroom. It was a huge plus that we could relax in peace and quiet without hearing the noise in the hallway. The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. The location was very convenient. The view of the harbor and ports from the 11th floor was incredibly peaceful, especially when we had breakfast with that view...
Large, clean rooms. Quiet. Room service Gopel did a good job thanks. Friendly greetings from all staff. Amazing breakfast looking out from 11th floor to Valletta. Great choices of food, all fresh and tasty. Even natural honeycomb to have on selection of breads, cakes etc. Handy for choice of restaurants and bus or ferry into Valletta and beyond. Good parking under the hotel. My third visit for work...
I really enjoyed this hotel. The location is great, and it’s super easy to reach Valletta by ferry. The rooftop pool is beautiful, with clear walls that make it really fun for photos. There’s also a bar on the roof and a lovely terrace for breakfast. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. My room had its own kitchen with everything I needed. It was clean, comfortable, and the balcony was great...

Received a warm and friendly welcome from hosts Julie and Glen. The house is beautifully restored and full of character, within walking distance of the Ferry to Valletta, Senglea and Birgu. Excellent breakfasts.
Loving this place where we’ve been staying on the Malta leg of our honeymoon. Beautiful accommodation in a prime location with every detail perfect. It’s a traditional Maltese building with sandstone walls that has been tastefully refurbished with gorgeous Mediterranean tiles and local art on the walls. The owners have amazing taste and Julie is a wonderful cook. We still have two nights here and don...
One of the best boutique hotels in the historic three cities. Experienced owners and great location.
Lovely place, very testy furnished and clean. The owners are very friendly and nice. Breakfast is good and fresh. We simply love this place.... and we will be back as soon as possible. See you mate 😉
Fantastic! Like being at home. Just like the Happy Culture Hotels. I'm definitely returning. Martin
Very nice guesthouse in a restored building. Well done and everything looks high quality. The house has so many old features but combined with modern rooms who offer all the comfort you can wish for. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient because it is not far anywhere and a quiet area

Good hotel but it has a really annoying process to check in and check out. You must use the other hotel down the road as this one is basically unstaffed
Lady Todd has an beautiful outdoor balcony view..the room was clean and comfortable.. Breakfast was decent and had multiple choices available. We enjoyed our stay.
The front desk staff were very kind. The room was very spacious with a terrace, and the hotel was very quiet. It's common for solo travelers to be given inconvenient rooms, but this wasn't the case here - we were given a room on the top floor with a great view. It happened to be the day when there were fireworks over the bay, so we were lucky to be able to see the combination of drones and fireworks...
Very nice cozy hotel in central Location
I made a last-minute reservation and used it, but it was nice that they let me store my luggage for free and let me check in before the check-in time when the room was ready :) However, there is no front desk staff at Lady Tod, so I had to go to Mr. Tod to store my luggage and check in. It was about two blocks down, but I didn't know this fact, so I had a hard time ㅠ Still, the facilities were clean...

The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately there is a road construction nearby, which causes traffic jams and noise. The room is relatively large, but the toilet is small and the bathroom is small, but considering the price, it is acceptable to have a private bathroom.
Good location, convenient transportation, and the beach is just outside. The room facilities are complete, but a bit old.
Excellent location, helpful staff. Very clean.
Excellent value! The rooms are spacious and clean, well-equipped, and the location right on the waterfront is great, too. We booked online and then paid €10/night extra for a room with sea views. Breakfast for an extea €7 was very generous, too: baked beans, sausage, ham, cheese, eggs, cornflakes, fruit, cakes, 3 types of bread, etc.
Magical sea view Magical sea view from the balcony when the weather is calm but not when the weather is windy. The room was clean and mostly quiet but not when your room neighbored families during the weekend. You can use the coffee machine near reception for free Michael and Adriana at reception were very helpful.
The hotel have excellent location, service is good. We have some internet isues on our last day, but they fixed it very fast.

Great location, great property. Couple of hundred metres from water views and also old school baths cut in the rocks which are great to use to cool down. Lovely rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. Only negative is the front door for the building is very loud every time someone opens/closes it. If a light sleeper could be an issue.
The location is very convenient. Two minutes to bus stop and eat to go to tourist attractions. The room is spacious and clean. The room made up daily is also very tidy. The breakfast has a lot of choices. Highly recommended.
Not great Like many reviews of this property I agree all the staff you interact with are so friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is excellent for a Continental style one. But they are sadly being let down by either the owners or management, because the hotel itself is a bit of a disappointment. We booked a top floor room with the terrace and Hot Tub, the tub didn't seem to have been properly cleaned...
When booking our holiday, we chose Amery House because it looked modern and clean and had great reviews. It was also decently priced compared to other higher end hotels in Sliema. I want to say that the hotel is indeed modern and clean, the staff are all lovely, the breakfast was decent, and the location is great, but there are a few let downs. First off, upon entering our room, it was a lot smaller...
Good location , nice breakfast ! Especially thank for front desk staff “ Priscilla” she did provide sincerely help & useful Malta information to us !

The place is great. It has everything: good location, really kind people working there and providing you with lots of helpful information, and clean rooms and bathrooms. It also has a fan, toilet paper and shower gel and shampoo, towels. Recommend!
A little bit disappointed about the location, because even if close to valleta, in the evening we didn't found a restaurant nearby, jist some Asian food. But the room and personnel were really nice. They have a small dinner on the roof top and a small jacuzzi.
We spent 3 nights in Chapter 5. The location is 10 mins distance with bus from the center of Valetta and 30 mins walking distance to center of Silema. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and air condition was working perfectly in such hot weather. Access to the roof top which includes a free jacuzzi. Staff was really helpful and friendly especially Gabriella. Definitely recommend!
Spent 4 nights here. It was really clean and quiet. The room had lots of space, its own bathroom, good wifi, air conditioning, and black out blinds. The shower pressure was strong so it was a really nice, modern bathroom. The room also had a fridge and daily maid service. The room had a kettle and blow dryer. The elevator worked well. We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were clean and very well maintained. Gabriella at the reception was really nice and helpful. She exclaimed everything when we checked in, gave us plenty of recos and explained us how to get to places and what to see. Only one con is that there are no drinking water bottles in the room. Beautiful hotel which we booked at the last minute.. Rooms was lovely and the comfiest bed that have ever slept in.. Staff really helpful.. Great location as well.. Only 10 minute walk to Sliema ferry.
The rooms advertised on Booking.com and that we actually booked do not exist. I spoke to the manager and she said she would get owner to look into it. Every one of the staff were excellent and will certainly be back again.
Had a pleasant stay at violetta. Beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely pool and bar area. Very modern decor. A quieter area than in the main seafront - about 10-15 minutes walk to amenities and shopping district. The owner of the hotel Justin was really lovely and goes out of his way to make you feel at home. Would recommend staying here.
We stayed at the wonderful Palazzo Violetta in Sliema, from May 25th to June 1st. Our stay couldn't have been any better! Our apartment was absolutely incredible. Comfortable apartment, good service, well equipped and it was quite close to every thing, parking in the area wasn't too bad but the place has parking but remember to book it if you need it
Nice and quiet place. Grocery shop at the door steps. Very close to Sliema promenade. Perfect for families with kids.
Very good location. Close to seaside bouleveard, restaurants, cafes and bus stops. Good grocery store on the other side of the street. In the apartment which we were renting (7th floor) there was a issue with water pressure and there was a bit too little natural light as for our taste. Overall, we can recommend though.
I cannot praise Depiro Point enough. I fly out regular for business and always request to stay here through my company. The staff Eloise and Heather are always so friendly and ensure my stay is welcoming and they cannot do enough for me. We are actually becoming friends. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a central location in Malta with staff who will bend over backwards to...
Good size rooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Apartment was very clean. As its on a complex can be a little noisy. Ours was top floor so got the sun on the balcony, lower ones probably not so much. Depending on position views may not be much although our rear balcony did have a nice view of St Julian's. Easy walking distance of St Julian's bay and Sliema. Good bus links.
This is a huge modern complex of apartments mixed with what seem to be student flats. The apartment we stayed in for 4 weeks (Block F, flat 7) was nicely finished and the block itself is pleasant, however can be noisy with music and children and seems to suffer some intermittent power problems at times. Despite this it was suitably placed and a decent base for our stay.

We stayed there first 2 weeks in October ,The hotel staff was very good the cleaners was excellent our was cleaned to a high standard . The front of house was very good and helpful as was the breakfast staff there was always lots to eat. We enjoyed our stay at the Windsor
Hotel The Windsor provided me with a pleasant stay in a quiet street with everything nearby. It is neat and clean, the staff is helpful, the rooms are cleaned every day. The air conditioning works, there is hot water at all times, I was welcomed in the room With a coffee and tea maker, milk and sugar, I was happy because every morning I drank my morning coffee on the balcony, and I didn't have to run...
Brilliant location, clean, helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, but that didn't bother me too much. Rooms were clean but could do with a bit of an update. I understand the financial pressures of the Covid lock downs so, again was not a problem for me. I don't understand some of the reviews on here as my stay was just what I wanted, and for the price a bargain.
While underwhelming at first sight, give it a few days and its strategic location and kind staff will surely grow on you. Also the wi-fi is excellent.
Only stayed for 3 days, but for the price this hotel is great value, the location was good, room was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day, the staff are extremely hard working and the reception staff could not have been more helpful, the breakfast was of a very high standard plenty of it and piping hot. Would not hesitate to return if in Malta again.
55€ night. First floor room. 2 separate beds and they refused to prepare them together until next day. Horrible, noisy, ugly, tiny TV from 1965, no cable, sachets of cheap gel&shampoo... Its a NO NO.

After reading a lot of negative reviews, I sort of feared having to stay here, however, after checking in and seeing my room, I couldn't quite understand why people were so negative. Its a budget hotel, yes, but for what you are paying its actually okay. For me it was fine and I am happy with my experience there.
Lifts were not always working. During my stay, i had a few days where I had to walk up and down the stairs a couple of times. One would get fun and then break again. Hot water was not reliable. I had to leave running for half an hour before getting mild warm water.
For the $53 per night that we paid we had everything we needed. The room was plain but  adequate in size, shower, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv, refrigerator, small balcony, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool, sauna. Easy to get to get to. It’s been a rollercoaster with this hotel, and I was changing my mind about it a couple of times, but here’s the truth. The hotel is not 4 starts for sure, but for what this price can buy in high season in Malta it’s a very adequate deal. Don’t expect anything fancy or anything beyond the most basic amenities. The hotel is good for staying there to sleep, but not spending time there. Don’t bother...

it was a good experience, with one exception, I had some Italian girls as neighbors, absolutely rude, they talked very loudly almost screaming, incessantly , especially late in the night...someone threatened them with the police without any result. we really enjoyed our stay at the diplomat hotel! the room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped (smart tv, toiletteries, towels, snacks & drinks), the only downside were the thin walls. breakfasts were okay, nothing special, but there was a lot to choose from, we never left hungry. nice sea view from the balcony too! it's a bit hard to find a parking space close to the hotel though.
I stayed in the Diplomat Hotel for 3 nights and it was basically "fine," but lots of things were just a little bit inexplicably broken. For example, the AC in my room definitely just blew hot air, the fridge in the room *kind of* worked, but didn't keep things very cold and had a puddle of water (or something else) inside of it, and the wifi was constantly cutting out. None of these were critical...

Great location, short walk to waterfront and maybe 10 mins to all the restaurants but in a quiet neighbourhood. Great reception, room was spotless, comfie bed and pillows! The rate included breakfast which was really nice and fresh - staff at breakfast were lovely! Served on rooftop terrace which we really enjoyed. Staff super responsive to any queries. The exterior is simple and distinctive, and the interior has been renovated, clean and bright, combining old buildings with modern styles. The hotel is 50 meters away from the beach, and there are many bus lines that can directly reach the scenic spots.
I was quite satisfied with the room provided to me. However, I had a large unwelcome guest upon arrival. It was cleaned up and removed the next morning and all was good after that. I would recommend staying there and will again

The hotel has an excellent location for exploring Malta, and the area where it is situated in Sliema is beautiful. The room is clean, tidy, and spacious. You can get fresh towels every day. Better than expected 👌One person can lie down in the king-size bed room. 🤭The front desk service attitude is good, the room is cleaned every day, and you can come and go at any time 24 hours a day. When you need help (such as the phone can't be charged), the front desk will enthusiastically guide you and tell you how to get to the repair point.
We stayed 2 nights. The hotel was very clean, modern and stylish. Room was very clean and upgraded. Their breakfast options were fairly nice, especially their coffees. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for soft pillows and they provided me with the soft one.
A good quality hotel on the popular Sliema promenade. Rates are reasonable and breakfast is quite decent.
It's quite clean, not very quiet, but it's quite convenient to go anywhere. The service is quite good. If you book a sea view room, remember to request a high floor, because the lower floors don't have a view of the sea at all. It's quite suitable for long-term stay. There is a park in front and many people walk there. It's very safe.
the room was super clean the staff was very helpful and nice the room also had everything you need for example towels, hairdryer, fridge... location is the best everything you need is in a 2km radius(supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beaches...) when we got there the hotel was just renovated so everything was super nice the price was also fair for the conditions and i would recommend it 100%

It’s a great place to be, nice and quiet location, but you got everything around. It has a gym, spa and a small pool on the roof. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The room had everything we could possibly need, and the jacuzzi on the balcony with a stunning sea view was just incredible. I loved the bath combined with the shower, and the fact that all toiletries were provided – even toothbrushes! Housekeeping was done daily, and the service was truly exceptional – they even called to check if we needed anything...
Beautiful, funny and fresh interior. Very friendly staff, good location, great breakfast. Pool on the roof and little spa. Warm recommendation. Small and cosy hotel in Balluta Bay. Beach, restaurants and bus routes very close.
I stayed here 2 weeks ago with my friends and we had the best experience! The room was lovely (especially the bathroom), the rooftop pool and indoor pool and jacuzzi were lovely, the breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We also got a discount on an amazing massage and the spa facilities :) I would 100% recommend staying here!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the breakfast selection was limited, and the rooms smelled of stale grease and food in the morning. The pool was small but acceptable. The elevator was a disaster; using the stairs was very outdated. The location was usually expensive with Uber and Bolt. The beach is far from the hotel.
I've booked twice in a month offers for relaxing massage and spa and I loved it each time. Highly recommended place. The personnel are very kind and helping, the massage therapists are very experienced and caring. Mayor point for me to want to come back for more are the clean and divers spa facilities.
