Room was serviced daily
Bed was a little uncomfortable, and pillows were not the best, so did not get the best nights sleep.
My room was in a seperate building, although not an issue for me, there was no lift.
Overall in terms price paid, it was good stay and I would stay here again.
There is also a fridge in the room
On arrival with our 2 friends at 22.00 hours we were given keys to our rooms. Bearing in mind these 2 rooms were booked 6 months in advance, we were on separate floors from our friends. We asked if we could be on the same floor and were told no by a very surly man on reception. No reason given.
Our friends took the first floor room which was large and roomy we took the 2nd floor room which was pokey and small with 4 small coat hangers. We asked to be moved but the surly receptionist said we couldn't until the morning. We decided to stay in the room as it was only a base to sleep.
We found all the Polish staff at the hotel unfriendly and unhelpful.
The only positive thing about this hotel was the breakfast. The buffet was amazing with so much choice. This was the reason I gave 2 stars otherwise I'd have only given 1
Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel
We stayed at 201 room and really dislike it. We could hear the noise of the air conditioner machines plucked right in the exterior of the bedroom (at least 10 of these machines are there) all night. It was really annoying and would not stay another night. In my opinion this room should not be available or at least the client should be previously warned about this. Furthermore the curtains do not block the morning light at all. Maybe if i had stayed in a different room the experience would be totally different.
I would like to point out that you enjoyed your hospitality very much
.Every question and help asked by the hotel staff was answered nicely
- Shower was under-powered and not hot enough - beverages tray not automatically replenished - stuffy room because heater did not switch off and windows high up and did not open wide enough - staff not very friendly
