This was the worst hotel I've ever experienced! I booked on Trip.com , but I sent it to a place that looked like a neighboring house, not a hotel building! I definitely booked a double bed, but they gave me a room with two single beds apart! The worst of all was the employee's attitude! The night shift worker was very arrogant, keeping his eyes down and ignoring him! This is a hotel that should never be used! Breakfast is just soso!

The location was really good! It was just a short walk to the train station, from here you could also quickly walk to the old town and, for example, to the new shopping center. The service was friendly. We were quite busy on our trip, so we only had time to eat one breakfast during the three days. But we thought it was delicious! There were a couple of shops opposite the hotel where you could buy snacks for the hotel fridge. I traveled with a teenager. Good value for money, I recommend!

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Strdom tram station and is therefore very close to the old town and even closer to the old Jewish quarter. The accommodation in the anex building (neighboring building) was a little inconvenient because there is no direct connection and breakfast can only be reached via the alley. The building also has no elevator and looks a little outdated. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I stayed here way back in 2001. It was a really nice hotel in a lovely area of Kazimierz. The breakfast was particularly good and I enjoyed walking back and forth from here to the main square in Krakow.
