Sheraton Grand Warsaw

Great location. Paid breakfast was super fresh with plenty of choice. Receptionists were judgy and not super welcome. Not sure why but they saw my Ukrainian family and perhaps thought they couldn’t afford to stay here. Once I told that I paid for all 3 rooms for 2 nights receptionist started feeling easier and even smiled a bit.
Everything was amazing except for superiority looks we would get from polish hotel staff.

This is a lovely hotel with many amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel tp anyone staying in Warsaw.

It’s a 5 star hotel ; the location is amazing and it’s in the heart of the city and close all the main attractions area. The service is great and the price is reasonable. Rooms are clean and the space is great. Rooms view are wonderful

Just 3 km from the city center, this hotel has its own unique charm. With the downtown Marriott no longer in operation, this was the best alternative for loyal Marriott guests. The breakfast area can get quite busy, so it's best to avoid it between 9 and 10 AM. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a suite on the club floor, which offered a stunning view. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped gym and friendly staff, adding to the overall positive experience.

If you’re looking for a five-star experience in Warsaw, the Sheraton brand truly lives up to its name. The location is perfect, with large parks nearby and situated in the diplomatic/embassy area, which made us feel exceptionally safe with a regular presence of security around. My family and I stayed here for seven days, and we had plenty of time to soak in the top-tier service and facilities.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic. The quality of room service really stood out – I can’t mention it enough! It was next-level and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is perfect for anyone who, like me, has been in and out of many hotels and is looking for a memorable experience.

What made my stay truly special, though, was the exceptional service at the lobby bar. Emil and Zuzanna went above and beyond, offering fantastic recommendations and personalised service every time I visited. They made me feel right at home, and by the end of my stay, we felt more like friends. Their high-quality cocktails, paired with the relaxed atmosphere and occasional live music, made the lobby bar a regular stop for me.

If you’re in Warsaw, I highly recommend a stay at the Sheraton – and don’t miss out on visiting the lobby bar for great drinks and even better company!

I come through Warsaw a few times a year and always stay here. The location is PERFECT. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to old town. There’s a ton of great restaurants nearby, and there is also a park close. The service is always impeccable. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds and lots of space to stretch out. The breakfast is SO worth indulging in, so make sure to add this on!

Very nice appointed hotel with easy walking access to the center of Warsaw. The staff is all fantastic and the rooms are quiet and clean. The lounge on the 6th floor is among the best of any Marriott I've ever visited.

Been a few times now to the Sheraton, great location.

Precious time service in the bar/restaurant wasn't great but tonight it's been brilliant.

Also have some live music going on so chilling and enjoying it, no idea the schedule though.

Rooms are nice, breakfast is good. Would stay here again.

I have been to this hotel 3 or 4 times now. I wish this hotel was closer to where I lived, I would go there every time I need an escape. Great breakfast, great lounge (great wine and beer), very nice hotel. Highly recommend
