Reviews
The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was so perfect I wished I could take it – and the sheets – home with me. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made my stay even more comfortable.
Breakfast was a highlight: a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that set me up perfectly for the day. The wellness area was equally impressive – a lovely pool, relaxing sauna, and a well-equipped gym, all kept in pristine condition.
If I had to mention one small thing, it’s that the air conditioning could be just a touch stronger on very hot days – but it still kept the room pleasantly fresh, so it’s hardly a real complaint.
Overall, a wonderful hotel that delivers on every promise. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw.
(+) There’s plenty of space in the hall to relax, to work or to drink something at the bar.
(+) The pool & spa area is really a nice treat, open till 10 PM. Despite the price that might seem quite high, the hotel is definitely worth every penny!
(-) Bar, breakfast and minibar are a bit overpriced.
Breakfast: exceptional (5/5)
Pool/sauna: acceptable (3/5). Finnish sauna + small infrared sauna. No separate relaxation area for sauna visitors. The pool and hot tub area often feels like a busy and sometimes noisy children’s playground.
Room: good (4/5)
Service: (2/5)
- I requested a larger bathrobe, but despite reminding the staff, I only received it after several days.
- I ordered a chamomile tea and was charged €8.20, the price for loose tea. When I politely asked if this was correct, the bartender snapped that it was the price for a “luxury tea” (!).
- Towel shelves in the sauna room were left empty for several days, causing everyone to sit on the sauna benches in wet swimwear.
- As a Radisson member, I was entitled to a 10% discount at the bar. Upon checkout, the discount was refused and the full amount was immediately charged to my credit card (details provided at check‑in) without any willingness to resolve the issue.
Summary: While the breakfast and room were strong points, the stay was overshadowed by underwhelming service — ranging from the sauna facilities to unfriendly or dismissive staff interactions, and culminating in an unhelpful checkout experience. At this rather premium price point (€230/night), I would expect not just good amenities, but genuine professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness throughout — all of which were lacking.
The room itself was great – super comfortable bed, soft duvet, everything was clean, and the shower gel and body lotion had a lovely scent. No complaints there, it was really well done!
However, our main reason for booking was the jacuzzi, which, unfortunately, was out of order when we arrived. The next day it was filled, but the water felt cold—about the same temperature as the pool.
The spa area is located in the basement, which means no natural light. It gave off a bit of a closed-in feeling, kind of like being in an IKEA with no sense of time. The air was also very warm and heavy, similar to that of a public swimming pool.
Another downside is that, aside from the very cozy room, there’s no real outdoor space to enjoy the sun or the view (at least not on the second floor).
The hotel restaurant does have a terrace, but it’s right next to the road, which isn’t ideal. A rooftop space would really add value to the overall experience.
All in all, at €150 per night, we were expecting to be able to enjoy all the facilities. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and the overall value for money just didn’t feel right.
