Orchard Grand Court in Singapore

Great serviced appartment in a good location. Supermarket underneath. Breakfast is just ok. Beds are comfy!

Had a wonderful 8 day stay here. The apartment were excellent were excellent and the staff so friendly and helpful.Having a restaurant and even a small supermarket adjacent made the experience even better. The location is also very good.
We would definitely stay here again and will recommend the apartments to friends.
The only slight issues were with the limited kitchen utensils - one large pot and one frypan is not enough and also directions as to how to operate the cook top would be useful especially for those accustomed to gas.

Five points of praise, I will come here next time

Having just returned from an 8 night stay here, I am baffled by some of the quite negative reviews posted about the OGC - including one claiming it's a 15 minute walk to the Somerset MRT - it's 10 minutes at most, and that's at a very leisurely pace.

Back to the apartment. The service was excellent throughout our stay with the standout performances from the Concierges who were simply brilliant. In all of my stays in Singapore (and I've had a lot) they were the best I have had the pleasure of coming across.

The room itself was large, modern and clean (again contrary to other reviews I have seen). Yes TV stations are basic, but this is often the case with 5 star hotels there too unless you pay for in room movies and well lets face it, do you go to Singapore to watch TV?

I do agree with others the pool area is in need of some love - it's small and tired and a bit of a lost opportunity. But the gym is very good.

The breakfasts in Crystal Cafe were OK but not great - lots of selections but pretty much the same every day and largely devoid of the things most kids want to see like pancakes and waffles (though there was a guest appearance by pancakes on our 2nd to last day). Their service is very good though, and the same Cafe serves great, well valued meals of an evening too.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely. It's well priced, clean and with excellent service.

The hotel was amazing the concierge Mr Kamsari was the best, made me feel gd smiley and makes you feel appreciated, funny and willing to go the extra mile nice to have some laughs when your in another country made my stay so much better but most of all he remembers you and is so palight. To you as a guest and he has a gd friend Mr Yusli who was just as amazing all staff would help you if you needed it even if you didn't know you did room was cleaned every day would recommend to anyone in the world that if you come to Singapore to stay here their complimenty breakfast is to die for and they are amazing the food is out of this world you get your money worth and then some

The family stayed here in August. We enjoyed our stay. Room was of a good standard and staff very hospitable. Special mention to Mr Kamsari of the Concierge team. He really looked after us and ensured we enjoyed some pleasant time in Malaysia also. Many thanks

Fantastic location near large shopping malls and other tourist attractions. It met all our basic needs for the week (clean, just spacious enough for 3 people, decent breakfast). The service overall was a bit lacking, and fell somewhere between what you would expect from a hotel and an apartment complex. There was just enough service for checking in/out and room cleaning but pretty much nothing else. There was a stove and a medium sized fridge/freezer, but I wouldn’t recommend cooking or making yourself too at home, as homeware and appliances are limited. Overall it was very reasonably priced for what it was and I’d recommend it.

I booked 4 rooms for my famiy to stay one week in Singapore. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The apt amenities included a washer and dryer and a refrigerator and kitchen area that were very nice. Email customer service communucations with the hotel before and after our stay were promptly responded to. Hotel is in a very convenient area close to MRT and also has access to quick local food that is good. Excellent Hainan Chicken cafe and Kaya toast (Killiney) stores within one block. Highky reccomend as this place is good value for families visiting Singapore and much less cost per day han the major chain hotels in the downtown area. Train system MRT is very fast and efficient and close by. Will comer here again mwhen we return to Singapore..

Really good. Nice spacious rooms, quiet and comfortable and in a great location. If it had a better restaurant I'd give it 5.
