Clean and neat, worth the price! One-north area is not touristy area, however, it is easy to commute anywhere since Singapore is small and public transportation is wide-range covered. This hotel looks chic and energetic architect design. They don’t provide breakfast and free coffee, however, you can serve yourself with Starbucks coffee machine at the lobby at small price. Each floor comes with ironing and fridge area outside.
Small tip: if you are Ascott member, you can check-in earlier a bit like 2pm. How lovely!

It is a new hotel that has just opened. no shared breakfast But there is a kitchen to cook There is a central area for grilling. The hotel is next to the sky train, convenient to travel. The pool is a bit small.

They don’t respect your privacy and the sensitive of your personal information. how? There’s someone (@) called them by phone and pretended that he is one of my family members asked them about me and they said correct this person is staying with us at this time and (@) asked them to come and check my room if I’m in it or not and the reception guy did this move twice. All of this happened with there checking with me or checking the identity of the caller…..

Nice and comfortable place to stay at. Very close to the MRT and cafes at Fusionopolis. Rooms are good. The downsides are that there is only 1 accessible plug point in the room and no coffee. The hotel is bit far from main areas of Singapore so keep that in mind. There are vending machines and a coffee machine downstairs which is quite good. Lot of working space downstairs as well.

Located in a quiet and green area. In front of One-North MRT, easy to get food and groceries. Room is small but comfortable and well-designed. They have drinking water on every floor. Ironing area and fridges in public area for each floor. Rooftop and pool are great, but the pool tiles are a bit dirty on the wall edge above water level. They have public kitchen looks convenience but I haven't tried yet. In general, hotel design is cool and has lots of space for work, sit and take selfie.

Newly-opened hotel in the peaceful one-north neighbourhood. Facilities like the pool are still work-in-progress so I guess that's the reason for the attractive room rates offered during this "soft-launch" period. Service staffs are cheerful and very willing to serve. They seemed to enjoy their work in lyf. I loved the powerful rainshower in my room and everything seemed really clean and beautiful. I enjoyed my stay and hope to be back again in future when the property is fully opened. Well done.

There are many different facilities in lyf, and the staff are very friendly and nice. But before you book, please note that the rooms are very small, most suited for at most two people to stay in. There is also no fridge, so don't bring any food that needs to be kept chilled.

Great facilities and it's newly furnished, but staffs might have communication issues:
1. I booked the swimming pool slot, swam a few laps and was almost completed, just then a handyman came and said he is to clean the pool. If there's a cleaning period, I think the staffs should let the hotel guests know in advance?
2. I asked for an extra towel via the app as I thought it will be convenient to do so instead of going down to counter. Nobody responded but after I checked out, one of the staffs marked the request as resolved in the app.
Hope they fix the comms because this hotel really has potential

The room is small but clean and comfortable, staffs are all very friendly. The location is convenient. Near to Mrt, tibre+ is just nearby. Highly recommended! Will definitely my choice again if i would like to have a staycation.

Gym, coffee machine, beautifully designed co-working space, fully equipped communal kitchen worthy of MasterChef reality TV 📺. With the focus on bonding together even the washing machines are communal.
