The fantastic location on Sentosa Island made this hotel very walkable to several attractions. It was a great choice. And by paying the small upgrade fee to an ocean view room, we had a chance to watch the neighboring nightly light show from our window. Warning: The rooms are very nice and feel luxurious, but they're very small unless you specifically book one of the larger ones. However, the bathroom was fabulous. The toilet has an entire control panel to customize the bidet settings, and the huge walk in shower was among the best shower experiences of my life, with a rainfall shower head with actual water pressure, coupled with a handheld attachment that could be used at the same time.
You may want to note that if you're still not 100% comfortable with your traveling companion, both the shower and the toilet in our room opened out directly into the main room, so there was no separate area to get dressed.
The pool area is also gorgeous, and I would've loved to take advantage of that a bit more if we'd had an additional day on the island.
Overall, I'm very happy we chose the Outpost Sentosa for our brief stay in Singapore.

Quite disappointed with my stay at the Outpost. Firstly, the rooms are very small for a 5 star hotel with an odd layout. The bathroom sink is apart of the room sitting above the mini bar and next to the luggage area. As the reviews already suggest the hotel is really not adults only with the main attraction, the beautiful pool, shared with the sister hotel which is full of kids! Not to mention you are unable to charge drinks and food purchased at the main pool to your room. After being inconvenienced by this, having no physical cash or card on me whilst sitting in the pool at the bar, I had to return to my room to get my credit card. At this time the adults only pool, a small pool on the roof top of the Outpost had apparently no seats available. Whilst no one was physically sitting at these tables, lounges or were in the pool, reserved signs had been placed on most tables and lounges. It is extremely disappointing that this hotel couldn’t seat me at the adults only pool or serve me a drink in the main (children’s) pool…. After raising this issue with hotel staff I was told “my complaint had been referred to the manager”, clearly no resolution in sight!
Further the breakfast is not worth it. You have an option of 4 hot meals and a buffet that contains some sliced fruit and rice soup. The breakfast room is small and nothing special.
I would urge you to stay at another hotel if the option is available.

My new husband and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon and specifically booked this hotel as ot was advertised as catering to adults only. But that's not the case, the main pool area, including the swim up bar, caters to kids. Perhaps the advertising needs to be amended. Nice enough room, although a bit small. Great they they offer pod coffees. Friendly staff and the upstairs pool is great, although it seems the upstairs pool caters to people who aren't staying at the hotel as well. Overall, great place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Outpost Hotel. In reality it’s a combination of several hotels with a common area but still all of them very unique. The Outpost is adults only and the decoration and design is amazing. They have a rooftop bar with a view over the sea where you can watch an amazing sunset. Also, the food is delicious!
We felt really good there and we completely recommend staying here if you want to spend some days outside Singapore. However it’s really close to the city center 😊

enjoyed our stay here! the room design was very modern and simple, with bathrobes, hair dryer, capsule coffee machine, kettle, tea bags and bedroom slippers provided. we were given a snack basket at check-in to select up to 5 snacks/drinks for the stay, without refill. the safe box was easy to use. we were impressed by the toilets, with a heated toilet seat, and the rain shower. will definitely be back!
