One of the highlights of my stay was dining at The Sands restaurant. The ambiance, service, and food were all amazing, making it a dining experience I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the resort

Moreover,I was very impressed with the security team,house staff members,receptionists and ladies at the breakfast and lunch restaurants. They all looked after us like king and queen with fully respect and cared

We came in the rainy season but honestly it just added to the aesthetic of the place. Beach is awesome and has a tonne of free amenities. We are already planning our return trip!

Spa treatment with Massy was fantastic- so relaxing and invigorating. Beach staff were there to help when required, and helped make the stay so much fun!

It has a decent pool, direct access to the sea, and a pleasant territory. However, there are some issues with the service. A very serious one is that there are no staff members present from 11 PM to 6 AM

The staff was super helpful, the room was nice and clean, and the views were incredible! I highly recommend it, it does not feel like a 3 star hotel, more like 4/5 stars

The hotel is in a nice location 👌 stunning view, nice setting with infinity pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean PLUS the food is so yummy by Chef Bird. I highly remembered if you are in Samui

Amazing place. All with great taste, although not new. A nice bonus was bathrobes and Slippers. Despite the not too good reviews about the beach, we liked it with loneliness and purity.

Beautiful small hotel for all who seeking tranquility and beauty of the nature with nice food for vegans or vegetarians, with yoga shala with breath taking view of the sea.

I am glad that the staff are not prohibited to swim at night in the pool, unless you make noise ☺app PS. Have you been to Thailand more than 10 hotels have something to compare

A beautiful landscape and artistic hotel right on the nicest beach on Samui

Perfect for all travelers if you looking for place to chill by the pool, enjoy walking on the soft white sand beach or dipping in the clear ocean right in front of the property

Claimed they were fully booked NYE and that I couldn’t stay in the new room. It worked out in the end and I was able to stay in the room as they couldn’t fix the lock

They moved me to another room after I pushed for it and then was going to move me back into the room with the broken lock - which I refused unless was fixed

For context it broke 3-4 in a 24 hour period - once before my arrival. Outside of that hiccup, I had a great experience

The hotel has a kiddie pool and no kids in it. Rather, there were tons of kids in the adult beachfront infinity pool. Screaming kids and naked kids

Food for me is the medium we ordered the seafood plateau for 2 persons. The beach is really small, but there are 2 good pools

What a beautiful place, great location right at the beach, infinity pool, massage, super comfortable and well shaded beach beds … all with a view over the gorgeous beach and ocean

The location in Lamai is close to so many restaurants and cafes within walking distance or a short car ride, however the food at the restaurant here is varied, delicious and affordable! The sea view from the infinity pool is to die for and we have felt so well looked after while staying here

Cocktails next to the pool were definitely a highlight. Only a short walk to one of Samui's many excellent beaches. I would stay here again for sure, wish we had longer here

Was much nicer than I expected. Though its placed by the main road I could sleep well, and the excellent pool area is really quiet and enjoyable. Just a short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants around.

We upgraded our room to have the sea view and it was the best decision. There is a very well-equipped gym room. Our room was cleaned every day, and fresh water was provided

The mid price range rooms have balconies and sea views. There is no obstruction to the view of the sea. Internet is a bit patchy but adequate

Amazing hotel! The room was so big, beautiful design. The pool area is fun, lots of place to hang, took kayaks for free and enjoyed the view. 20 min walk (with kids!) to the night market in Lamai

The location, the accommodation, various selection of breakfast and the service are on point🔝 One of the best hotel brands on Koh Samui, just walk across the small road, we can find the private sunbath area and swimming pool oriented to the beach

Had a decent stay at Pavillion Samui. Normal standard rooms are not great by itself but better quality of rooms upgrade to hydro pool villas which is what we did. Manager was really friendly and nice

Cocktails are amazing in taste with happy hour providing buy 1 and get 1 offers and other times cocktails were with reasonable pricing. Infinity pool was below average with restricted pool timings

The best beach of Lamai, super sand, for the beach watch, pure and clean every morning. All necessary infrastructure is nearby, night market, magadini and Sunday fair

So many people bring dogs here. Very few mosquitos and excellent food at restaurant with reasonable prices (considering you eat beach side). There's a few massage places on the beach, including one at the hotel

Crystal Beach Yacht Club is located on beautiful sandy Silver Beach, clear water, protected cove. There are trees lining the Yacht Clubs corner of the beach, providing some nice shade

Very child friendly, large pool where our 4yo can stand in more than half the poo, which is open 24 hoursl. Garden Villa room is 2 minutes walk to he beach, large room, strong AC, very clean and newly renovated

Again very reasonable prices. Beachfront villas are right on the beach and probably worth the extra money. Beach is lit up at night until 10pm, kids will play in the sand until late

While the visual delight and soothing sound of waves made for a memorable experience, some amenities appeared worn due to the hotel's constant exposure to the sea and sun. Nonetheless, the value for money is excellent

The only downside I can think of was that were was no refrigerator in the hotel room. My room was very inviting and the view from my balcony was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable, and I felt safe and secure in the hotel

I used the restaurants, spa, and gym, and all were well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The staff was very friendly, kind, and capable, plus they were great with my limited Thai language skills

We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Koh Samui. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make it a memorable stay for us. Our private pool oceanfront villa was truly special

The food was also wonderful and the beach buffet and cocktail hour were perfect to capture wonderful days on the island. The rooms were slightly outdated and needs a refresh which is planned for next year

The only downside of the hotel is the rocky beach in front, however they have water shoes to use for free and there’s other nearby beautiful sandy beaches

I highly recommend Barracuda Restaurant for lunch, dinner & drinks, plus Cocobola Thai Massage. Both are under 5 minutes walking distance, on the same street. Great service & prices.

When u check in ask about there money value voucher, u deposit a certain amount and they add a percentage on that amount, makes ur stay a bit more easier on the dollar!

Try the Massamun Neua (GM's recommendation) from room service. It's the best I had in Samui, even compared to restaurants.

Big resort with two pools overlooking the sea. Private beach is also very beautiful. Be aware that garden pool villas offer more privacy than some of the sea view villas. Breakfast buffet is amazing!

Beautiful resort with very friendly, helpful staff. We were upgraded twice during our 10 day stay and had a sea facing private villa with pool which was amazing

Wonderful stay at Silavadee Pool Spa Resort. The service here is definitely a 6 star hotel. All member of staff were really friendly and helpful

My stay here was quite some time ago but my memories staying here lives on, the staff are wonderful, food is out of this world (I looked forward to breakfast each day) and the setting is so beautiful

We've been here three nights and extended another week. Pool off the beach with showers and foot sprayers. Very clean rooms and they clean them daily

We had a room near the swimming pool/beach front which made for a wonderful view, and hearing the waves at night lulled us to sleep haha

We are staying in a Bungalow and it's perfectly sized and has everything we need. Walk to so many restaurants and stops. No need for a scooter but they do have parking if you have one

The only thing i wish is that they gave more pillows. If you are coming to Lamai beach definitely stay here!

Had a beautiful week at this charming hotel on Lamai Beach. Can't beat it for the price, clean rooms, decent food at the restaurant, and nice quiet beach with great beachside massage. Would definitely go back.

Awesome view and pool. Nice semi private beach. Check rooms before taking. Some are decent but one we got was pathetic. No AC. Plumbing issues and drainage not working. Service is bad.

Beachfront access to a pristine cove beach. Nicely sized pool to lounge in as well. Minimal-frills room, but service staff were very helpful and friendly

We came to the hotel late at night so there wasn't much service, but the owner and the security man showed us our room which was very smelly (mold or something), I couldn't sleep the first night, at the morning we told the owner and she sent the cleaning ladies to our room and the problem was solved

It was great having the option to relax on the beach or be in the clean, well maintained pool to cool off

They got a pool that is pretty much on the beach that is for hotel guests only with the perfect view. Would recommend anyone (familes and couples) to go there

Fantastic stay here, the entire place is nice and clean including pool, lovely rooms and staff are great close to shops bars and beach just across the road, not expensive etheir, i couldn't fault it in any way, absolutely brilliant

The pools look clean and tidy. The strange thing is that my eyes burn a lot if I open them under water. Do they put too much chlorine to the pool water? Wasn't it like that in the sea. The beach is near and is nice

Deluxe rooms you have a walk in section to the pool which we stayed in and kids loved for convenience. Second part of the holiday we stayed in a different room, closer to reception, breaky & other poo also good

If it was on the beach, location would be a 5 star. Breaky is better than most in Lamai. Ample parking and great value for money. Plenty of greenery and nature which I love

Gym very average but once again, a rare facility for a hotel in Lamai. Beds are hardish but pillows are good. 2 different pools are a bonus

A little out of the main area of Lamai, but still good accommodation, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly, special mention to the pool bar staff, who were wonderful to us during our stay, making sure we were always had cold drinks on hand

Their is also a gym and a beach side massage area, which is very good. The food is not of the best quality for a 4 star hotel, but if you don't mind quick poolside snacks then this is fine

The street next to the hotel is very loud, breakfast is great, Lunch not very good. Gym is small, pool only available between 7 and 7. Rest is great. AC in good condition, rooms are clean, bed and bathroom are great

Hotel location is quiet peaceful, good for visitors who need to relax. room is big with a huge comfy king zine bed. Easy to access to the private beach, however, the beach is not good for swimming because of rocks

The shower can be a bit hit and miss, the water starts off hot, then goes very cold half way through your shower. The pool is of a fair size with plenty of sun beds around for you to relax on

The hotel is split into 3 levels, as you walk in you go into reception, then down a flight of steps to the resteraunt abs then down a further set to the pool area

We've got a free upgrade to a shared pool room which is very nice. The bedroom is nice but the bathroom is even more so. All the staffs are very helpful and attentive. P' Piak the manager is caring. I'd come back.

Of Chinese character the hotel has super warm hospitality from its friendly staff. Clean rooms, but showing age and wear. Good location, very quiet, beach access. Beware of mosquitoes - bring repellant
