We couldn’t have hoped for a better welcome! Care and attention from the staff was second to none - so friendly and accommodating. The Villa was sublime and the rest of the facilities were perfect. The staff here are all very lovely. They recommended great food and tourist spots, always smiling and taking good care of the customers. The Thai restaurant they suggested was incredibly delicious. The beach is also beautiful and relaxing, with a perfect atmosphere for a peaceful getaway.

This place has a fantastic location right at a gorgeous beach. The hotel has a nice charming atmosphere and the staff is friendly. The rooms are quite worn out, but everything is in working order. I would have appreciated some more comfortable mattresses though. And there was no safe to store your valuables.

The hotel has a kiddie pool and no kids in it. Rather, there were tons of kids in the adult beachfront infinity pool. Screaming kids and naked kids. We came by chance to have lunch at the restaurant inside a hotel. It is surprisingly good! Not only the food tasted rather delicious but we enjoy the view and services here too. Especially during the Covid time when everywhere nearby closed but the restaurant here remains open.

Value for money!! This is not a 5 star resort and definitely not the Banyan Tree, but it has an amazing view over Crystal Bay and very good pricing for a real seasight view balcony. Very nice hotel on the topof the hill. My room is huge with marble floor, jacuzzi and private plunge pool. It is also very clean. The view is stunning. The staff is very courteous and competent. The restaurant is kind pricy. The problem I have is the steep, steep uphill leading to the hotel. You need a car with stronger engine than 1200 CC. If you self-drive you need to arrive before dusk.

The service here is excemplary... Rocky's has it's own two beaches. Two restaurants,two pools, two outdoor bars, each near a pool, spa service etc. Uniquely decorated rooms. Everything anyone could want. No gym though but they do have a deal going with a gym in town! We loved Rocky's and did not want to leave.

It was our first time in Samui and we will never forget it. The hotel location, accommodations and beach were absolutely amazing. The area around it is much more quiet that the busier places in Samui. The commute was easy, and 7-eleven and pharmacy were close by.

Very good hotel. Big rooms, very clean, hotel team are excelent and very helpful. I dont give 5 stars because I found a 20 cm poisonous centipede Inside of the room between the curtains. Hotel employees hunted it and took it out of the room. After seeing the centipede inside of the room I couldn't sleep! Please check the rooms security.

It's very touristy. Almost felt like I wasn't in Thailand. If you just want to be at a nice beach with swimming pools. You will probably enjoy it. The service was great.

This’s really really nice beach club in lamai I cale here in the first time I enjoying with this place... I’m not staying here but I can do kayak and pool for free but you have to order something to eat or drinks. I hope your guys enjoy with this place as well

Stayed in the ocean view room with a shared plunge pool. Lovely to have a view of the ocean and to able to walk out onto the beach from our room. The plunge pool was great although the guests upstairs asked us not to swim in it at certain hours as they were on a different time zone to us and were sleeping in the morning when our kids wanted to swim. We had a romantic dinner on the very private beach front at Royal Beach and I must say that it was a fabulous experience. We were spoiled by the attentive restaurant staff who were very discreet while making sure we don't miss anything. We took mixed tapas and Rose bubbles and found the food quality very good and well priced. Just perfect and will be back soon.

If I could give 6 stars I would do it, as the service was excellent and the owners very, very friendly. We could not feel more at home during our 12 days stay! It was family friendly , also for families with very small children its perfectly suitable! The appartment was nice and clean and the private Beach as well. The cleaning staff did the cleaning properly. We hope to visit this hotel again:)!

Nice hotel, beautiful grounds, Breakfast with fresh juices, a La carte+buffet. Pool without overflow is negative. And a huge minus for audibility in a Bungalow! Started to cut the grass at 7 am the mower, and the neighbors were brawling in the night and early in the morning then hear everything too much, the sounds of the road including a terrible night off 2 stars, which is a pity((

Great hotel! Corresponds to 4*. Rooms - bungalows. Responsive, friendly and competent staff. Great restaurant. Has its own beach. Swimming pool for adults and children. A Playground for children. Shops 7-8 minute walk. In 15 minutes there is a large supermarket.

We normally stay at the pavilions on Lamai beach when we visit the area, this time we thought we would try somewhere different. . Stunning location . Beautiful appointed rooms . Incredible breakfast . Great value for money . Beautiful beach area . Incredible and professional staff I could go on!!!!! Better than the pavilion and half the price. We had a great time at the Beluga. The staff worked very hard to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were amazing. Every day there was fresh fruit, coffee, pastries, eggs, cheese and ham. The staff moved umbrellas to ensure we had shade, and brought us fresh towels every day. At first we were slightly underwhelmed by Beluga. However, after taking a walk down the beach and seeing the crowded, hectic beach resorts in Lamai, Beluga seemed like paradise. Its a quiet, nice place to stay for couples. Request a room on the upper floor, since our ground level room was not very private.

the hotel is very nice. the room is clean and very beautiful. the staff is polite. The rooms are cleaned quickly and well. the pool is clean. The hotel area is kept clean. Breakfast is prepared right there on the spot. The juices are freshly squeezed and delicious. The coffee is amazing. Everything is just awesome.

Amazing little hotel with great sea views. Staff here are incredibly friendly and polite. The breakfast is made up of fruits, pastries and cooked eggs. A large rock acts as a view point to look along the beach and enjoy some snacks. Highly recommend this hotel. Is 15 minute walk to the busier areas where there area lot of bars & restaurants.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and just love it. Great staff, food and location. Nice to have a kid free hotel to enjoy the quiet and soak up the beautiful ocean views and food. Will be back!
