We spent 2 weeks with my daughter in this hotel. Good staff, always ready to help with a smile and really with desire. The location of the hotel is good, the first coastline. Good location, on the seashore. Lots of cafes nearby. Overall, I liked everything. But the hotel is a bit tired. The rooms are dark. The plumbing is leaking, they couldn't fix it, they put towels.

Do not book the standard rooms the cleanliness of the bathrooms is terrible. I complained and a day later they moved me to a superior room which was much nicer. Book a superior room. A little out of the main area of Lamai, but still good accommodation, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly, special mention to the pool bar staff, who were wonderful to us during our stay, making sure we were always had cold drinks on hand. Best part about Pavilion Villas was really the service of the staff - they were so warm, welcoming, and helpful in many ways. The room was comfortable and luxurious, although some facilities were slightly older. Our overall experience is can't wait to end the stay in this hotel.  The facilities are definitely not 5-star, it is too old - poor lighting causing us feel gloomy, switches are old, some bulbs were blinking.  However, services are not bad, breakfast spread is good.

This is the best resort I have stayed so far, the staffs here are all polite and super friendly, of course not to skip my room with private pool, the view is superb! We can see sunrise directly from the room too. Will definitely return again.

This hotel was amazing, offering a very calm and pleasant environment. It is close to the beach, with a pool near the sea and sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. Very nice hotel on the topof the hill. My room is huge with marble floor, jacuzzi and private plunge pool. It is also very clean. The view is stunning. The staff is very courteous and competent. The restaurant is kind pricy. The problem I have is the steep, steep uphill leading to the hotel. You need a car with stronger engine than 1200 CC. If you self-drive you need to arrive before dusk.

A beautiful hotel and verry welcoming and helpful staff

If I could give 6 stars I would do it, as the service was excellent and the owners very, very friendly. We could not feel more at home during our 12 days stay! It was family friendly , also for families with very small children its perfectly suitable! The appartment was nice and clean and the private Beach as well. Generally we really enjoyed our stay. There are only 2 things that weren’t good. 1. The sound isolation. On our last day the people above us decided to drink and listen to loud music.
