Chose this hotel because it has good Parking. The pools are not very large and a lot of people always. But the rooms are clean and cozy.

Room and Pool Service is nice:) but the water in the bathroom was salty and definitely not clean

Really enjoyed my 2 weeks here, the location on the beach is fantastic and great swimming pools too. There is an adequate gym that's clean, with air con and fresh towels

The resort is beautiful, the beach is stunning with many bars and restaurants right outside along the main street

Do not book the standard rooms the cleanliness of the bathrooms is terrible. I complained and a day later they moved me to a superior room which was much nicer. Resort it self is lovely right on the beach

One of the highlights of my stay was dining at The Sands restaurant. The ambiance, service, and food were all amazing, making it a dining experience I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the resort

Moreover,I was very impressed with the security team,house staff members,receptionists and ladies at the breakfast and lunch restaurants. They all looked after us like king and queen with fully respect and cared

My stay at Banyan Tree Samui was truly unforgettable. The staff’s professionalism and warm hospitality exceeded all my expectations, making me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my entire stay

Came here after a short stay in Bangkok and met my wife who travelled up from Singapore and we had an amazing time the staff could not be nicer the rooms are giant and perfect to the point that videos/photos really don’t do them justice

Sadly we didn’t get to try the sailing due the to lack of winds! We have stayed a a couple of other Banyan Tree resorts (before Covid) and the standard and excellence in customer service is second to none and consistent across all the resorts

They have a private beach just for resort guests, which is super clean vs the public beach and offer a wide variety of complementary water sports - Kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding and snorkelling

The material of the umbrellas allows UV, cream 50 is required! I would like more shade from the trees, plant a couple more in the sun lounger area :) The pool is clean and also renovated

It really exceeded my expectations. The price-performance ratio is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. The villa has a super king-size bed and a large bathroom

A good hotel is located next to the landmark - the Grandfather and Grandmother stones. A little away from the main streets, but still comfortable enough for families with children. We took a room closer to the pool

We are a family with a 24 year-old daughter in a separate room had the most amazing time very clean. The pictures didn’t really do it justice as even better than we ever imagined and the staff are really friendly

Especially when I encountered confusion, I asked Ctrip for help. The one-to-one customer service was absolutely considerate and provided great value service

At breakfast, the pastries were always dry (?) And instant coffee in the kettle, the rest is good and I liked how the order for cooking eggs is organized - you mark the method, ingredients and table number on the form and go on

A little out of the main area of Lamai, but still good accommodation, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly, special mention to the pool bar staff, who were wonderful to us during our stay, making sure we were always had cold drinks on hand

The street next to the hotel is very loud, breakfast is great, Lunch not very good. Gym is small, pool only available between 7 and 7. Rest is great. AC in good condition, rooms are clean, bed and bathroom are great

Great experience. Stayed here for the Koh Samui marathon. Staff was very hospitable and airport shuttle was included.

Hotel was nice and clean durin our stay. Staff is extremely helpfull. Breakfast is quite simple but you can find all the most common ingredients. Bead was widest i have ever seen.

Everything worked fine including the Aircon which had a very useful quiet setting for overnight cooling. The cleaning staff were lovely and very efficient

The location of the hotel is so cool that the administration doesn't have to worry about the rest, there will be clients. The deluxe room has its own terrace, next to it is a private area with sun loungers

Beautiful, quiet bungalow complex with a restaurant right on the beach and a small pool. We had the cheapest room category. The rooms are functionally furnished and clean. Unfortunately, we had poor WiFi reception

Huge window overlooking the beach, you feel like on the beach even when inside the room :) Make sure you book the "sea view bungalow" as the other rooms and bungalows are across the road and there are no sun beds on the beach, only the bar/restaurant seating areas

I stayed in the sea front bungalow which had its own sun loungers and a terrace with chairs and table a few steps from the sea. It is situated on a really nice and really clean beach, great for swimming or walking

- The pool and frangipani tree, along with a variety of spots for lounging, including big covered round beds, created a chill atmosphere: so comfortable that were much lazier than we thought we’d be because we were so relaxed

Stayed here as a solo traveler and absolutely loved it. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was super friendly, and the pool and beach surroundings were stunning

In general, the property is well maintained but shows a bit of wear, including stained patio cushions and umbrellas and things like that, but just a touch of aesthetic upgrades are needed- it’s still a great beach resort, a very good value, and we’d be back again

- We loved the breakfasts, especially the delicious homemade croissants and pain au chocolate, along with fresh fruits changed daily and eggs to order. The Thai lunch options were also very good

Initially booked three nights, but really liked the hotel and stayed for another 6 nights. Excellent location - secluded and at the same time within walking distance of entertainment

Tip: The rooms have only partial views and the best view is #8. Note: Our room was a bit stuffy and the bathroom was a little dark and a little smelly, but definitely not too bad

Lovely clean large room with comfy bed and plenty of clean towels and aircon. Bathroom / shower products included. Tea and coffee facilities and safe in room provided

2nd stay here and remains top class. Booked a larger room but was on 3rd floor, couldn't smoke on balcony, no elevator and not as good bathroom and they were happy to accommodate my switch request

I think we had the oldest room in there 😂 but service, people and also breakfast including was super good. They really cares how you feel and if you are satisfied. People are very helpful if you need anything

No doubt, one of the best beach hotels in Koh Samui, in terms of the private beach access and various types of rooms. Although looked old, but no issues with the cleanliness

Hotel at the end of Lamai Beach, great staff, met manager Myu upon check-in - gave a tour of the hotel, told us everything Breakfasts are excellent Mid-June - the hotel was not quite full, very comfortable, as if you were alone Large terraces with a jacuzzi and two places on the sides with mattresses-pillows - great to lie down, listen to the birds☺️

Great location and easily walkable to lamai market or to nearby cafes and shops. The live band from lamai market can be heard from the rooms so if you are a light sleeper this may be a problem

The floor manager goes around to check on guests during morning breakfast and we appreciated this gesture. The AC in our room was leaking and she immediately sent someone to check on it

The hallway resort lights were also too dim making it a little dangerous at night as there were many steep steps and curbs. For the accessibility and staff i would stay here again

It never got fixed as it kept leaking every night again but it was ok and we werent very bothered by it. The mattresses need a change asap as the depressions were too obvious

I would request also for better lighting or at least the option to brighten the lights should we wish in the room

I’m feel private Because near the forest, there are a lot of mosquitoes. We have to bring our own mosquito repellent balm and ointment. I went to buy it at convenience store because I got the brand that I use regularly

The room is a single unit, quiet and peaceful, but the room looks a bit old. The good thing is that you are in the middle of nature, very quiet. The sea and beach view are good

Room was quite small but nice. Our aircon stopped working for a while and it was really stuffy but the staff promptly sent a repairman down to help fix the issue.

This is the best resort I have stayed so far, the staffs here are all polite and super friendly, of course not to skip my room with private pool, the view is superb! We can see sunrise directly from the room too

We stayed in a huge beautiful villa with a stunning view. The hotel has its own beach with various activities. The service at the hotel is amazing. The breakfast is full of variety and champagne is served

We are staying in a Bungalow and it's perfectly sized and has everything we need. Walk to so many restaurants and stops. No need for a scooter but they do have parking if you have one

The only thing i wish is that they gave more pillows. If you are coming to Lamai beach definitely stay here!

Location: short walk to lots of bars/restaurants but just out of the way so you cant hear any noise. 30 seconds to the beach but be aware there are those annoying Europeans who leave towels on chairs but hardly use them

WiFi was much faster than I expected which made working remotely so easy! The folded towels with a beautiful fresh flower was a very cute touch after the room had been made

The drinks and food was very expensive and of poor quality. You were not even allowed to bring your own bottle of water to the poolbeds. Our nanny was treated really unkind by the staff of the kids club

The chef was a real friendly guy though. The swimmingpool area is nice, also for young children, but the restaurant and toilets over there were not clean or luxe at all

We stayed in the two bedroom villa with pool and it was unbelievable!! Firstly our room was beautiful with views over Chaweng bay from the comfort of the bed! It had two bathrooms which were really nice and lots of relaxing space

The kitchen catered to a variety of guests and the mini bar was well stocked. The staff were excellent, anything you need, they sorted and kept in good contact via WhatsApp

The rooms are spacious, with beautiful hardwood furniture, traditional Thai carvings, and all sorts of wonderful details (none of that cheap, modern “loft-style” bullshit—this is the real deal solid luxury)

They have their own shuttle that at certain times in the day is free! A really special place for us and we will always remember it as it was where I proposed! Thanks again for a great stay

We stayed in the pool villa 2 bedroom style house and it was unbelievable. The Chinese new year spread and events were also very nice as we live in China as expats! Really wish people to pay attention to this resort! 5☆

The perfect hotel, with great value for money and unbeatable views. There is a large stream and lake for snorkeling, and you can go sea catching at low tide. The hotel service is 5-star, not sloppy!

We had a last-minute booking, but we're able to secure a room at a reasonable price, including breakfast! We were greeted by welcoming staff at the lobby and some ice cream! Yum! The checking in process was quick

They also gave us a short tour of our room😊 The breakfast was delicious, although it was a small restaurant, they had a great variety of choices
