One of the highlights of my stay was dining at The Sands restaurant. The ambiance, service, and food were all amazing, making it a dining experience I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the resort

Moreover,I was very impressed with the security team,house staff members,receptionists and ladies at the breakfast and lunch restaurants. They all looked after us like king and queen with fully respect and cared

My stay at Banyan Tree Samui was truly unforgettable. The staff’s professionalism and warm hospitality exceeded all my expectations, making me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my entire stay

Came here after a short stay in Bangkok and met my wife who travelled up from Singapore and we had an amazing time the staff could not be nicer the rooms are giant and perfect to the point that videos/photos really don’t do them justice

Sadly we didn’t get to try the sailing due the to lack of winds! We have stayed a a couple of other Banyan Tree resorts (before Covid) and the standard and excellence in customer service is second to none and consistent across all the resorts

They have a private beach just for resort guests, which is super clean vs the public beach and offer a wide variety of complementary water sports - Kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding and snorkelling

It has a decent pool, direct access to the sea, and a pleasant territory. However, there are some issues with the service. A very serious one is that there are no staff members present from 11 PM to 6 AM

Very clean and friendly staff. Room is huge about 45 square meter. Right in front beach very peaceful and quiet area in Lamai. Highly recommend if you looking for a nice stay. The price asp very affordable too

The staff was super helpful, the room was nice and clean, and the views were incredible! I highly recommend it, it does not feel like a 3 star hotel, more like 4/5 stars

The hotel is in a nice location 👌 stunning view, nice setting with infinity pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean PLUS the food is so yummy by Chef Bird. I highly remembered if you are in Samui

I am glad that the staff are not prohibited to swim at night in the pool, unless you make noise ☺app PS. Have you been to Thailand more than 10 hotels have something to compare

Claimed they were fully booked NYE and that I couldn’t stay in the new room. It worked out in the end and I was able to stay in the room as they couldn’t fix the lock

Perfect for all travelers if you looking for place to chill by the pool, enjoy walking on the soft white sand beach or dipping in the clear ocean right in front of the property

They moved me to another room after I pushed for it and then was going to move me back into the room with the broken lock - which I refused unless was fixed

For context it broke 3-4 in a 24 hour period - once before my arrival. Outside of that hiccup, I had a great experience

A beautiful landscape and artistic hotel right on the nicest beach on Samui

Also walking distance to local stores, bars, massage parlors, muaythai gym

The wish to dine at Beach was fulfilled. I stayed here with my wife for a week and might book it for my next visit to Koh Samui soon

Cocktails are amazing in taste with happy hour providing buy 1 and get 1 offers and other times cocktails were with reasonable pricing. Infinity pool was below average with restricted pool timings

When I brought it to the hotel staff attention, their answer was there are a lot of families here then why have a kids pool? Also, hotel bar that closes at 9pm is crazy

Had a decent stay at Pavillion Samui. Normal standard rooms are not great by itself but better quality of rooms upgrade to hydro pool villas which is what we did. Manager was really friendly and nice

Beach area close to Pavillion is quite and relaxing with mountain views on the other side. Worth visiting once only if you are staying in hydro pool villas

The patio with private pool was at least as large as the apartment itself and was sparking clean

Tiny sandy beach, several pools, good service, fast WiFi. Spoils impression a small number of sunbeds and deckchairs, and a large number of noisy Russian speaking families with children

One of my stops in Thailand, This was a great chill relaxing one. Rooms modern and clean. Staff willing to help and answer any questions you have. Reliable fast wifi in room or beach.

Our compliments to the chef! The beach is stunning as well. Very clean, and we loved the plentiful beachfront seating. Easy 3 min walk to Family Mart, fresh produce, excellent street food and quality scooter rentals

Great spot and good music. Food a little pricey though, so make sure you spend a few hours by the pool if you're just dropping by

The entire staff, including Ann at the front desk and May in the restaurant, went out of their way regularly to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed at all times

Cocktails next to the pool were definitely a highlight. Only a short walk to one of Samui's many excellent beaches. I would stay here again for sure, wish we had longer here

Daily cleaning was a nice touch at the price point. Staff were friendly and super-helpful. Gym and pool facilities were fantastic - spent a number of hours in/around them

This hotel is fantastic! My wife and I stayed 2 nights in the standard room and 2 nights in the villa. I recommend the regular rooms since you get pool/ocean view. The bed in our villa was not as comfortable either

Was much nicer than I expected. Though its placed by the main road I could sleep well, and the excellent pool area is really quiet and enjoyable. Just a short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants around.

Lamai Buri is a great mid range place to stay in lovely Lamai. I've been in two different rooms over 5 weeks. Reception team are helpful, efficient and do all they can to solve any sticky problems that arise

Really enjoyed my 2 weeks here, the location on the beach is fantastic and great swimming pools too. There is an adequate gym that's clean, with air con and fresh towels

Perfect location. Beautifully swimming pool area. Always dry beach towels. Hotel beach (part of Lamai beach) looks great but during my stay waves were to big to enjoy swimming in the sea.

Nice resort, location on the main road in Lamai. Resort is directly located at the beach. Swimming pool and beach are connected. Rooms were outdated and little bit small, but it was clean

Amazing hotel! The room was so big, beautiful design. The pool area is fun, lots of place to hang, took kayaks for free and enjoyed the view. 20 min walk (with kids!) to the night market in Lamai

We also enjoyed a cooking class in the hotel as part of the deal we bought and we super liked it! Also the kids club is great, the gaming room and the free cocktails happy hour. It was so hard leaving this hotel…

The location, the accommodation, various selection of breakfast and the service are on point🔝 One of the best hotel brands on Koh Samui, just walk across the small road, we can find the private sunbath area and swimming pool oriented to the beach

The breakfast buffet is great, and the restaurant by the pool offers really good food although a bit expensive and with small portions. The staff are great, and the service is amazing

The location in lamai is great, 5 mins walk to beach, 5 mins to night market. The pool is great for cooling off in. Also has a gym which I used every day (only weights were 2x 4kg dumbbells though)

The pool was clean, Crystal Lamai is situated just off the main road so it was always quiet. There are no food options here but it is easy to find restaurants and bars nearby

Nothing to write home about, it was clean although some the towels provided were threadbare and one had big hole in it. Our balcony had a view of another building

The spa felt a little like getting a massage in a toilet block and staff didn't show up to our first booking. The older pool could do with a clean but the infinity pool is nice

There honestly can't be a more perfect spot on Koh Samui. Just steps to gorgeous Crystal Bay which is just as beautiful as the photos. Clean, spacious & comfortable room. Outstanding Thai massages on site

The spa was well placed and provided the perfect spot to relax after a day on the beach. The area around the hotel is walkable if you head toward Lamai. The resort staff were all extremely helpful and friendly

Value for money!! This is not a 5 star resort and definitely not the Banyan Tree, but it has an amazing view over Crystal Bay and very good pricing for a real seasight view balcony

Very child friendly, large pool where our 4yo can stand in more than half the poo, which is open 24 hoursl. Garden Villa room is 2 minutes walk to he beach, large room, strong AC, very clean and newly renovated

So many people bring dogs here. Very few mosquitos and excellent food at restaurant with reasonable prices (considering you eat beach side). There's a few massage places on the beach, including one at the hotel

Crystal Beach Yacht Club is located on beautiful sandy Silver Beach, clear water, protected cove. There are trees lining the Yacht Clubs corner of the beach, providing some nice shade

I highly recommend Barracuda Restaurant for lunch, dinner & drinks, plus Cocobola Thai Massage. Both are under 5 minutes walking distance, on the same street. Great service & prices.

When u check in ask about there money value voucher, u deposit a certain amount and they add a percentage on that amount, makes ur stay a bit more easier on the dollar!

Try the Massamun Neua (GM's recommendation) from room service. It's the best I had in Samui, even compared to restaurants.

The only downside I can think of was that were was no refrigerator in the hotel room. My room was very inviting and the view from my balcony was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable, and I felt safe and secure in the hotel

I used the restaurants, spa, and gym, and all were well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The staff was very friendly, kind, and capable, plus they were great with my limited Thai language skills

We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Koh Samui. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make it a memorable stay for us. Our private pool oceanfront villa was truly special

The food was also wonderful and the beach buffet and cocktail hour were perfect to capture wonderful days on the island. The rooms were slightly outdated and needs a refresh which is planned for next year

The staff was also beyond incredible! Bolsy in the front desk, Chef Pinmook at breakfast and A the assistant food and beverage manager really took great care of us

Big resort with two pools overlooking the sea. Private beach is also very beautiful. Be aware that garden pool villas offer more privacy than some of the sea view villas. Breakfast buffet is amazing!

Wonderful stay at Silavadee Pool Spa Resort. The service here is definitely a 6 star hotel. All member of staff were really friendly and helpful

My stay here was quite some time ago but my memories staying here lives on, the staff are wonderful, food is out of this world (I looked forward to breakfast each day) and the setting is so beautiful

The room was excellent in general although some room were not quite as private as expected. Wide range of breakfast choices and Spa was superb. Will definitely visit again in the future

We've been here three nights and extended another week. Pool off the beach with showers and foot sprayers. Very clean rooms and they clean them daily

WiFi was much faster than I expected which made working remotely so easy! The folded towels with a beautiful fresh flower was a very cute touch after the room had been made

We had a room near the swimming pool/beach front which made for a wonderful view, and hearing the waves at night lulled us to sleep haha

We are staying in a Bungalow and it's perfectly sized and has everything we need. Walk to so many restaurants and stops. No need for a scooter but they do have parking if you have one

Beachfront access to a pristine cove beach. Nicely sized pool to lounge in as well. Minimal-frills room, but service staff were very helpful and friendly

It was great having the option to relax on the beach or be in the clean, well maintained pool to cool off

They got a pool that is pretty much on the beach that is for hotel guests only with the perfect view. Would recommend anyone (familes and couples) to go there

The staff were friendly and accommodating, however when it came to dinner service they tend to shut around 7:00 which was fine for my wife and I but for others I could see been an issue

My wife and I spent two days here. We arrived late and the friendly staff were accommodating and showed us to our room. The room was simple and clean with aircon

Fantastic stay here, the entire place is nice and clean including pool, lovely rooms and staff are great close to shops bars and beach just across the road, not expensive etheir, i couldn't fault it in any way, absolutely brilliant

We also met the director/manager of the hotel and he was also very nice and friendly, he helped us out with the included breakfast (we had booked a tour that begins before the breakfast), offered us to check out late if we wanted, and was a great guy in general

The lady at the reception was very nice! Gave us a discount, showed us the room before we booked and offered us free water bottles, "as many as you want, no problem", she also spoke pretty good English

The hotel itself does show its age, but the rooms and bedsheets were clean and the AC worked properly, the shower had good pressure and hot water (they have Phillips water heaters, which work great!)

The pools look clean and tidy. The strange thing is that my eyes burn a lot if I open them under water. Do they put too much chlorine to the pool water? Wasn't it like that in the sea. The beach is near and is nice

Deluxe rooms you have a walk in section to the pool which we stayed in and kids loved for convenience. Second part of the holiday we stayed in a different room, closer to reception, breaky & other poo also good

Gym very average but once again, a rare facility for a hotel in Lamai. Beds are hardish but pillows are good. 2 different pools are a bonus
