Really enjoyed my 2 weeks here, the location on the beach is fantastic and great swimming pools too. There is an adequate gym that's clean, with air con and fresh towels

Nice resort, location on the main road in Lamai. Resort is directly located at the beach. Swimming pool and beach are connected. Rooms were outdated and little bit small, but it was clean

The resort is beautiful, the beach is stunning with many bars and restaurants right outside along the main street

The staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly in the restaurant. A peaceful oasis in amongst the hubbub

The resort must have been 5 star hotel some time ago, now a little dated. Needs some modern touch, like the restaurant ast the sea fron - could b such a nice place if they added nice lights, sofas, decorations

Great beachfront hotel for the reasonable nightly rate and 2 for 1 happy hour drinks poolside next to the white sand beach. The non beach view / pool view guest rooms are very clean and spacious

The bathroom was a little nicer than the previous two nearby island resorts The free internet was of adequate speed and available throughout the hotel areas. The front desk was welcoming and checked us in quickly

Beautiful resort with scenic views and a private beach. Lamai beach is calmer and cleaner beach as compared to chaweng beach. Staff here is extremely helpful and caring, they make sure you have a pleasant stay

she goes to great lengths to make sure your culinary preference are taken care of. Front office executive PANG is another such guy. personally making sure guests are comfortable

Beautiful place. Great suite for 2 adults and 3 children. Had some problems with hot water when we arrived, but they were shortly fixed. Very friendly staff.

The gardens are lovely with water features throughout, the pool is really nice although it is set back in the property away from the beach

It was a very spacious bungalow, spotless, regularly cleaned up, plenty of fresh towels, supply of daily bottles of water

Huge window overlooking the beach, you feel like on the beach even when inside the room :) Make sure you book the "sea view bungalow" as the other rooms and bungalows are across the road and there are no sun beds on the beach, only the bar/restaurant seating areas

Lovely hotel! Rooms are clean and comfortable, just wish the aircon worked a bit better. Staff were lovely. Location was great, right by a beautiful quiet spot on the beach and close to shops, restaurants and bars!

I stayed in the sea front bungalow which had its own sun loungers and a terrace with chairs and table a few steps from the sea. It is situated on a really nice and really clean beach, great for swimming or walking

The beach is just so amazing and beautiful, the restaurant over-looks the beach and has many lounges and bean bags to relax in. Food and drink was nice and well presented, staff were attentive and helpful

A decent hotel with nice big clean rooms and very good bathroom and shower. The aircondion units seemed brand new and worked just perfectly. Nice size balconies and a really good pool with a lot of sunlight

Some of the employees at the reception could act nicer than they did when I was here and that’s why I only give a 3 star service review

The location in lamai is great, 5 mins walk to beach, 5 mins to night market. The pool is great for cooling off in. Also has a gym which I used every day (only weights were 2x 4kg dumbbells though)

What a lovely stay we had here with the cutest couple from Cali! The food is absolutely delicious and the cucumber cocktail is fantastic!! We will definitely come back to this peaceful and especially very clean resort

It has a lovely swimming pool plus a bar and restaurant. They hire out scooters, which is very handy for getting around the island. The family and staff are very friendly and helpful

We received a very warm welcome here, despite booking at the last minute. Both hosts are super lovely people who were uncomplicated and professional. The complex is well maintained and you want for nothing

The scooter rental is right on site. A clear recommendation if you are staying on koh samui

I loved this place so much that I left with the room key… (I’ll send it by mail promised!). As mentioned in previous comments, the hotel is not in the busiest area if you’re looking for nightlife in walking distance

However, it provides scooters for rent which was very convenient. What made this resort stand out for me was the hospitality from Selinda who always had great advice for things to visit while in Koh Samui

Big resort with two pools overlooking the sea. Private beach is also very beautiful. Be aware that garden pool villas offer more privacy than some of the sea view villas. Breakfast buffet is amazing!

Wonderful stay at Silavadee Pool Spa Resort. The service here is definitely a 6 star hotel. All member of staff were really friendly and helpful

My stay here was quite some time ago but my memories staying here lives on, the staff are wonderful, food is out of this world (I looked forward to breakfast each day) and the setting is so beautiful

The room was excellent in general although some room were not quite as private as expected. Wide range of breakfast choices and Spa was superb. Will definitely visit again in the future

It was our first time on Samui island and our first time at Silavadee. We stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing. The reception staffs and restaurant staffs are marvelous

Cocktails are amazing in taste with happy hour providing buy 1 and get 1 offers and other times cocktails were with reasonable pricing. Infinity pool was below average with restricted pool timings

Beach area close to Pavillion is quite and relaxing with mountain views on the other side. Worth visiting once only if you are staying in hydro pool villas

The gym, spa, and swimming pool are considered average compared to other 5-star hotels. The best thing is the staff’s top-notch service. They tried their best to make my stay pleasant

Beautiful semi private beach with shallow waters, ideal for small kids. Only downside was that there were a lot more mosquitos than elsewhere we stayed on Ko Samui

Came here after a short stay in Bangkok and met my wife who travelled up from Singapore and we had an amazing time the staff could not be nicer the rooms are giant and perfect to the point that videos/photos really don’t do them justice

Sadly we didn’t get to try the sailing due the to lack of winds! We have stayed a a couple of other Banyan Tree resorts (before Covid) and the standard and excellence in customer service is second to none and consistent across all the resorts

They have a private beach just for resort guests, which is super clean vs the public beach and offer a wide variety of complementary water sports - Kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding and snorkelling

I recently stayed 2 weeks at Sandalwood Luxury Villas in a spacious 2 bedroom pool villa. The villa was bright, comfortable, well appointed & clean. We had a lovely infinity pool with stunning views of Koh Samui

We also had a large walk-around deck with views of the pool and the hillside. This is a wonderful destination for a honeymoon or romantic holiday

The rooms are spacious, with beautiful hardwood furniture, traditional Thai carvings, and all sorts of wonderful details (none of that cheap, modern “loft-style” bullshit—this is the real deal solid luxury)

Our villa (Jasmine Suite) had a vaulted ceiling and a loft with its own queen bed, a kitchenette, and a very large bathroom with a jacuzzi with a window directly facing the sea

Every room commands an extraordinary view, with Koh Phangan on the horizon above a turquoise coral bay

My fiancé and I stayed in 4 resorts over our 12 days in Samui and this was by far our favorite

It is a lovely beach to swim in and there are plenty of good beach restaurants nearby. Besides each villa having its own pool, it also has its own kitchen

We looked and couldn’t find any other places on the beach that had kitchens in the rooms. The rooms themselves are spectacular. The mattress is one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The shower mimics an outdoor shower

Villa outside patio is great place for a breakfast enjoying the view. Resort territory is very green and clean, I love the design, it's unusual for Samui. The service is lovely, staff is very friendly and helpfull

This hotel is one of a kind for many reasons. It’s modeled after Thai Temple architecture. There is nothing else like it. It is literally in the beach. The two bedroom suites exterior walls border Lamei beach

Plus the jacuzzi in the room! Perhaps the best part is the staff running the hotel. They are so kind and attentive. They are always very quick to respond, but also friendly and genuine

The real rare to find gem on Koh Samui Lamai beach! We enjoyed everything there! The villa have huge bath with massage, good kitchen in dedicated room, dressing room with ironing board

It was good, the prices are European, and the beach got washed away, but it is beautiful with a very nice layout and three pools

We stayed in July 2016 and it was close to perfection if you are looking for peace and quiet plus super food. Rooms are great with large living area kitchen and sea views. Pools terrace down to the sea with bar area

Modern restaurant, outside great view over the swimming pools and the Thai gulf, delicious local dishes. Drinks are expensive.

This is my fifth time to stay here. Shasa makes me feel like home. Room is very big! Plus, you can have long stay here, since there are kitchen, washer, dryer, large fridge

The restaurant is good but with western prices. There is a kitchen so you can cook but come prepared with groceries, especially if you have kids

I highly recommend Barracuda Restaurant for lunch, dinner & drinks, plus Cocobola Thai Massage. Both are under 5 minutes walking distance, on the same street. Great service & prices.

When u check in ask about there money value voucher, u deposit a certain amount and they add a percentage on that amount, makes ur stay a bit more easier on the dollar!

Try the Massamun Neua (GM's recommendation) from room service. It's the best I had in Samui, even compared to restaurants.

This is a nice hotel, and the customer service is great. They were able to let us check in early and check out late. However, our room’s a/c cover was not working, and we had to put a paper in to open up the vent

The location, the accommodation, various selection of breakfast and the service are on point🔝 One of the best hotel brands on Koh Samui, just walk across the small road, we can find the private sunbath area and swimming pool oriented to the beach

Breakfast is not very diverse, but include broad - scrambled eggs and other egg products, vegetables, fruits, yoghurts, pastries etc. Coffee is prepared and served by staff. Has an internal swimming pool on the beach

Gym is also nearby the pool as well

The service here is excemplary. Rocky's has it's own two beaches. Two restaurants,two pools, two outdoor bars, each near a pool, spa service etc

Breakfast was delicious and every night that have a themed dinner. We had the Thai night dinner with the traditional Thai dancers and it was delicious. They have a shuttle that takes you to town which is a nice perk

Staffs were very friendly and attentive. From picking up upon arrival to checking in went smoothly. Gotten room upgrade to beachfront and just a few steps to the beach. Very delicious breakfast and also Thai dishes

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights and it was perfect! Our room was large, very clean and the ocean view was spectacular. The staff is very attentive and the service is top notch. The food here is also amazing

The hotel is stunning and service is impeccable the only down side I found is that it's a little bit out of the way. It's a good 45 min run up to chewang, about 500b in a taxi

There are stones on the right, dirt on the left, the middle that the pavilion got is wonderful. The hotel is a little tired, but the staff skillfully compensates for this with their attentiveness

We came by chance to have lunch at the restaurant inside a hotel. It is surprisingly good! Not only the food tasted rather delicious but we enjoy the view and services here too

Especially during the Covid time when everywhere nearby closed but the restaurant here remains open
