We couldn’t have hoped for a better welcome! Care and attention from the staff was second to none - so friendly and accommodating. The Villa was sublime and the rest of the facilities were perfect. Best part about Pavilion Villas was really the service of the staff - they were so warm, welcoming, and helpful in many ways. The room was comfortable and luxurious, although some facilities were slightly older. The breakfast was great, and the location can't be beat - Lamai beach is literally right at your doorstep, with 1-for-1 cocktails to sip on as you enjoy the sea breeze. Can't recommend it enough

Our overall experience is can't wait to end the stay in this hotel.  The facilities are definitely not 5-star, it is too old - poor lighting causing us feel gloomy, switches are old, some bulbs were blinking.  However, services are not bad, breakfast spread is good.

This is the best resort I have stayed so far, the staffs here are all polite and super friendly, of course not to skip my room with private pool, the view is superb! We can see sunrise directly from the room too. Will definitely return again.

Very nice hotel on the topof the hill. My room is huge with marble floor, jacuzzi and private plunge pool. It is also very clean. The view is stunning. The staff is very courteous and competent. The restaurant is kind pricy. The problem I have is the steep, steep uphill leading to the hotel. You need a car with stronger engine than 1200 CC. If you self-drive you need to arrive before dusk.

The property itself is a bit old. There are a few defects in the room. The gym is quite a simple and small one comparing to other Sheraton properties in the region. The service attitude of the Front Desk and Bell Captains are all very good. However, the receptionist at the Breakfast Restaurant has a bad attitude issues.

The hotel is a very clean and decent place, a nice environment for families, but the pool is insufficient. There is no order taking service when we sit on the beach

We had a great stay, lovely service and clean hotel. 3 pools that were all different plus the beach.

Location is good and its good choice value to money

The location is great because you can walk to everything. However, the cost was way too high for the quality of the rooms, food, and Kids Club. The bathroom had a terrible urine smell and you can hear your neighbors next door. I wouldn’t pay that price to stay there again.

Really loved my honeymoon stay at the KC resort. Very clean and beautiful villa. Great view and very well priced for a room with its own pool and ocean view. I love that our room is above the pool and we can see the pool through the room floor.

I cannot follow the bad reviews. If you book the hotel and complain you are far away from beach it’s your own fault. It is clearly stated on homepage and at most booking possibilities. We had a fantastic stay at Anantara Lawana, staying 10 nights. Room was incredible, service impeccable and wine tasting with Emma topped off the stay. This is a proper 5 star hotel who know how to treat their guests. Beware of the town centre has potential to turn into a scence from the Hang Over 😂😂. Overall, we will be back next year at the Anantara Lawana and tasting more wine with Emma!

This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Koh Samui. We enjoyed every aspect of this resort. The rooms were luxurious with beautiful views of the ocean. Great service, great hillside pool villa, with a breathtaking view overlooking the sea and surrounding area, traditional, minimalist grounds. The staff were always happy to help in every way possible. Loved the old-school feel of the place.
