We couldn’t have hoped for a better welcome! Care and attention from the staff was second to none - so friendly and accommodating. The Villa was sublime and the rest of the facilities were perfect. Spa treatment with Massy was fantastic- so relaxing and invigorating. Beach staff were there to help when required, and helped make the stay so much fun!

The staff here are all very lovely. They recommended great food and tourist spots, always smiling and taking good care of the customers. The Thai restaurant they suggested was incredibly delicious. The beach is also beautiful and relaxing, with a perfect atmosphere for a peaceful getaway.

The hotel has a kiddie pool and no kids in it. Rather, there were tons of kids in the adult beachfront infinity pool. Screaming kids and naked kids. You can even hear the kids screaming and singing while sitting on the beach. No way to relax. When I brought it to the hotel staff attention, their answer was there are a lot of families here then why have a kids pool? Also, hotel bar that closes at 9pm...

Overall Pavilion Samui Villas & Resort was "OK". It didn't quite look as impressive as the photos as it could do with some repairs and upkeep. We came by chance to have lunch at the restaurant inside a hotel. It is surprisingly good! Not only the food tasted rather delicious but we enjoy the view and services here too. Especially during the Covid time when everywhere nearby closed but the restaurant here remains open.

I used the restaurants, spa, and gym, and all were well maintained, clean, and welcoming. The staff was very friendly, kind, and capable, plus they were great with my limited Thai language skills. Big resort with two pools overlooking the sea. Private beach is also very beautiful. Be aware that garden pool villas offer more privacy than some of the sea view villas. Breakfast buffet is amazing!

My stay here was quite some time ago but my memories staying here lives on, the staff are wonderful, food is out of this world (I looked forward to breakfast each day) and the setting is so beautiful. It has a unique charm and I only hope to visit again soon. Deserves 5 stars.

Wonderful stay at Silavadee Pool Spa Resort. The service here is definitely a 6 star hotel. All member of staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was excellent in general although some room were not quite as private as expected. Wide range of breakfast choices and Spa was superb. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Very nice hotel on the topof the hill. My room is huge with marble floor, jacuzzi and private plunge pool. It is also very clean. The view is stunning. The staff is very courteous and competent. The restaurant is kind pricy. The problem I have is the steep, steep uphill leading to the hotel. You need a car with stronger engine than 1200 CC. If you self-drive you need to arrive before dusk.

Wow, this place is made for a couples retreat. Very private villas, we had a pool villa that was fantastic. All the staff are super friendly and the green keepers never stop to make the grounds perfect every day. The resturant servers very nice food in an open beach front experience. This is my fifth time to stay here. Shasa makes me feel like home. Amenities are perfect. Room is very big! Plus, you can have long stay here, since there are kitchen, washer, dryer, large fridge. Plus, you can enjoy Chaweng beach at Malibu Resort. Love!

It was good, the prices are European, and the beach got washed away, but it is beautiful with a very nice layout and three pools. Rooms have a kitchen with full fridge, go buy food and beer at a local shop and you can save hundreds.

The real rare to find gem on Koh Samui Lamai beach! We enjoyed everything there! The villa have huge bath with massage, good kitchen in dedicated room, dressing room with ironing board. Excellent destination; villas are are fantastic, the settings straight from a ( genuine) movie and customer service world class. As in - had to leave my DuPont lighter at the airport when we left ( since you apparently can fly in but not out with a butane cigar lighter,who knew?), so I called the hotel who sent a driver to pick it up, and they mailed it back.
