poor service and the place is too noisy due to construction going on. Agoda app says it's a pet friendly hotel but actually not. Not a good place to stay.

We were extorted for a dirty face towel. This was quite a disappointment. I probably would not write a review at all except this fueled me to want to warn others. They did not want to refund all of our deposit because one face towel was dirty. Should not have dirty towel I guess. Felt like it had nothing to do with towel but employees told to try to get more money. No electrical outlets near head of bed on either side. Rooms are clean but about 20 years old. Exposed electrical wiring painted to match the wall. 2 prong electrical outlets. I had to push bed to other side of room to plug something in that needed electricity at night. Good internet. The Choice Residence is next door and much nicer for a few dollars more money.

Daytime security service is very bad, never come out to look at the car, room condition and cleanliness are good.

The service staff is very bad. Especially at the counter There was no reception. And the room is very old, the room is dirty, the room walls are stained with peeling paint, the bathroom is not clean. Dull towel Musty closet Overall it is very old, no hair dryer. There are not enough power sockets. If anyone is coming, they must bring a plug The inside of the building stinks of cigarettes because someone smokes. And the durian was brought in and had a bad smell Garbage was left in front of the room.
