Hotel is outstanding always my go to hotel in Bangkok. The rooms are so spacious and the executive lounge is great value for money. And the Sky bar on the rooftop has amazing views.

Location, service and all staff are very very good. It was excellent choice to satay.

breakfast buffet was very good though lacking AC so expect to sweat. Club lounge is good but not as good as Hilton or Hyatt and it closes at 6pm. The sky bar is a complete rip off, I would go take photos and leave

we stayed at the tower club which meant we had a suite. it was a large room with free sodas and water and a nice view from the balcony. hot water pressure was good , though mattress was too hard for my preference

The room it's self was OK we stayed in a double room, our only issue was the carpet but there is hardwood rooms to in here but I didn't see them available when I was booking

only I have 1 complain I am frequent visitor in this hotel it’s long time they haven’t fixed their steam bath room in spa although it was broken 3 months a go

Extra extra large rooms! 😍 comfortable large beds, spacious pool on the mezzanine floor and extensive breakfast buffet is a must. Will always look to stay here when returning to Bangkok

Overall, it was an exceptional experience staying at Lebua (I've stayed at the hotel 3 times) and I will definitely stay here again if I visit Bangkok in the future

Only a few minutes walk away from the nearest BTS. Take a ferry boat across the river to Siam Paragon. Next to the highway so traveling by car is convenient too

Good location, rooms need a lot of improvement, old carpets and smells, some rooms don't have safes,some rooms have uncomfortable beds, we had to change rooms 3 times on 3 different floors, that's how I got to see so many rooms, booked 2 rooms for 7 nights

I had a fantastic stay for tje 2nd time at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Bangkok. The river views were stunning, and the location made it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable

The only thing is staff at the checkin counter didn’t tell me how to go to the room I got a room on 22 floor and staff didn’t say which lift I should take I need to find the way by myself

Everything is good location and admosphere

Breakfast needs a lot improvement as well as many of the hot dishes are catered for the Indian market, yet not much of authentic Thai cuisine that you would expect from a high-end hotel as the Sheraton Staff are good and helpful and try to make your stay comfortable

The Sukosol Hotel offers a perfect blend of Thai elegance and modern comfort. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with beautiful decor. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling

Even though the hotel is old its kept beautifully and service is outstanding the twin rooms are very spacious and luxurious. We only used the Chinese restaurant for dinner and that too was excellent

17th floor, cannot hear the road noise only very slightly but that is not bothering. As it was COVID we got an amazing price pratunam is a good area close to malls and with a Quick taxi ride you can get anywhere

Bed was too soft to me and I couldn’t sleep well. Toiletries could be more varied such as disposable combs and shaver. TV channel was boring and outdated too. There are more rooms for improvement

Splurge a bit more for their newly renovated rooms “Premier King” and did not regret. Rooms were spacious with separate basin & toilet/shower area. Hotel hospitality was indeed 5 star

There's a shortcut from the hotel to CentralWorld food court / Tops supermarket on Level 7 so it was east to grab stuff back to the room

Very good experience in terms of accommodation. Located right above central world shopping mall give us access to also Big C and Siam with just 10 minute walk. Breakfast buffet also impressed us.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is kind and helpful. Only note on aircon a bit noisy in the room. Very conveniently connected to the mall downstairs.

Nice place, 15min walking distance to BTS. 2 teenagers and me sleeping in king bed is good enough. Love the room including mini kitchen and laundry + drying machine, we can wash the clothes in such hot day everyday.

Plenty of massage shops across from hotel Coffee club - I do not recommend. Slow service, unwelcoming, rude, ungrateful employees they should resign and give their job to someone who would appreciate to have a job

The shower pressure is weak so if you have long hair be patient. So good for laps and many swimmers. Shout out to Baggage staff who were helpful, quick and friendly. Check in staff also helpful and friendly

Grab and taxis easy pick up and drop off because of location. Shops - 7 eleven and Tops (supermarket in same street) for drinks, food etc. I do not recommend Lawson 108 convenient store in same building

We stayed 10 days in April 2025 Where do I start in my recommendation. Location - 10 to 12 min to terminal 21 mall and Asok BTS. The walk is interesting as you pass numerous cafes, restaurants

a big Clean room, the view was very nice. Location is on a very busy road to get there. but you won’t hear the noise from outside. It’s quite far from tourist attractions.

The location is good enough; not right near public transport but taxis are cheap and the hotel offer a tuk tuk service to the MRT station and a few other hotspots free of charge

The gym is really impressive and there is even a large studio room next door. Pretty small but most city hotels only have a little pool but it was nice and warm too

First experience here in Grand Mercure Bangkok. Had a wonderful experience throughout. Gym and swimming pool was great. Gym was filled with antique equipments

Traffic is lighter than in the city center, and getting around is easy via the connected Skytrain, mall, or affordable Grab/Bolt rides. It’s about a 30-minute cab ride to downtown

Amazing location, walking distance 10 minutes to central world. 5 mins from central embassy Perfect for shoppers. Price is reasonable when compared to other 5* hotels in this area. The only thing missing was a tissue box

My only complaint was there was a family with infants staying directly across from us and I could hear the baby crying all the time and this same family would let the infant cry in the hallway and since the walls are marble, it was like an echo chamber so if they could arrange an adults only floor, that would be awesome

The hotel staff is so nice and accommodating! I used their laundry machine and one of my shirts got some black spots from the machine. I asked the hotel staff to please clean that off for me and they did

Theres multiple 7E and massage shop outside of the hotel. What i like is about the breakfast buffet. So many varieties and the food options always change after the food finishes. Makes you always want to go a few round

Really a wow factor to me compared to other hotel. If you want to travel to city, theres a complimentary boat shuttle to BTS. From there you can take boat to attractions along the river or BTS to Siam

I had the opportunity to stay in a superior room type during quarantine. Due to the outbreak of covid 19, in my opinion, the rooms are of good quality, clean, reasonable price, despite being a long-established hotel

If you book a vehicle online, you can wait outside the lobby where there is a comfortable seat. The officer will direct the car to park in front of the hotel. You can also wait on the sofa in the hotel lobby

what a brilliant and fantastic view !!!  The lobby bar as well as the signature 1970 bar at the top floor are among the best in Bangkok apart from The Bamboo Bar at Mandarin Oriental and BKK Social Club at Four Seasons is which I like the most…

We loved the hotel, the staff and service were brilliant. Unfortunately the hotel is being knocked down and rebuilt. I'm sure the new one will be as good if not better. Can't wait to stay again when it reopens

Great service, great view, big room, and spacious. The bathtub is large which is great for tall people. Very short walk to Silom MRT and Sala Daeng BTS stations. Would definitely stay here again next time
