Would have been a lovely hotel in it's time. The 3 bedroom room was old and in need of a bit of redecorating, but beds were comfy. The hotel design was a bit annoying. Where we had to go down the lift to level 11

We also received a complimentary room upgrade which was very nice although not expected. Most staff spoke decent English. GREAT air conditioning, hot water, and SAFE water (we drank the tap water and it was fine)

Walk about 250m to the reception and bar pool in tower A. Go down the lifts from reception to ground to exit onto front street. Would still recommend this hotel

Plus, the pool and outside gardens are so serene and relaxing. All the grounds are well kept. The gym and spa are FIRST class. I stay at 5 star hotels on a regular basis, and in Bangkok, Shangri-La is my favorite one

This is a fantastic 5 star hotel, riverside and right across from the superb ICON SIAM mall, arguable the best mall in Bangkok. The hotel provides a free ferry to cross the river

my and I used the gym and swimming pool here. All the staffs are lovely and take good care of us. All the staffs at the gym are lovely. Thank you Bo and Golf and Big, the receptionist at the gym

Fantastic hotel with plenty nearby IF you want to leave the hotel! I say IF as the hotel is perfect so you may not even want to leave! 2 night here and with an incredible view of the river and fantastic facilities we will be back for sure! Service from the moment we arrived until we left was immaculate and the hotel itself has so many spaces to chill and explore we were very happy

Breakfast served at the first floor is great, including some traditional Thai foods and a variety of choices. I like homemade ice cream a lot. The main build of the hotel is not quite easy to access via public transport

Facilities are good with the garden pool being a great place to swim and relax. Good buffet breakfast and great staff in general. Love the free boat service they offer to IconSiam and the other Pier - very useful

Well, there is nothing to complain about. The staff is always smiling and ready to serve you. As a Platinum member, they recognized my status and offered me a free updrage and also offered daily breakfast

The breakfast menu is very elaborate. I ate at 2 restaurants and food at both the restaurants was very good. The location is also right by the river, and all rooms have their windows opening up to the river

I enjoyed staying here and will not resist coming back here

Had an amazing time here, the river view room with the view of icon Siam was incredible! Such a great location, staff were friendly and attentive, the food and bars were delicious and the free shuttle boat across the river is a lovely touch! Can’t wait to come back here

My second stay here this year I enjoyed the location as always The customer relation manager at the lounge during the day and a female staff during breakfast time offered excellent and attentive service!! However, I think the professionalism is a bit lacking among other staff especially staff in the evening shit at lounge and bellboy

If you book a vehicle online, you can wait outside the lobby where there is a comfortable seat. The officer will direct the car to park in front of the hotel. You can also wait on the sofa in the hotel lobby

Staff is quick to check in for us. Have bellman help to carry luggages for you. Place in middle not to close not to far from center area

The breakfast was good with various choices and some local food included. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a 7/11 located nearby which helps a lot. It was a memorable stay and will definitely return

The hotel is good but at times the service staff are a bit lazy. Nobody was there to help with my luggage and i had to carry it to the reception. Clean rooms and other services are good. I would say it's a good hotel

Looks modern and beautiful. But the entire hotel floor is carpet. In some places under the carpet there are bumps.

Great Hotel! No better hotel to stay at for a quarantine! We had a suite and another connecting room to stay as a family. One issue we had was the presence of mosquitoes even though we were on the 23 floor

World class. You're greeted by staff as you enter. Marble and gold decor throughout the hotel, stunning interior. Pools are amazing and the rooms are pristine. I will be here again if I return to Bangkok.

It says 5-star but some things need quite an improvement. It is a little old, food was ok but coffee was below average for the price

17th floor, cannot hear the road noise only very slightly but that is not bothering. As it was COVID we got an amazing price pratunam is a good area close to malls and with a Quick taxi ride you can get anywhere

Right next to bus stop and main road, so commute to city is easy. Ten to 15 mins walk to metro/ train stop. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean

When I arrived at the room, I enjoyed the view of Benjakitti Park and people paddling in duck boats. Another thing I really liked is that they provide key cards in the room

The room was spacious with everything we needed a washing machine, microwave, and a nice bathtub. The staff, especially Koy, Tah, and Tum, were so friendly and made us feel right at home

Near to Sky Trains, easy to commute. Staff is also very humble and cooperative. Just a good stay, and comfortable. Not sure of food, have not tried anytime. But stores like seven eleven, home shop are nearby

I stay at this hotel all the time when there is room. Always clean rooms, easy access to the airport, the hotel is five stops from the airport on the metro line and three stops from the center

I visit this place on March 14th 2020, and enjoy the food in the resto. I choose and enjoy the buffet here, all I can eat.

Arrived late at night on 23rd November 2024, requested for a connecting room but due to high occupancy in this festive season, the team tried their best to find for us which is really nice to hear

Stayed here from 1 Oct to 5 Oct. The room was really big and the view outside was amazing (when it isn't raining). CentralWorld mall is connected to the hotel, although a few transfers are needed
