Hotel is outstanding always my go to hotel in Bangkok. The rooms are so spacious and the executive lounge is great value for money. And the Sky bar on the rooftop has amazing views.

breakfast buffet was very good though lacking AC so expect to sweat. Club lounge is good but not as good as Hilton or Hyatt and it closes at 6pm. The sky bar is a complete rip off, I would go take photos and leave

we stayed at the tower club which meant we had a suite. it was a large room with free sodas and water and a nice view from the balcony. hot water pressure was good , though mattress was too hard for my preference

The room it's self was OK we stayed in a double room, our only issue was the carpet but there is hardwood rooms to in here but I didn't see them available when I was booking

Stayed here to check out around the river. Its an older hotel and can see its showing a bit of age. The rooms are huge and so is the washroom. What made the stay special was actually the buffet breakfast

I went up to the sky bar my first night and it was amazing. They offered many times to take our picture. Only bad thing is they were letting people up that were wearing shorts. Thought they had a dress code

On speaking to the manager on duty, she somehow managed to arrange a place for us to stay have some breakfast which is on complimentary and also arranged a room well within record time of an hour

They met us at the airport, took our luggage to the car, and in the car we had towels for cleaning our faces and hands, water, soda, and snacks waiting for us

When u reached in the morning it was really early and had requested for an early check in but when I landed they said that not able to provide the room

The room had a noticeable amount of dust, especially around the curtains, windows the bed headboard, tv stand, side table etc, which triggered my dust allergies and made me sick during my stay the bed is right beside the window & curtains

When I showed housekeeping the dust from me cleaning he called me DIRTY imagine that terrible service. I also noticed small roaches if any food or trash was left out (seal & hide your snack), including in the bathroom

This property had such an authentic Thai feel and such character to the building. We checked in at 2am after a 24 hour travel day and were in our rooms within 15 minutes

This is a very large property that hosts weddings and conferences so it takes some time to walk from your room out to the taxi pickup

Room could have done with a minor maintenance fix up but it was very comfortable and had a great balcony overlooking the river. The public areas are luxurious and the breakfast is very good, if busy

I had the opportunity to stay in a superior room type during quarantine. Due to the outbreak of covid 19, in my opinion, the rooms are of good quality, clean, reasonable price, despite being a long-established hotel

Good location, rooms need a lot of improvement, old carpets and smells, some rooms don't have safes,some rooms have uncomfortable beds, we had to change rooms 3 times on 3 different floors, that's how I got to see so many rooms, booked 2 rooms for 7 nights

The Berkley is situated right at Bangkok's center. It's definitely convenient for people who would want to explore the urban side of the city as opposed to the country's equally amazing historical sites

17th floor, cannot hear the road noise only very slightly but that is not bothering. As it was COVID we got an amazing price pratunam is a good area close to malls and with a Quick taxi ride you can get anywhere

Lovely Lobby, But the Stay Fell Short of Expectations The Twin Towers Hotel has an impressive entrance and lobby — very elegant and welcoming. However, the experience didn’t live up to the five-star impression

The location was pretty convenient. The room we stayed at was old style room, and some of the electrical socket doesn't work

The beds and pillows were uncomfortably hard, and the bathroom had several issues — weak flush, slow-draining sink, and an old tub. Towels were not fluffy white, and no robes were provided

We stayed 10 days in April 2025 Where do I start in my recommendation. Location - 10 to 12 min to terminal 21 mall and Asok BTS. The walk is interesting as you pass numerous cafes, restaurants

We had a very pleasant stay at Shama. Staff is always very freindly and helpful. The studio with kitchen, laundry and balcony was excellent! Also a very big and topclass gym and swimming pool

Great service, great view, big room, and spacious. The bathtub is large which is great for tall people. Very short walk to Silom MRT and Sala Daeng BTS stations. Would definitely stay here again next time

a big Clean room, the view was very nice. Location is on a very busy road to get there. but you won’t hear the noise from outside. It’s quite far from tourist attractions.

The location is good enough; not right near public transport but taxis are cheap and the hotel offer a tuk tuk service to the MRT station and a few other hotspots free of charge

The gym is really impressive and there is even a large studio room next door. Pretty small but most city hotels only have a little pool but it was nice and warm too

First experience here in Grand Mercure Bangkok. Had a wonderful experience throughout. Gym and swimming pool was great. Gym was filled with antique equipments

You can walk around to different shopping mall using the link bridge. There are also shops and mall around the hotel if you do not wish to walk too far. There are plenty of massage parlour opposite and around the hotel

It's very central but no as crowded as some other core areas. Some rooms look "older" than others but it's not a big issue. All rooms are very spacious and you can tell the cleaning is done properly
