Rooms are getting old but the management is trying their best to provide. Location tops it all. 2 bed room units are great for larger families. I’m a regular.

My last night staying in Bangkok, but definitely not my last time visiting this amazing city! Every time I come to Bangkok, this hotel always feels like the most comfortable and convenient place for me. The location is great easy to travel around, close to shopping malls, and everything I need is just nearby. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfort and convenience during your stay in Bangkok...

Very convenient hotel.  The rooms were also of a good size.  Breakfast was excellent.

Good cozy rooms. At the time oulf our visit A/C was not working and making too much noise in the night. . Best part is the BTS metro station from within the premises. . Good breakfast options. . Loved that it is adjoined with Emporium Mall and one can explore unlimited brands here.

Room is large and clean. Free fruit basket. However location is a distance from the train station and in hot weather can feel even further.

Been here twice and had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Suites Sukhumvit Bangkok. Reception staff was very warm, friendly and very efficient even though we arrived when many people were checking out. Room was spacious and very clean.

Decent sized units, nice pool. They need recycling services and to fix the aircon in the gym.

The apartments were cozy, clean and small but space is very well distributed. There is always security guards in the entrance and you can only enter the building with an electronic key.

Everything was fine. A spacious room with good facilities. Except, on the website state that they have a shuttle serviced to the BTS by tuktuk, but, when I asked for the service they told me to walk by myself.

Hotel is good location that not far from bts but the walk way in soi is narrow and risk from car. Room is large and provide full facilities. But room can’t keep noise from others. This is an amazing stay. The room is so big, with own hot shower, unlimited bottled water, free use of microwave oven, fridge and kettle. There's also kitchen utensils. What's the great part is, a big balcony where I can do my laundry and wash my dishes. The room has big big closet and couch also. A tv with cable, and a blowdryer. The room itself has a good airflow that's why I rarely use air-conditioning...

This hotel is apartment style. Good for couple in Studio and family in One-bedroom apt. There's a kitchenette in the unit with microwave, toaster and cutlery. The street outside the hotel has lots of massage places and eatery places. But do see the reviews before you visit the massage places. If you prefer a safe and clean environment, may go to Healthland nearby there.

Loved our stay here. Friendly staff that made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and fully equipped where you can cook if you want to. Walking distance to Ashok or Sukhumvit Station and some good massage parlor a stones throw away. Also nearby a few clubs and some street food stalls.

Spacious hotel rooms, well worth its price. The smoking rooms were stronger smelling compared to other hotels. Asked the hotel staff to change us to a non smoking room, they did it without any fuss. No air conditioning for the corridors. The toilets are not furnished with a bathtub.

Nice location. Rooms are modern and well kept. Coffee shop attached downstairs has good coffee and food. Would be nice if they provided a "do not disturb" sign to put on the door as the cleaning staff does not give up easily even if doors are locked and even calls the room after that doesn't work. I really liked this place, lots of space in the room and even a basic kitchen with everything you would need for simple meals. Roof top pool is small but nice, laundry facilities are a little pricey as you do your own washing, it would be cheaper and easier to give your laundry to a local service. Very central with some great restaurants very close by. My only complaint was they tend not to notice...

Next to a 24 hour Lawsons, near Asok BYS and MRT, late eating options and Terminal 21 mall. Larger than a usual hotel room and comes equipped with a kitchenette and a small lounge. Good for business Travellers.

Good location for good price. BTS train station NANA approx. 400 m away. Nice and helpful staff. Free TukTuk provided by the hotel. On the 7th floor is swimming pool with a gym for free (with view)

Absolutely loved it! Will be my go-to place if I'm ever in Bangkok again. Friendly and very helpful service, beautiful room with a beautiful view from the pool and gym. Walking distance to malls, bars and shops or you can take the train which is down the road. A definite reccomend from me!

My spouse and I spent 10 nights at Citadines 8 and loved every moment. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean and the service staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is ideal - close to excellent dining, entertainment and public transportation.

The apartment was very big, with lots of comforts (kitchen tools, AC, shower, bathtub). Very good positioning near the BTS Skytrain line so It was very Easy to move around Bangkok. The staff was nice, well-prepared and they speak english.

The amenities and cleanliness of the room is on very high level. Breakfast has a form of buffet and there is really big variety of food. Just stayed at this hotel in Thailand and it was awesome! The room was super comfy and clean, with a nice view. The staff were really cool, always ready to help out. The breakfast was yummy too. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back.

The staff at reception were not very welcoming or friendly especially during checkout, but appart from that the bell boys who stored our bags were Super helpful and friendly and also the staff at breakfast couldn’t do more to assist us. Upon checkout the lady wasn’t polite at all, we won’t return here.

2025-06-30, 2:30pm request taxi to Suvarnabhumi airport. The taxi driver drive me Wrong direction to Nana BTS station cause it is heavy traffic jam. I shout and yell and then taxi driver request me to guide him to airport. It takes me 1hour and 30min to airport. Please don’t let this taxi driver as Marriott hotel partner.

Our room was compact, but thoughtfully designed and comfortable for a few nights. Dining options here are top notch. Even their lobby buffet restaurant stocked premium seafood. The hotel is in a convenient location. There is a pedestrian bridge linking Thong Lo BTS station to the doorstep of the hotel. There are many cafes nearby as well.

Room is big, I was upgraded to a nice big room, just for 1 night, I think this is ok.

This was a great place to relax after 32-hour flight. A little ways from the main nightlife but easy to get to by sky train right outside the lobby. The lounge is one of the best and the view is amazing. I can not point out any individual staff because they were all great. They made my wife and I feel like we were at home.

Internet various ways as described in the front from the foot, night sweat so far. Access is poor and it is the purpose of use, are very convenient to position it, and Laundry, including indoor facilities as a business other. Staff is also good. Eyes mostly in the stalls of the near or not, out of the hotel right at the left, from 5 minutes to 10 minutes if you walk, and delicious street-side shops...

It's more of a serviced residence. But it was a pleasant experience. It's a little far from Bts but buses are plenty (7 baht). Motorcycles are also available in front of Camillan Hospital for 20 baht. They also provide transport but for a limited time. Hotel has pool, onsen and gym. Room has DVD player and radio! It also has a washing machine and a full kitchen. So for me it's a very pleasant stay

I just recently moved into Plimplace3 (2 br 2 bth). Nice clean apartment, great staff, good reasturant/cafe and right on the BTS. Not much more than studio apartments nearby

Nice hotell in the center of Bangkok with about 100 channels on TV, several movie channels in english. And a variety of different channels in several languages. Soft beds, cause most of the beds in Thailand are hard compared to our non asian beds.

I have just moved in and am so impressed with the staff and their service. They responded immediately to my messages and both issues were resolved in less than 24 hours. 5 star services!! The staff goes out of their way to accommodate your needs.

Really good value for money. They location was great for us, close to the BTS and you can get a taxi in seconds to wherever you need to go. Nice kitchen, you have to ask for the utensils but that's not a problem. Really nice people and service.

The floor is very slippery. My 2 year old fell at the toilet door edge (very sharp) and had a minor cut at the back of his head. But thanks to the hotel staff is very helpful to send us to nearest hospital. Bcos of this we are being very careful to choose a hotel which safety will be the most priority to small children.

Clean no frills room great for an overnight or short stay during airport transit. Arrived in 2-3am and the checkin front desk staff is still still there for fst room check-in.

I stayed in Movenpick the week before and there were advantages for both. Here didn't have a washing machine but was closer to everything on Ekamai. Still, very close to 5 stars.

Small cozy room with everything you need, worth the price. Hidden in soi but that helps me sleep better with no noisy big bike and ambulance. The gym and swimming pool during my stay are something they need to improve.

Whenever i am in Bangkok it's the place where i stay. It is comfortable, separate bedroom and lounge/kitchenette Small pool on the roof, which could do with some extra loungers, and some attention. Everything nearby, and trips into the different areas of Bangkok are relatively easy to reach, and affordable.

Loved it! Great and cosy apartment with all the necessary equipment, to make your stay comfortable. Quiet by night, in an area that is not in the middle of the city but in a agreeable distance from everything. Helpful staff and the price was reasonable, according to the location.

Has everything you could need within a 2 minute walk. The building is always clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly. The market opposite is great, 7/11, lotus, laundry, massage, taxis at the end of the road. Lots of street food. Parking and secure area for motorbikes. Recommended if you want the room near by Rajjamangla stadium. The room was so big, good service, friendly staff.

Staying here felt just like being at home. I could cook in my room, and it was easy to call housekeeping whenever I needed cleaning. The place was comfortable and convenient. The only downside was that some of the fabric furniture, like the sofa and dining chairs, were a bit dirty. It would be great if they could be cleaned or refreshed. Otherwise, a pleasant stay!
