So far stayed 1 day and night. Nice room. Except 2 water bottles all other commodities are buy to use. I like the room, it's very nice. Also 7/11 is close and also staff tries to help as much they can though their English is medium good.

Budget hotel. This is basically Vabua Asotel which is nearby just the name and building is different. I can say this is kind of serviced apartment whereas Vabua renovated and have a hotel look. Nothing much wrong here as anyone shouldn’t expect much with low budget but TV and WiFi are disgusting. Well, actually they don’t have to keep it. Things were reasonable and acceptable.

I was very upset because the front desk personnels not so good i ask help to print out my visa only one page but they say "NO" i walked around just to find a computer shop but none ! Shares the reception together with another hotel. This one is supposed to have better rooms. The rooms are newer, but I didn't feel the comfort of cheaper rooms. Free WiFi, but slow, only 2MB and with annoying login that only allows one device.

Every time we are staying in Bangkok we come here. It’s a lovely location with lovely rooms. Quiet small soi but accessible to MBK and Siam area even by walk. The team at Fifth Residence are extremely lovely, helpful and kind. They go beyond to make sure you are well and comfortable. Excellent location for convenience and surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to Kao San road. Very easy to get to either airport in BKK with bus shuttle services just a few hundred metres away. The room was good value for money, clean and hygienic with fresh towels and bedding offered daily. TV lacks all the sports channels however.

Hotel is good location in the city and near to Bangkok Christian Hospital, only 3 mins walk away. Receptionist can speak English and it’s easy for communication. I been staying in Khaosan palace for many years in the past. It's a bit loud at night but the view from the pool makes up for that. The staff is nice and the location is so good for partying but not the best to get a good night sleep in some of the rooms facing the street. I definitely will be back depending on what I want on my trip. Party or sleep.

I’d give 2 stars because the place really is an hostel and it’s slightly misleading to be called Hotel. However, if you are looking for an hostel here are my thoughts. Decorating the first lounge with old classics fashion of the clock, the book shelf. We ordered breaky for three and it’s so Thai food. We liked it very much. A comfortable and convenient location. There is a seven eleven nearby everywhere and it is easy to get to the park within walking distance. There is a gel and shampoo in the shower. The lady boy staff is bad manner. He is bad action. He use the bad word to the costumer about the time for check-in and check-out. I thing he is not appropriate to work in any service related work.

I loved staying at The Pattern Boutique Hotel again. This is my third time in Bangkok, and I always stay there. It's a little outside the main area, but the BTS is just a five-minute walk away, and you can get downtown in fifteen minutes. Affordable price and close to BTS Krungthonburi which you can take the BTS golden line to Icon Siam, the room is fairly small but it’s worth for paying compared to any other hotels in the same area.

For this trip, it was the perfect location. Located halfway along Rambuttri Road (Parallel road to Khaosan Road) meant that the hotel is very close to all the action but not too noisy. Maybe it was good that we had a room towards the back of the hotel to reduce any noise even further as this is still an area with lots of good bars and restaurants that stay open until late. Middle of the road. Rooms with an exterior window are loud at night from the Khosan Rd party scene. Not that clean but not horrible. You get air con and it's secure, centrally located, but there are superior options in the neighborhood for not much more

It's a roof over your head and a bed to take your new friend from Khao San to. If that's what you're into this is for you. Not much else. Has all the basics. There are way better hostels for the same price if not less in Bangkok buuuut there not 5 min walk from Khao San. Depends how you're feeling.

The hotel makes a great good impression, but than you start understanding that the place is old and not really well maintained: the elevator barely working, the rooms are basic and the beds are not comfortable. No breakfast included. They charge you for everything you'r doing wrong, so it's like walking on eggshells. Otherwise it is OK. Nothing more.
