Above par secluded place from the busy streets. The price is very affordable and the location is in the middle of everything near by. Close to MRT Sutthisan station. Their foods is yummy. BTW there is a cute and cozy cafe in the hotel premises. If you are looking for a place to stay around this area, this hotel is a bang for your buck.

It is a cheap place to come if you need a room. 650 baht a night for basic room. The staff is nice and they clean my room everyday. It is not better than the known hotels, but I will put it about hostel anyday.

Perfect location reasonably priced decent rooms with great view of city off balconies. Love the service and food!

The view was good, I opted for a high-floor room. Only thing is that ants will come if you don't keep your food properly and the not-strategic-plug area. Otherwise, it's a good place to rest and to enjoy the view

i stayed there about 20 times, very convenient , next to the subway line ... 24/7 cuisine open ! Very good value ( clean room with television + swimming pool on the roof )

I've only eaten there twice, and probably won't again, as there are many choices in this area. I had a craving for a hamburger after a bout with Bangkok belly, brought on by a street food binge, I wanted something other than Thai food. I ordered the onion ring hamburger. Nice location near Khaosan Road but much quieter which is a God send if you have ever entertained the idea of staying on that road! Rooftop pool is amazing after a day in the Bangkok heat and the room was clean and the air con worked very well. 24hour check in was really helpful. Bathroom is a wet room which struggled to drain sometimes. Pillows are chunky but this seems to be a theme in Thailand...

A good place if you decided to stay near Khao San.Well located yet quiet and cozy. Nice inner garden with giant goldfishes in the pond. Surrounded by nice restaurants, massage and street food spots.

This place near to Khaosan road is much more beautiful than Khaosan. There are many possibilities to do: eating, drinking, massages, sneiders for suits and dresses, shopping for souvenirs and sleeping in hostels. But there are many tuktuk drivers who want to be your driver a little bit to aggressive... I would go there again!

Rooms are basic but you have all you need: shower, air condition, swimming pool. The location is very good.

Room is ok, has air, balcony, refrigerator and good sized room. Good location for many restaurants and street food in soi 132.has mini marts very close for drinks and snacks. Staff friendly, has security door too get in lift area.

Far from the city center (around 45 minutes without traffic jam, usually on weekdays at 07.00 - 09.00 in the morning, at 16.00 - 21.00 in the evening), for public transportation you can find the bus stop near to the hotel. So far stayed 1 day and night. Nice room. Except 2 water bottles all other commodities are buy to use. I like the room, it's very nice. Also 7/11 is close and also staff tries to help as much they can though their English is medium good.

Budget hotel. This is basically Vabua Asotel which is nearby just the name and building is different. I can say this is kind of serviced apartment whereas Vabua renovated and have a hotel look. Nothing much wrong here as anyone shouldn’t expect much with low budget but TV and WiFi are disgusting. Well, actually they don’t have to keep it. Things were reasonable and acceptable.

I was very upset because the front desk personnels not so good i ask help to print out my visa only one page but they say "NO" i walked around just to find a computer shop but none ! Shares the reception together with another hotel. This one is supposed to have better rooms. The rooms are newer, but I didn't feel the comfort of cheaper rooms. Free WiFi, but slow, only 2MB and with annoying login that only allows one device.

Location exists in central area. A few minutes walk to Sephan Kawai SkyTrain station and direct bus to Victory Monument. Quite place and helpful staff. Worth it for money.

Excellent maid or cleaning service. Staff friendly. Walking distance to bts sky train. Front desk gives detail walking map to sky train. On stop away from chatautha weekend market. Fare only 15 Bath. I want to say thank you to the lady at reception today who helped me when I was lost with no money and needed to get to the train station. I have no Thai she helped me with directions and gave me water. So thank you very much for your kindness. I was able to find an ATM and return to my Hotel.

Noisy from the back of the toilet in our room (people at the reception speak too loud to each other and it disturbed because the wall is very thin, not soundproof). Car park is available. Two entrances for the front and the back of hotel, easy to access backside directly to the streets. Room was not clean, lot of dusk, quite old chairs and dirty glasses. Ok for 1 night.

The hotel was OK. It was clean which was the main thing and the service was good. The facilities are just very old and in need of an update and the mattress was uncomfortable. Otherwise, it’s a good hotel for a few nights but probably not suitable for more than that.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks. At first, the hotel seemed a bit old, mainly middle-aged foreigners renting rooms. The booking included free breakfast buffet, quite diverse, to my taste. The staff cleans rooms everyday. There was a washing machine and a clothes dryer with automatic payment, the air conditioner was a bit noisy. Went here and booked the cheapest room which is no window one, room is clean and air conditioning is work cold. Bed is comfy enough but small, room very small is difficult to moving around :D, lift sometimes doesn’t work😁, but so far is comfy for sleeping.

We had a great stay at penpark! Rooms were clean and nice, with a good rc. Location is good, you are in a good neighbourhood, and it is close to kho san road, so that is a good place to book an grab to go everywere you want. Beds are a bit hard, but further there is nothing to complain!

Good and spacious rooms, kitchen and living room included. The Moto taxis can bring you to the mrt in 5 minutes, for 25 baht. The only problem is that the place looks old and not well maintained. For example, all the gym equipments are broken and cannot be used. I stayed there more less 4 month for study exchange 2013, the officer at that time little bit not oke.. but the place is oke, near halal food, BTS, Sevel, cross road there is coffe shop, near chatuchak market just walk 10 minutes, near BIG C ( Supermarket ) i rent around 9000 baht, exclude electrical and water..

The accommodation is very good, there are snacks and water for free.Below is a small cafe with delicious food by falling, but the shop is very beautiful. Plus the service staff is very good.
