Pro/Cons:
- Near BTS, need to walk a bit far. For those who are not used to walking like me, better take biker.😅
- The parking slot in the building is not much, but the hotel has another area for your cars (no roof)
- The triple room: spacious enough for three people to stay, but if the hotel could improve the bad smell especially in toilet, it would be better.
- Have free breakfast (some menu need to add extra pay) which is surprised me for 2-star hotel👏😊

Compliment : I had a non impressive experience at first. However, the big female receptionist who took charge of night shift and check out process in the next day morning was very nice, kind and impressive. She advocated our right for breakfasts. Also, the kitchen staff in the morning, as well as the manager took charge on it very fast. She was really kind and helpful.
(Therefore, I added more star for the services review - changed from ⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️)

To be noted: You guys are doing great, do not let one or few staff ruin your hotel service quality 🤗😊

(Complaint: I received bad service from a female front receptionist (seems she has low service mind) and the bell boy. I came to check in around 3.40 PM but she said I had to wait for an hour to make the room stating that I booked a big room that they could not prepare the room in time! To be honest, they were supposed to make it done before 3.00PM or earlier which is the time they required the customer to check in. I did not come to requested an early check in at all. I then came back in the evening, all the parking lots were full. I stopped at the drop off, the bell boy then asked me to park at another area far away while it was raining without the roof. He had a golf cart sending us back to hotel with many luggages that he should have let us dropped them at the lobby first. When he drove the cart at the lobby, he was not enthusiastic to help me carry the luggages out of the cart at all! I, a female customer with two elders had to carry them all.)

Rooms okay but staff is good. Service good. Okay to leave your luggage if you have the flight and need to spend some time outdoors.

nice freshly renovated place, clean and new. But took as an hour to get from and to the airport. Traffic is wild and If a place is called airport hotel I expected it close to the airport which is only true distance wise nor time wise. what is very nice is that they have a 24 hour restaurant in the hotel.
