The value depends on what you are looking for. The hotel is within walking distance to the BTS station and bus terminal. There is no shortage of local food and there is a convenience store in the neighborhood. I have no complaints about the condition of the location. Certainly the facilities are old and the noise from the BTS, the road, and the neighborhood is a concern. However, it is a very good hotel that offers a low price in this location. It is sufficient if you want to keep costs down in good conditions.

It may not be a 5 nor 4 nor a 3 star hotel, but it's definitely a worth-it stay. Clean rooms, good wifi coverage, hot shower, 5-minute walk to bts and most importantly, a cheap local authentic thai restaurant at the lobby. 7/11 is just across the street and thai coffee is only 25 baht.

Great value and good location. Coffee and food on first floor are good and convenient. It’s a nice budget hotel, and they have extras for a deposit or fee (early check in, late check out, etc).

Rooms are clean and spacious and hotel is conveniently located near the bus station. Wouldn't recommend for anyone who is a light sleeper, the noise from the nearby main road and railway are very loud all night and this wasn't helped by the fact that our balcony doors wouldn't shut all the way. The Aircon is also on and off very loud.

Most definitely a budget destination, room were dated with intermittent WI-FI and cold showers. Although staff very friendly and helpful, I unfortunately couldn't see out the rest of my stay after the 2nd night of my 6 night booking.

Well mannered staffs. Old and simple room but clean. Good for me bacause I don't expect much with such cheap price. See you soon!

Decent room...clean and comfortable at a very affordable price. Great location only steps from the BTS...food...and convenient stores.

If you wait morning bus from Ekkamai Bus Terminal this hotel is all what you need. Very close to BTS Ekkamai, easy to find (thanks, you not need to play quest all the night), Family Mart, KFC, McDonalds and other cafe just around the corner. We hear nothing at the night (no BTS sound as some people said), and number was clean. Of course there is Bangkok style windows with view to entryway or something like this)) and bed soft as rock. But it clean, quiet, convenient and not expensive. And they have split rooms for three person!

Good value for money and a great location next to the skytrain, kfc, McDonald's and a shopping centre. Helpful staff. Breakfast is included in the price either noodles with different choices or you can have toast with marmalade or Jam. Can pay a little bit extra to get a late check out. Room was simple but clean TV a bonus and free Wi-Fi.
