I can only recommend this hotel. 🙌
I first stayed at this hotel in November 2023 The rooms are quite space , and I would rate them 10/10 but, my experience with the service has been consistently disappointing.
check-in and check-out times. At the reception they don't seem to care for customer. Hotel taxi driver was also lovely 10/10 for him Room is 10/10
And reception is 2/10.
Hotel is located between thinglor Soi 11and 13 you and access though Sukhumvit 53 or 55 hope this information is helpful
Room:
Room is extremely spacious and it even comes with a mid size bathtub and rain shower.
Washer dryer and counter top has been a great addition for travellers. Not to mention that they have a medium size refrigerator too!
Hotel facilities:
Gym is small, apart from free weights 1-10kg, a bench and a treadmill, there’s nothing much else.
Pool is fairly small but the view and the amount of shaded area is great.
Area:
Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. However, getting to the BTS station is roughly 1.2KM away.
I first stayed at this hotel in October 2022 and have been a frequent guest ever since. The rooms are quite lovely, and I would rate them a solid 5. However, my experience with the service has been consistently disappointing.
One major drawback is the hotel's uncompromising approach to check-in and check-out times. Despite being a loyal guest, I have never been able to check in early! The standard check-in time of 2 pm can be inconvenient, particularly when arriving in the morning or when you have specific scheduling needs. Additionally, when I requested a late check-out, even just by 30 minutes, my requests were consistently denied. It is disheartening to see that even budget hotels are willing to provide this small gesture while this supposedly higher-end hotel falls short in accommodating guest requests. This lack of flexibility in service deserves a rating of 2.
Furthermore, my recent experience with noise disturbances has further dampened my stay. Over the past two weeks, I endured loud neighbors—a persistent TV blaring until 11 pm and a neighbor from the upper floor frequently moving their chair, even at night. This highlights a problem with the noise isolation of the hotel. While it ultimately depends on the behavior of your neighbors, the walls and doors seem unable to block out disturbances effectively. Although you might occasionally have a peaceful night's sleep if you're lucky, most of the time, it tends to be noisy, especially when guests return late and close their doors loudly.
Despite these issues, the hotel's location remains its strongest selling point. The convenience of the free transfer to the BTS station is a definite plus. However, I have had to overlook the shortcomings in service. I observed that the more friendly and approachable the staff appears, the worse the treatment you receive. It's important not to be fooled by appearances.
In summary, while the rooms are nice and the location is convenient, the disappointing service, lack of flexibility, and noise disturbances from neighboring guests are significant drawbacks. I hope the hotel management takes note of these concerns and strives to improve the overall guest experience.
Cons: Wifi is choppy and disconnected while working/conference call. Housekeeping didn’t change pillow case. Parking is very limited. Walls are thin and windows are thin - noise can be heard from outside easily. If your neighbour room is rowdy and loud it can be very unpleasant - you might hear people packing and checking out at 3-5am. The area is quiet (no parties) with occasional motorbikes noise. No concierge service. Wouldn’t say it’s a 4-star hotel. But definitely an okay 3-star hotel.
