Great place! Everything is thought out - you can find an ethernet cable in the desk and a flashlight in the closet. There is even a small but fully equipped kitchen. Pool, bath, 24 hours reception. You should keep in mind that it is still Asia and not all equipment can have operating conditions and not all the lamps can light :))) But this place has great balance between price, location, service and commodity. I recommend it for a short or long stay!

Had one of its suites with extra living room booked for a week. Very happy with the room, though a bit older. Plenty of drawers and hangers. Safety box. Friendly staff. Breakfast gets a bit boring after two days but there is a kitchen in the room. Never used the pool because it is directly in the sun. Parking included. Near BTS and MRT in a walkable distance. Will book it again in the future.

Stayed here for the first time this year. Right to the beginning of my trip and another time at the end of my travels. The location was the reason why I have chosen to stay. The lady at the parking is the loveliest. She always tried to talk to me. The receptionist on my first check-in was such a lovely young guy. The females at the reception didn't always replied on my hello's even though I said it in Thai. The room or let's say the Appartement was huge. You have a proper living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bath tub and a tiny balcony which is at least big enough to smoke a cigarette. The carpet in the bedrooms (stayed twice but same thing) was old and didn't look very clean. You could find some dirt and cigarette burn holes. The rest of the flat was always clean. Once, on my second stay, I had a cockroach in my bedroom. I am not scared so I took it and dropped it outside. In general it was a good place to stay. The small pool outside is lovely decorated and definitely a plus for tourists after a hot day in that humid City.

We had a great stay At Ease, the staff were very friendly & helpful and the location seemed quite good with walking access to a well stocked 7/11 just a few shops down. There were two rooms for gym equipment and a sauna. The pool was nice however it was fairly cold as it doesn’t get a lot of sun over it after midday. We found the room to be really spacious for the price we paid and the TV had a good movie channel as well. Wifi worked well. Would definitely come back and stay here.

Fantastic location, good service and near to lumphini Park for an evening walk.

Bedroom and living room are independent, widely, kitchen and even a long-term stay. Convenience stores and restaurant around.
