Fairly big sized rooms.
Single elevator which requires access card to enter floor number. You can ask it from the reception to swipe it for you.
No free drinking water if you have finished the allotted ones.
Seven Eleven is just beside. There are two metro lines at both ends of the street.
Good stay overall.

My family and I stayed for two nights in the room with two double beds on the 7th floor! We read the reviews and were afraid of the pump noise that everyone talked about...it wasn't bad at all, more like a white noise in the background. I must add to it, we are normal sleeper (not super light or very deep- I guess that would be different then).
Beds were very comfortable, shower worked fine. Aircon nice and cold. We had everything we needed.
Location was ok for us. Downstairs a 7-11 with a couple of street food stalls and bts a few minutes walk away. Airport maybe 15-20 min drive away ( depending on traffic.)
Cleanliness was ok. Saw a few hairs lying around, but other than that rooms were pretty clean!
Overall we felt comfortable there and would stay again.
I would definitely recommend it for pepper who would like to stay close to the airport!

2. THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE DISPOSABLE BRUSHES
3. BAD EXPERIENCE ABOUT CUSTOMER PRIVACY. AT 12:00 NIGHT WHEN MY WHOLE FAMILY WAS RESTING, A STRANGER KNOCKED ON THE ROOM DOOR CONSTANTLY.
THEN THE RECEPTIONIST CALLS ABOUT I HAVE A FRIEND TO STAY WITH AND PLEASE OPEN THE DOOR ???? I DON'T HAVE ANY FRIENDS, I'M VIETNAMESE AND I STAYED THERE 2 NIGHTS. IF MORE PEOPLE ARRIVE, I SHOULD BE THE ONE TO INFORM THE HOTEL AND NOT IN SUCH A SITUATION.

The people in the front desk are very unmotivated for any help or question.
First they changed up our rooms because they had the same surname.
They didn’t want to call taxis or help us find a laundrey option. Also they told us to go to the 7/11 instead of buying something from the lobby snacks because they were too lazy to change some money.

Stayed here for 9 days because the location is very close to my family inlaws. There was a noisy humming sound coming from the hallway on the 8th floor that repeated itself every minute (even penetrated my custom made earplugs).
Reception was friendly but management was very unpleasant being unwilling to provide a refund for an erroneous booking. Cancelled our future bookings and will stay at another place next time..

Rooms are small but have everything you need. Noisy with Airport and freeway nearby. Towels were old and some had holes in them. Floors in the lobby were filthy. Comfy bed and pillows, also lots of outlets for your tech. Nice TV, clean shower and bathroom. Can walk to the University but half to cross many lanes of traffic.

The standard and the price are excellent. Cleanliness, comfort. Considered excellent. Not infamous for business owners. who is a national investor
