A terrible place to stay, perhaps I'm being too harsh, but it's the reality. On the first night, lots of insects started appearing on the bed, so we had to use our mosquito repellent on the holes in the wall to stop them from coming out. Then our toilet start to leaking when we flushed it although we had the room cleaned, but the smell staid all over the room. At the pool, they don't provide small mattresses or towels for the metal lounge chairs, causing discomfort. The pool closes at 9 pm but there’s no proper lights to see at night . Across the road, construction is ongoing, and the noise can be heard as if the window were open. Finally, my neighbor's room seemed to be constantly engaged in intimate activities, every hour of every day. There's no issue with people enjoying themselves, there should be some consideration for noise levels, especially when it's not soundproof walls. I do not recommend this place.

We was here for 7 days. They show us our room but this room smells so bad, that we changed to another room. The room was much better. The AC is cool enough. The reception works very slow we need 1 hour to check in. Then they give us our key but forgot to unlock it for using it for the door.. 2 times the electricity not working and we have to tell them to check it. Shower water was good and very hot.

I liked this hotel before...the staff were helpful and courteous. I arrived today, from the bus and got here at 5 am. Before the night manager would allow me to check in without extra cost... but today, the rude night manager(new) wanted to charge me 1 full day for 2 hours. they only allow you to check in at 7 am.
so this hotel has lost its face to me. Bad hotel! customer service is very bad! also they allow prostitutes to accompany customers into the hotel...very immoral for thai peoples.

I like this hotel before ... employees just as useful, and there're so nice. I arrived today from the bus and got here at 05:00 before the Manager the night shift to help me check out without cost ... but today, the Manager is rude (new) want to accuse me 1 day full time 2 hours, they only help you can check in at 07:00
A hotel of this to the loss of face to my hotel in Bad! Service customers, not good!

They still get a prostitute in with client you the the wrong moral.
