Our stay at Bangkok City hotel was fantastic. The room was extremely comfortable with the 2 single beds being perfect for my wife and I and our 2 year old son. The rooms are spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.
The staff at this hotel are really great. From the friendly door men to front of house to the room cleaners, everyone has been extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast selection is fantastic, it sets you up for a great day of sight seeing etc.
Thank you Bangkok City Hotel for a great stay, highly recommended and will definitely be back.... 👍

Definitely would come again. The coffee house serves amazing food. Mix with local Thai cuisine and the American breakfast. Friendly and helpful staffs

Overall, a decent experience. 5 stars on the location, especially as a malaysian muslim since its quite close to a lot of halal food near masjid darul aman and close to train station and TWO branch of 7eleven as well.
The rooms are okay too, not too bad and not too good either. Enough for couples who just wants to be here for shopping and not hang in the room 😅 OH and they have quite a big bath tub too 😁

If you're traveling to Bangkok and you want a cozy and more practical place to stay, Bangkok City Hotel is for you.
Room is clean. During our stay, some time in June 2024, crew did the housekeeping on a daily basis. We left our belongings in the room and nothing was missing upon our return to the hotel. Crew or staff are polite. As a matter of fact, I was offering a tip to the housekeeper but she politely refused accepting the tip.
Breakfast menu is great. You will enjoy food and eat like a king during breakfast. Coffee is served from morning til evening.

Best thing about this hotel is the location. BTS and conveniece stores are all within walking distance and takes merely few minutes to get to into town. The rooms are spacious and decent for the price although quite dated and the elevators are always crowded so it might take some time during peak hours. Otherwise, would have given this a solid 4/5. Great stay if you’re not staying for long and want that easy access to central locations.

The service, space are compatible with the price. I have a single room, just enough for the couple, honestly it is quite small. But I like it as it brings the cozy atmosphere!
Some problems we encounter are locked bathroom, unactived room card. Don't worry! customer services have already solved it!!!!!
Another thing is that the buffet in here is so good! ❤️

Good hotel with kindly staf, room spacey enough, clean and comfy. The price is affordable.
But the restaurant is not very large so when there are quite a lot of guests going to breakfast, the dining table is full.

It is not a kid friendly hotel. The reception staff was rude. Their breakfast was awful. All you can eat was sausage. Their swimming pool had no lights and so dirty. The room is so small. You cannot sleep since you can hear loud noises outside. Not recommended at all.

Really good hotel for stay. Staff were really accommodating. We stayed for 1 day and had to leave early the next day. So the staff gave us free breakfast for the previous morning. Thanks to that. The View was great from 18th floor. Located reasonable close to Grand palace, Wat Phra & Wat Arun temples. Good stay. Our only suggestion would be vegetarian breakfast option would have been helpful.
