Caters mostly for Japanese tourists, so you know you are going to get a certain quality of service. Rooms are good. A little dated, but for that just adds to the charm of the place. Needs are comfortable, Rooms are clean and the air con is good. WiFi is not great, but it's a minor gripe. The highlight though are the staff, who are fantastic. They are friendly and always available. Exceptional quality of service from them. I've stayed here twice and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed there for 2 weeks. Location is perfect. All the furniture and bathroom is old. The carpet is also dirty. The decoration outside the room and reception is spot on. Wish they could also put more efforts inside the rooms too.

Despite claiming 4-star status on its website, this hotel feels more like a rundown 3-star. Its prime location near BTS Phrom Phong is undeniably convenient, but the surrounding soi is unfortunately seedy, lined with massage parlors.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the overall condition of the hotel is dated, with worn-out fixtures. Also, the room hadn't been properly cleaned before we checked-in. While these factors alone would merit a 3-star rating, the hotel's treatment of my family's booking forced me to reconsider.
I explicitly booked a room for two adults and two children with breakfast included through Agoda, paying a premium for this option. It was at least 500baht extra a night to do this option on Agoda. Upon check-in, the hotel claimed breakfast was only for two (ignoring my booking confirmation), demanding additional payment for my children. This blatant disregard for my booking is unacceptable. Previous reviews also highlight the hotel's tendency to add extra charges. Why would a family of 4 book a room with breakfast which does not include their children? Illogical.
Based on this business practice, I cannot in good conscience rate this hotel higher than two stars. I strongly advise potential families to be wary of booking here. If you do book, go for the room-only option without breakfast and be wary of extra charges.

The location is perfect - in the heart of the Sukumvit area but in a quiet street. Entering the beautiful lobby you feel like you stepped into a 5 star hotel. Room is spacious and has all amenities. Excellent wifi. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Above all - amazing staff who are there for you in a kind and professional way. Excellent value for money.

You kinda get what you pay for here. The rooms are bigger than most hotels - which is a definite plus. However the amenities within are a little dated (small TV and weird controller for pay TV). Pool is great, breakfast is average, and the hotel staff were of great help while we were there.

Lobby design is impressive with water and small tree. Located in massage street so you can easily enjoy a massage here. There is also "boom boom" massage service with girls only. Funny that only "boom boom" massage accept credit card while the others accept cash only... The hotel room is comfortable and breakfast is nice.

One of the beat places to have Indian Food in Bangkok. The place is amazing and I have been coming here for over 2 years now and this place never disappoints. My favourite thing to order is the dim sum buffet which has the best assortments of the Chinese dimsum. The manager Mr Yash Chopra makes sure that all your requirements are taken care of.
