Flawless Stay — The Best Hotel in Bangkok
The Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park truly sets the standard for hospitality. Despite being the largest hotel in Bangkok, it operates with such precision and grace that you’d never feel overwhelmed. Everything runs like clockwork — from check-in to daily service.
Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly warm and welcoming. You can really feel the care and professionalism in how the team operates. A special thank you to Lek, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who went out of her way to ensure my stay was smooth and memorable.
The breakfast buffet? Absolutely massive — it’s hands-down the biggest I’ve ever seen. The variety of food on offer is just mind-blowing: everything from Thai favourites to international classics, all freshly made and beautifully presented. You could spend days trying everything!
The M Club Lounge is also a standout. With live cooking stations, excellent cocktails, and a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere, it’s easily one of the best executive lounges in all of Southeast Asia.
I’ve stayed at many top-tier properties in Bangkok, including newer ones like the Ritz-Carlton, but this property has become my go-to. I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know — whether for business or leisure.
The coffee break was well-executed and delicious. I especially enjoyed the mango tart and the superb shrimp dumplings, which are a must-try. I regret not taking more photos to fully capture the experience. The staff also provided excellent, polite service.
The meeting and event facilities are highly functional, with excellent support from the on-site team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Despite its size, the hotel maintains a welcoming atmosphere, with attentive service and all the conveniences needed for a seamless business stay.

A friend of mine recommended I stay at the Marriott Marquis Bangkok, specifically to experience the Executive Lounge and the exceptional service from the team especially Mew. So I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did.I stayed with my mom and my sister. My mother is recovering from a stroke and currently has limited mobility, being able to use only one side of her body. From the moment we arrived, Mew went above and beyond to ensure my mom was comfortable and treated with care and dignity. Her kindness of her service made a lasting impression on us.Even during busy times in the morning Mew is a very professional She made us feel truly welcomed and her thoughtful service made our stay both smooth and memorable with her smile and her personality.
I would also like to compliment the chef at the Executive Lounge. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care. It made every visit to the lounge a pleasure.I originally tried to share this feedback on TripAdvisor, but it hasn’t shown up so I truly hope the management team sees this message here. Mew is an outstanding team member, and along with the wonderful work of the chef, made our stay at Marriott Marquis even more special.
