We loved our stay. We stayed in a triple room and there was plenty of room for three people and the room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The AC also worked great. The daily breakfast provided was a great selection with unlimited tea, coffee and fruits. Throughout the stay there is unlimited cold water, tea/coffee and cookies.
The location of the hotel is on a quiet street but it is close to a lot of main sites and it is easy to get a Grab taxi or other public transportation.
The staff was also so amazing and helpful with any questions we had about sites and transportation.
We would definitely stay here again when we travel to Bangkok.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, good beds and spacious bedroom. Fresh and good breakfast options - eggs, omelette, pork and rice, spring rolls and so on. Well located - walking distance from Khao San road and close to the river/ferry. And very close to the best Padthai ever - Mook restaurant!

Lovely family owned hotel, they were so nice to us during our stay, always smiling, the room was very clean, simple but with everything you need, great breakfast (I still miss the omelette🥺), and free drinking water, great location too! Hoping to get to stay here some other time!

Stayed for 2 nights and what a great hotel for the price. Nice clean rooms with AC, unlimited bottles of water in the fridge near reception and a complimentary breakfast with juices, fruit, a main course, teas coffees etc. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, even illustrating a small map with local places they recommended to go to. Will defiantely stay again next time we are in the area and would highly recommend. 5/5

It's a very cozy place near the center and the walking street. The room was not very big, but was very clean and comfortable to work on a laptop. Ac was working fine, hot water as well. The rooms have a key card system installed,and there is a lift. Free unlimited aquafina water bottles, tea, coffee and cookies. Wifi was working well, but not very fast.

This hotel, was TOTALLY amazing. We stayed there 8/1 - 11/1 2019, and we totally loved it. Hotel is really beautiful and nicely decorated, there are lots of plants. Room was very comfy and clean. Staff is very kind. There is also free bottled water! On breakfast, you can mix your own plate from eggs, vegetable etc... At last but not least, hotel is located in quiet street, but near city centre. You can find streetfood almost 2 minutes by walk from hotel. On our next trip to Thailand, we will definitely stay there.

A beautiful, clean and cheap hotel. At first I wanted to stay in a hotel with pool but cheap hotels with pools are mostly not good. Luckily we stayed here. You'll get a good breakfast, free cookies and water all day long. It is protected and you can just enter with a card so no strangers can come inside. The staff is kind and helpful! The rooms were clean with a modern equipment. We had an own bathroom. It is small but good for the price. Nothing to complain about, an absolut recommondation.

Me and my friends visited Bangkok for the first time and was glad we found a decent and affordable hotel.
Good for budget travellers. The rooms are not cramp up and they have elevator for the five floors hotel.
Although have limited choice for breakfast but overall a satisfied stay.

Good hotel. The rooms are a little small but space has been well managed. They provide good breakfast and most importantly unlimited bottled water through the stay. Choose the place if you are looking for a hassle free budget stay option.

This is like a hostel in Bangkok. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The cost is reasonable and the staff members are really friendly and helpful for the tourists. Many people from outside Thailand stay here. I was staying here for 5 days which was really pleasant. It has a common restroom in each floor which is indeed clean. I would recommend this hotel for others as well. It is located in a very quiet place.
