If I could, I'd give it no stars at all. The bathroom door on the 5th floor was literally broken at the bottom. The main door was also broken near the door knob and TAPED. The whole room smelled of death, the floors were sticky and the furniture were covered with dust! The WIFI did not connect and they could do nothing about it! I couldn't sleep at night because it felt so so unsafe (please don't stay here if you're a foreigner). Check the video for cockroaches walking on the floors! It's absolutely everything you don't want to be in!

first time here and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless they change the people at the reception,
they’re not friendly!!!
first day going to check in the lady was so mean (they’re all mean) especially the lady with the short hair.
she’s mean to everyone except for men that are single ,flirting with them while working etc, this is not a club etc.
Rude staff, bad cleaning, I wouldn’t recommend.

The reception staff is quite nice. The room is clean. The guests were rude and had no manners during their stay.

Awesome views of the city from our balcony. Great location if you want to visit the shopping centres. Fairly priced. Most of the time the staff were lovely, but sometimes they were a little abrupt! The gym was not as expected, very old rusty equipment.

We stayed in our room for a total of 20 second. the floor was invaded by various insects. More like Bug Mansion. Hopefully, they reimboursed us without any fuss.

Room: bed and pellow are extremely uncomfortable 😑
Don't have proper shower in bathroom,.no partition between shower, actually very bad
Service: They will not clean your room even if you put sign on the door, unless you will call them multiple times
Balcony extremely dirty
Location: worst. Bts is very far.
There are few local thai food outlet outside the hotel, all close by max 9 or 10 pm
Would not recommended this hotel to anyone

The stay was absolutely wonderful. rooms were comfortable, clean and huge!
I loved the separation of living room and bedroom. the bed was big. although the building is old the rooms were new. they even had USB outlets. Would definitely go back!

my family of 4 stayed in this room and it was much bigger than other rooms we have stayed at in bangkok. there was a separate dining area, living room, and even a kitchenette which we found useful in reheating meals. we stayed here for 3 nights, but the room was definitely suitable for longer stays of month and more. there were 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. our rooms were at the back of the property overlooking the garden so noise wasnt an issue

The room a bit old and dusty, but the staffs are nice and very helpful. My boy loves staying here.

The pool also nice, thank you!

Minus: old lift, a but noisy due to location on the main road.

However, the view are nice from balcony.

Their rooms are really big with plenty of included things like vaults and a fridge. Our room had a balcony which had a sink for some reason. My only issue is that there was a wierd smell in our comfort room that smelled like pad thai or smth

The people working in the front desk spoke some english, i had to do some kinda charades thing with them.

The location was really good at day as many restaurants and markets are open along the block but it is very boring at night. It is also close to the red light districts in bankok.
