This is my favorite hotel when it comes to Khaosan Road area. Been here 4 times already in the recent years.
Pros
- Great location
- Not "that noisy" if you compare to the hotel nearby
- Friendly service
- Nice rooftop pool & gym
- Great classic colonial room decoration
- McDonald's & a good coffee shop located just outside the lobby door.
Cons :
- The stair & the lift :)
But however, I will be back again soon when this pandemic ends... :)

Near old town area, quite convenient if you want to explore nearby areas. The swimming pool is nice, but some rooms will be affected by loud music late at night, may be not so suitable for those who like a quiet sleep. Btw, staff are friendly so it was a pleasant stay.

The gym literally saved my life.
I have been looking for a good gym near Kaoh San road (I was sleeping in a hostel on Kaoh San road) and was so happy when I finally found one.
The equipment was good, I had a great workout, did both cardio (on a treadmill) and strength training (weight lifting).
The changing rooms are clean.
It is relatively expensive (350 Baht for two days) but since I don't feel like running in Bangkok (breathing in the polluted air) it is the best option to stay fit while travelling.

Great hotel bang on Khao San Road. Breakfast was decent and so was the gym and pool. Rooms were clean and well-furnished if a little dated. Only problem was the noise at night since our room was closer to the street. I woudl request for a room as far away from the street as possible. Has a lounge with free coffee and snack available which is great if you are on a working holiday. Solid wi-fi, with only some connection issues experienced.

over priced, noisy, rooms were not the greatest or cleanest. Was happy to find a cheaper and cleaner hotel!

Quiet and elegant colonial hotel in the heart of kao San road. The rooms are clean and the staff is polite. The swimming pool on the roof is perfect for relaxing after a hot day of walking and shopping. The rooms are confortable and very well kept, The travel agency is very efficient, trustworthy. I had been here two years ago the hotel has improved since then. Expecially the new manager is very kind and efficient, he did his best to make us feel comfortable, give us good advice about how to move around town and to solve our problems. A special thanks to him and his team! :)

The proportions are outrageous! The floor is dirty, a lot of rubbish. The dishes aren't worth their prices.
