The staff takes initiative to greet you, assist you -- it may be easily taken for granted but they make it feel sincere.
Looking lost? They help you with transportation arrangements.
Waiting for over a few minutes? They bring you drinks.
Interior design may seem dated but it's spacious, well maintained and some may see it as being hip resort style all over again.
Shout out to K.Sabin and his colleagues who took initiative to assist us with the airport transfer when Bolt drivers tried to rip me off with a 100% surcharge.
Interiors are older but very well maintained. Very impressive.
I just wanted to get away in the midst of bangkok city and this place is way better than any big name global hospitality brand chain.
