In regards to the location, the hotel is not located very near the main road which makes the transporting a bit inconvenient. The customer service that was provided by the staff also varied from customer to customer. When me and my family sat down we were not serve drinks, but we saw other guests being serve that arrived after us, we realise we were the only one not served without understanding the reason why. The staffs is also not very fluent in english which makes conversing with them more difficult, they also take a very long time just to check you in hence is not very efficient, minimum about 40 minutes wait. Furthermore, I do not understand why when I was booking the hotel I was told to put a card down just for reservation. When I got to the hotel then i realise that payment has not been deducted even though I have already provided my card details upon booking which causes more inconvenience to check with my bank whether any form of transaction was deducted from the hotel. Additionally, there is a deposit of 1000 baht per room per night which I find ridiculous, usually tourist will prepare cash that is enough to last for the trip, if Im staying for 4 nights, means 4000 baht has to be kept by the hotel, and I only can use it on my last day in the country. I find this extremely disappointing as this causes further trouble as I needed to exchange more thai currency to fund my trip. Even though there is a counter dedicated to ask about the recommended locations for tourist, I realise I was rigged off the prices when I asked about sathorn boat ride. The price given by the hotel was 2500 baht per person for a boat ride, but when I check online and went myself it was only 150 baht unlimited. Please do not trust this hotel on recommendations. Trust at your own risk.

If you are not a fluent English speaker, never visit this hotel!

During my stay, I visited the front desk because I had an inquiry. Since I cannot speak English, I said in Korean to my daughter and my daughter translated that to the Duty Manager at the front desk. My daughter is fluent in English and there were no language issues between her and the manager. But the manager said, “Madam, I don’t understand Korean. Speak in English” multiple times to me even though my daughter was communicating in English all the time. Aren't hotels for people from all over the world? If the manager wanted to hear directly from me instead of hearing through my daughter, she should've turned on the translator instead of forcing me to speak in English. What kind of disrespectful manner is this?
This wasn't the only issue. The manager kept cutting us off and tried to argue with us. The manager’s attitude was very far from that of a professional hotelier. If you are expecting a hotel-like service or hospitality, this hotel is the last hotel you should visit in Bangkok.
