This year visit is bigNO, ordering family room, getting small room with extra bed. I ask and dont give me good explanation, aircon dripping water, toilet smelly. Aircon not cool at 1st day, extra bed collapse, the maintenancer blow aircon with air blower when my bed is on below of the aircon, the dust on everywhere after it. Wifi so bad not working, last year i order family room i get 2 queens bed with a large room. I paid double this year, idk if i order it when promo or not, but it not facisnated me at all. I see around here theres a hotel with a same price but with better quality. But i think i will get the same like the last year so i repeat order. And what i got is totally zonk. Never going back again :)

Near to Pratunam market... And inside the gang..
But the room is small even though I ordered the family room...

Since the location is actually in a deep zone, the front gate should have plates that show which way to go.
Even though it's at 7 or 8 floor, the room isn't away from noise because it is very close to the busy street market, therefore it is uncomfortable for night stay.

SCAM!!! Lobby smells bad. Room floor feels sticky. Toilet is not well maintained (shower head holder broke have to hold yourself). stairs smells really bad and dark. Overall not recommended even for the price because not worth it.

The location is great...accessible to various public transports & everyday has Morning Market & Night Market..although it's at the end of an alley with foul smell around..
Please change the toilet seat inside the Triple Room at level 5..it's disgusting..!
The ceiling inside the toilet in Room 602 was leaking right above the toilet bowl..dropped water above our head when we do business..
The single bed mattress was hard, but the queen bed is ok...

Nice place to stay. The staff Manager Owner all are so nice and friendly. I have stayed there two times. Wish to go there again.

The hotel location is in a small alley. There're many homeless people slepp around the ally. Which is not really safe for girls. The room is clean, overall good

It is a calm place as name says. Not a crowded place . breakfast is same standard one and no many options available. You will have to eat from out side at least a day or two in between your stay. Price is reasonable for when you travelling in low budget.
They are cleaning rooms every day and change towels. location of the hotel is very convenient as it is closer (70 m) to Air Port rail link which you can easily connect to BTS and MRT easily. But street is not cleaned and environment is not clean.

If you don't mind the strong smell of Indian curry, you should be fine. as the lobby is also an Indian restaurant. lots of people woth big bags. the price is agreeable tho, and the room is good. nothing to complain
