Wonderful staff and phenomenal rooms. Stayed in the Grande Deluxe on floor 19. Absolutely fantastic. Complimentary water and fruit provided. The rate is excellent for the quality you receive and is fairly conveniently situated in downtown Bangkok. Guest friendly and they offer all the standards you would expect from a quality hotel (laundry, room service, pool, gym, etc.)

Absolutely loved this hotel, for so many reasons. Location wise: It's a hike (maybe a 40 minute walk) from here to town center, but do-able if you're energetic). Hotel staff recommend a cab or tuk tuk which they are happy to call for you. (They were shocked that we wanted to walk.) But the hotel is perfectly located in that it feels safe, is only a short block (5 minute walk) from a mid-range mall which has OK restaurants, a drug store and low-end department stores. Or, hotel is about fifteen minute walk from two very upscale malls.) From your room, you'll have a nice view of a portion of the Bankock sykline. For food: There's a gorgeous, upscale ( but pricey) Indian restaurant next door with access from the hotel lobby. (Perhaps same owner?) Plus there's the hotel restaurant (on 4th floor), which opens early for breakfast and stays open late for dinner. It is fabulous. So many options in the breakfast buffet. (I've had lots of wonderful Asian and European buffet breakfasts, and this ranks among one of the best! They even have a marvelous gadget that encases an entire honeycomb and extracts fresh honey on demand. Amazing!) I had only one dinner in the hotel restaurant, but it, too, was good, though more pricey and less memorable than you can find on your own elsewhere in this bustling city. The restaurant's lobby bar is cozy and has snack food.
Here's what's most remarkable: I stayed here 3 nights at the start of my Thailand trip and returned a full 2 weeks later for one additional night before departing Asia. I realized mid-trip that I'd left a dress and a pair of leggings in the Bangkok closet. I figured there was no chance I'd see them again and did not even bother to call. When I returned 2 weeks later I called housekeeping and --- miracle of miracles! -- they brought right up my two pieces - plus one i hadn't even realized I'd lost - nicely wrapped in plastic. Wow. As to other aspects of the hotel - all was fabulous. The work out facility and attached spa greatly exceeded my expectations and were free to use. (The hot tub/jacuzzi in the spa was very noisy; sounded like a broken motor, but other than that, everything was fine. I was amazed that there was no charge for my own locker and use of the well-stocked ladies' dressing rooms (complimentary disposable combs & tooth brushes, towels, etc.).The lobby itself is clean and modern. The front desk staff speak passable English and are so nice and eager to please. This was a terrific place to begin and end my Thailand adventure. Oh, one negative: Like many places in Thailand, they're pretty obsessive about checking the minibar and will insist on checking it when you check out, so allow a little extra time for that rig-a-ma-roll. Irksome, but common practice in Thailand, Cambodia, and China, we learned.

Nice hotel, gym is acceptable and breakfast is one of the better ones I've been to one Thailand. Only issue with breakfast the cook keeps messing up on a soft boil egg. I don't think she could make one. The controller in the room is a nice touch to control the whole room so you don't have to get up.

Great hotel!!! For the price it's really a fantastic place. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The service is really good. They defintely go out of their to make your stay comfortable. The food is awesome! They give you plenty of options from traditional "American" food to more authentic Thai food. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Bangkok!

I visited the hotel mainly for dinner at The Great Kebab Factory. It's nice restaurant with live music and cozy environment. Tasty food. Vegetarian option available. If not sure about menu you can opt for set menu. Must to visit restaurant though little higher pricing.

This was great place to stay, very clean and modern. All services were running like a clock. Its obvious they take a lot of pride and a happy staff! Many thanks..

This is a fine hotel with an excellent staff from the front entrance to room service to housekeeping and the front desk everybody that works there is friendly and customer orientated. I have stayed three times in the last year and have been very happy The in-house restaurants serving Indian food is outstanding. The restaurant on the 7th Floor has an outstanding breakfast buffet which I look forward to every morning and a very good lunch buffet as well. The rooms have always been clean comfortable and quiet I will be staying there again when my next travel includes Bangkok
