I loved my stay here. I have literally stayed at all the hotels on Lang Suan.
The rooms are neat, huge and well equipped. The staff at the reception are reserved but helpful once you stay for long. The location is quite a walk from Chit Lom station or to a nearby 7-11. They have a bar "Truth or Dare" - to a lot they find it a nuisance late at night but if you're young and if you're in Bangkok, go to this bar for the music, drinks and fun! There's a Spanish Tapas Bar - 2 minute from the hotel, a must visit! The housekeeping will shine the room. The drawback - due to renovation all amenities are closed. They should provide shuttle service - this is like a must must needed thing. As of now it's well priced (maybe lowered than usual due to renovation) but it's next door Center Point hotel can sound more comforting due to all active amenities, glittering lobby and super fast shuttle service. All in all, you won't regret if you stay here. This hotel is beautiful ♥️

1. Staff was not approachable. Specially the reception staff.
2. We were not told that pool, gym, and other facilities were not available. And room was not cheap. They said they hotel was under maintenance.
3. Room was clean, but not maintained properly. Our toilet drainage overflowed first day and they could bearly fix it.
4.Room lacked ironing board, some kitchenware etc.
5. I noted the so called lobby area and corridor was hot. no AC.
6. They prefer cash. Major bank cards doesn't work. And though the card machines says NFC available they didn't let me tap either.
only good thing was the location was great.

However, there was old luggage and old-looking acrylic panels near the entrance, and I think the reception counter needs to be rearranged to welcome customers. Unfortunately, the room service at this hotel was simple and served on paper plates. However, the food was delicious.

Attention attention: pool is closed and noisy night club on ground floor.
Security lazy, limited toilet capacity of hotel lobby is used by drunk party folks (and also in gym as I can read here)
We have stayed here for years in top floor 75sqn flat with nice views and like the location. Was a real value place, now 2024 they are going to run down the place with night club and poor pool closing communication (alternatives nearby easy to arrange)
Pool is closed until further notice (might be November 25) and no compensation from front desk.
Go to next door center point or - if you can afford - to the Kimpton or Kempinski.

A pretty good location if you are happy to walk and familiarise yourself of what is in and around the local area. We discovered that there are lots of really nice eateries like Laugh by Nico Nico and plenty of street food stalls and super size Malls such as Siam Paragon and central world all within walking distance. The hotel itself is a bit tired but adequate for our needs or if you aren’t a fussy punter. The service was very friendly, we were only there for two nights overall but slept well and the room had cool air conditioning. Would I stay again 🤔….yes I would.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms and nice housekeeping service. The hotel helps you to receive parcels before checking in. 8-10 mins away from BTS Chit lom station. Recommend!

Checking in for a day use, work from hotel is not such a bad idea. Love the reception here, short, precise and helpful. She made same day booking possible even 1 hour before check in. Was just there for a day use, thought THB 1000 is a bit too much (10am-5pm) but the room is totally worth it!!
The hotel is very convenient located with supermarket within walking distance. Good deal for a place to work as room is big and comfortable. WiFi work well and can connect up to 2 devices, instant coffee, drinking water, and pantry area is functioning well. TV - bad signal and remote doesn't work. Aircon work well, 2 separated unit for living room and bedroom. Sofa is old and very difficult to get up if you have bad knees. Mattress is firm, not so soft, pillows are ok. Bedsheet is dated with few spots and smell funny. Room is clean enough but don't look too close, dust in furniture and sofa. If you are allergic, bring medicine. Water pressure is ok, hot water works, bathtub is good. The bathroom amenities smell really nice, love them.
Parking is a nightmare. Small and narrow space. Hallway and lift is very hot, maybe they off the AC to cut cost. Room is not sound proof, bring the earplug if you plan to get some sleep. Key card is needed to get to your floor, temp control at entrance, alcohol gel provided.
Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely go back when the swimming pool is open 🙂

Great quiet place. Could be improved in the wiring however. We had to get someone to come in to fix it so we can charge our phone.

Nice apartment hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Friendly service and nice amenities but the hardware has seen better days. It might be time for an ugrade or renovation. Great location within walking distance of Central Chidlom and Skytrain station Chidlom.
