I booked a room here just to enjoy the swimming pool. However when I arrived, the staff told me that the swimming pool, restaurant and gym were not available. In addition, there was some noises of construction. They could have just informed upfront but not. The room is quite nice, and clean, but my experience was not great due to not being able to use the swimming pool.

After checking in, I waited for almost two hours for the air conditioner to be repaired.
The hotel staff didn't explain anything from beginning to end and just kept me waiting.

Worth the money. The location was great. Close to shopping centers and bts. However there’s a bar at ground floor which can be a little noisy when you walk pass hotel lobby. Not a kids friendly hotel for sure.

Thankful to be upgraded to a one bedroom. They’re going through refurbishment and it’s hard to tell if I got the old or new room. Generally okay, amenities are hopeless to be honest. Just go to 7Eleven.

This is the forth times for us staying here at the duchess. We are always love this place for its spacious and it is just situated right in the city center. You can walk just 10 mins to central chidlom or 20 mins to central world. Staffs are attentive and nice. Well, however, the room is not cleaned as we first stayed in 2022, the mattress was very hard to sleep on, and the pillows wasn’t in good condition. The hotel amenities such as refrigerator, microwave and washing machine are old and without well maintenance.

Room was big amenities minimal bed was hard hotel going through renovations bar at the hotel downstairs was the most attractive of the overall building. Aircon was cold but the rest especially the tv channel signal was disastrous. Good walk to central gaysorn

They have a bar "Truth or Dare" - to a lot they find it a nuisance late at night but if you're young and if you're in Bangkok, go to this bar for the music, drinks and fun! There's a Spanish Tapas Bar - 2 minute from the hotel, a must visit! The housekeeping will shine the room. The drawback - due to renovation all amenities are closed. They should provide shuttle service - this is like a must must needed thing. As of now it's well priced (maybe lowered than usual due to renovation) but it's next door Center Point hotel can sound more comforting due to all active amenities, glittering lobby and super fast shuttle service. All in all, you won't regret if you stay here. This hotel is beautiful ♥️
