Khaopod (restaurant staff) is very attentive to our needs and is very friendly. Will recommend friends to come here again. And definitely will come here again when I visit Bangkok. Rooms are considered big and nice. Thank you for the service.

Great hotel for the price, great location. Nice rooms with lovely quality linens. Bed quite firm but very comfortable. Had a great sleep here. Staff were very helpful and very good English! Can check in and then leave bags in safe and use wifi in lobby etc, well worth it for last 3 days in BKk. I usually stay on this road but this is my new favourite place! Cheers

Clean, cozy, security is very good. But the parking lot is a little smaller. The most important thing is that the hostess is nice. Put a blanket on your sister too 😍😍

Excellent service by cheerful,polite and helpful staff to name- Lina, Sor, Max and to all the staff at the breakfast ( nice selection )! Good room cleaning. Very secured in terms of safety. Hope that they will provide additional toiletries and weighing scales for the baggage. Thanks for the nice stay!

I've stayed here for 3 nights now and I think it has a great location. I love the breakfast buffet in the morning. Though, so far I would rate the service to be the best aspect of my experience, particularly from Khaopod in the restaurant and Lina in the reception. Lina was exceptionally helpful with solving a major concern I had regarding the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was deeply disappointed by the experience, primarily due to the behavior of the security staff (รปพ). Their attitude was rude and unprofessional, making the entire stay unpleasant. Instead of feeling welcomed and safe, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The hotel itself might have potential, but the lack of proper training or supervision for such an important role severely impacted my perception of the place. A hotel should prioritize guest experience and ensure every staff member contributes positively, but that wasn’t the case here

I am also satisfied with my stay here. Not a bad option. Location is close to terminal 21, soi cowboy and walking distance to many places. Nice room, has a smart TV, nice view, and offers breakfast. Also, I am impressed with the gym equipment. I would stay here again. Thank you guys for your hospitality.

Great hotel for the price, amazing location. Nice rooms with lovely quality bed linen. Bed fairly firm yet very comfortable. Slept great here. Staff were very helpful and very good English! Can check out then leave bags in safe bag room and use WiFi in lobby etc, very worth it for my last 3 days in BKk. I usually stay on this road but this is my new favourite place! Hooray

Convenient place if you are looking for a place to stay for a couple of days. The very center of Sukhumvit, nearby shopping center terminal 21, overground metro, underground metro.
