We booked a room with twin bed. But they put an extra bed for us when they found out we were a family of three. Staff were very polite and attentive. Check in ,check out and luggage storage processes were very smooth. Location is excellent as they are at the spot where Airport Link and BTS stations are.

A clean an convenient place to stay for a night or 2 in the city with a comfortable bed. A bit of noise from outside, but not enough to disturb my sleep. If I have to visit this concrete jungle again I would have no problem staying here.

Excellent location, situated right next to Makkasan Station on the Airport Link and MRT Phetchaburi, but that's the only good thing about this hotel.
Room was very old and worn out, stains and mold were present in bathroom edges. Air conditioning was weak. Soundproofing was nonexistent. The property was clearly poorly managed by a supposedly decent brand, Furama. It was really a disappointment and I personally would never come back even if someone paid me to do so.

Pros:
- Clean Room & Toilet, Air Con is quite strong
- Bed and Pillow is relatively soft and comfortable, not too soft nor hard. Blanket is big and warm enough.

Its located next to Makkasan Station. Its convenience to go to Airport or Central of Bangkok.
The room is suitable for traveller
Pad Thai is amazing
The price is reasonable
I been there twice when I visited Bangkok.

Great place to stay when on a budget! I think there might be nicer hotels in better locations but for our needs and our budget this was the best choice we could have made. Specially good location if travelling to/from the airport. Walking distance to the JODD Fairs and Sukhumvit, also the MRT is a minute walk away. The rooms were large and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, we didn't have any food here but it the menu looked good. The rooftop hot tub was also good, nothing fancy but nice to have. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel perfectly located next to the Airport Line and the MRT. No need for any taxi to come and go here even with luggages.
Rooms are nice, well equipped, BUT I ended up with noisy AC twice. Too lazy to ask for a third room change, I bought earplugs, so please maintain more properly your damn AC !

Very convenient location. Close to trains and other POIs. Also very easily accessible from the Suvarnabhumi airport by train too.
Rooms are clean, spacious and although close to the heart of action, still pretty quiet. Not the best of views though if that matters.

The hotel is best bang for your buck. Obviously you can't expect luxury room at this room rate of just 600baht including breakfast. I opted for Thai breakfast and it was fried rice with fried chicken, ham and hot dog. It also came with coffee, juices and fresh fruits. Location is superb too as you are 1 min away from MRT and train station to airport. Only downside is view in front of the hotel but I was there for just sleeping so I wouldn't complain.
