We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very clean and great amenities, rooftop bar and pool are very nice. Staff are very kind and helpful. Good base for accessing public transport and getting around Bangkok. No problem leaving bags with the hotel after you check out. Would definitely come back if in Bangkok again.

Hotel is set on and off street, Soi 10 and its about 500metre walk to main Sukhukai Street. Entrance is dark with nice lighting. Restuarant left side of entrance. Nice. Staff have been quite helpful. Room is nice an cosy. Suits my needs. View OK.
Level 8 pool area, place for Massage, and bar restuarant. Good views from this level. ATM machine, vending machine level 1. Breakfast meals, OK. On the whole, very happy with hotel.

Great hotel. Rooms are a good size with all the required amenities. This is my go to hotel in Bangkok and have stayed numerous times.
Food and cocktails are perfect.
The rooftop pool is very nice.
Location is great with BTS, 7/11, shopping mall, restaurants and bars nearby.

Budget hotel with small rooms having awful alley view and snobbish staff who don't know much about hospitality.
Facilities need serious upgrades - worn out bathroom fittings and room interiors across all room types.
Owner capitalising property and customer money basis location which is the only saving grace for this old mismanaged place.

Nice little budget hotel. Don’t expect too much since you’re not paying for a 5 star hotel price.
It’s a little run down but still decent. Wouldn’t say good. But cannot really complain much since my guys and I are there only to sleep and out bright and early the next day.

Great place! Super friendly staff and affordable price! Although the rooms might seem slightly worn but it’s still good to stay in and clean! I loved that it only took me 15-20 mins non-peak to get to almost everywhere

Traveled 26 hours non stop and with no sleep, only to be told I had to wait until 2pm to check in. It was 1:30pm. Strike 1
Cold shower. No hot water. I do not know if it’s my room or the entire hotel but still took a cold shower. Strike 2
I asked the front desk for a second key. I put down 2 guests for the hotel reservation. She told me that the other person would need their passport, which is fine, BUT… I would have to put down a deposit for a second key. These are the plastic card keys. Totally ridiculous. I will stay here the 2 nights that I paid for and will NEVER return.
It had promise but the hotel staff and policies, made this hotel go from a 4 star to a 1 star.

Good location budget hotel
Pros - Friendly, warm and helpful staff, convenient location, good price, smoking room available, make up room everyday (sheets are not changed dailly though). Staff were responsive to requests and issues. Hotel is in between Nana and Asok station. Need to take a walk through a lane, which fit 2 cars just nice and no pedestrian walkway, to get to the main road. Near to Terminal 21, Korean Town and places to get nice food. Tried their breakfast once (339THB for 2), the cooked food were not too bad and spread was limited but sufficient to make you full. There is a gym with basic equipment which are quite old and worn out. Only 1 threadmil, 2 stepping machine (1 made lots of noise when in use) and their readings were unreliable.
Cons - Noticeable wear and tear in the room fixtures. Booked delux room with cityview, balcony and outdoor chairs but ended up getting a low level room without balcony at all and facing concrete wall and platform because I requested for smoking room, and thus, felt short-changed. They could have checked with me if I want to proceed with the change of room type before hand and create separate category for smoking rooms with their description clearly stated. There are 3 very old chairs with dirty marks on it, which we did not want to sit on. TV is not a smart TV. Use Chromecast to cast videos but it was unstable and kept needing to restart the videos. Toiletries available - limit to only 2 small tubes of shampoo and shower gel per day. We bought our own eventually. Showerhead is weak. No laundry service available (my bad for not checking before I booked) and nearest coin laundromat is at least 10-12 min walk. Arranged for laundry to be picked up by a laundry company but our load left at the reception was handed to someone unknown (not from the company we engaged) instead but thankfully, the cleaned clothes were returned about 24 hrs later.
Overall, good service and location but ammenities need improvement. If you do not mind a worn out place, it is still worth staying for the price.

Staff were polite and check in was easy but hotel is very poor.
Classic situation where the rooms in the pictures look nothing like those you get. It's very run down and needs a refurb, dust round edges of carpet, stains on sheets, scuffed up walls.
Room smelled of smoke, our window overlooked the hotel car park, pillows were lumpy and the room was very tired.
We left immediately and checked into a different hotel.
